万双网讯   8月22日下午，万科双语学校特邀国家高级家庭教育指导师、深圳市中小学心理辅导中心专家咨询师、龙华区心理教研员段新焕老师为全体教职员工带来了一场精彩的心理学讲座。

VBS News Net: VBS invited Ms. Duan Xinhuan, a teaching and research personnel from Longhua District, Expert Consultant at Counselling Centre for Primary and Secondary School in Shenzhen, also the senior instructor for family education to give a lecture on psychology.

段老师详细介绍了积极心理学的背景、主要观点、研究议题以及积极心理学在教育中的实践，为老师们的教育实践找到了理论的支撑，从而更好地服务于教学工作。

Ms. Duan introduced the background, major opinion, research topics and practice in education of positive psychology. This provided the foundation for teachers to practise the theories in education in facilitating the daily teaching.

段老师指出积极心理学的研究对象是平均水平的普通人，它要求心理学家用一种更加开放的、欣赏性的眼光去看待人类的潜能、动机和能力等。积极心理学强调研究每个普通人具有的积极力量，对于老师来说，要用发现的眼光看待孩子。积极心理学以研究人的幸福为中心，包括六大优秀品质，24种人格。其研究领域中的关键词包括乐观、快乐、自尊、自信、希望、意义、主观幸福感、生活满意度。龙华区正在推进积极教育，并已取得一定成效。

Ms. Duan pointed out that positive psychology would study the average people as it required psychologists to view their motives, potential and ability in a more open and positive way. The research emphasis should be on positive strength of normal people possess, for teachers that would be keeping a keen eye on students. Positive psychology researched on six qualities and 24 personalities by focusing on the happiness of humans. The research keywords were optimism, happiness, self-respect, confidence, hope, significance, subjective happiness and satisfaction of life. Longhua District achieved positive results by implementing positive education at the moment.

积极心理学主张既关注教育，又关注幸福。既关注学生学业发展，同时也关注人格发展。积极心理学在教育中的实践应着眼于未来，关注学生的积极情感、社会责任、人生意义、人际和谐、成就、意志、自由等。万科双语学校也正努力将积极教育与学校教育工作结合，努力培养学生健全人格。

Positive psychology proposed to focus on both happiness and education - the development of both academic abilities and personality. The practice of positive psychology in education would focus on the future, positive emotions, social responsibilities, purpose of life, healthy relationships with peers, achievements, mentality and freedom. VBS would strive to cultivate students sound personality by putting positive education into daily school education.

Principal Yang hoped teachers nurture students' calibre based on VBS cultivating goals and positive psychology theories while maintaining the mindset to thrive. They should also contribute to the exploration of realising the cultivating goals of sound personality, Longhua District positive education and leapfrog development of VBS.
