万双网讯  这是一个值得永生铭记的日子，2020年5月18日，迟到近3个月的开学季终于全面重启。万科双语学校迎来了一群欢乐的萌宝，一二三年级18个班432名学生迈着欢快的步伐，蹦蹦跳跳来到学校。至此，全校620名学生全部复学上课。

VBS News Net: Today's the day worth remembering. The overdue commencement finally began after three months. VBS had its 432 students from Primary 1, 2 and 3 back to school with joy. Hence, all 620 students had returned to their school for lessons.

学校门口，和蔼可亲的杨校长正向他们挥手问好。孩子们大声地叫着：“杨校长好！” 笑容灿烂地走向校园。

Principal Yang personally welcomed students at the school gate. Students were cheerfully walking into the school and greeting their beloved Principal.

沿着地上的小脚丫指引，孩子们自觉保持间距，经过测量体温，保安叔叔喷洒消毒液，顺利进入校园大门。

Following the stickers on the floor, students maintained their social distancing to enter the school before getting temperature taken and hands sanitised.

生活老师们接过孩子们手里的睡袋，经过消毒送往午休房，并帮孩子们整理好。

Life teachers took their sleeping bags and sterilised them before putting them into the siesta rooms.

最让孩子们开心的是，一进校门，满面春风的老师就为他们送上了五颜六色的“满天星”。孩子们手里拿着绚丽的花束，走上红外线测温通道，就像明星走上了红地毯，完完全全被突如其来的幸福包围着，温暖着，欢笑声、问好声在校园里此起彼伏。在教室，每位同学都收到暖心的欢迎卡。有家长感慨地说道：“从来都是学生给老师送花，老师给学生送花还是第一次见，感动！”

Students were surprised by teachers at the gate whom delivered flowers to them before passing through the infra-red temperature taking channel. In the classroom, students had their welcome back cards. Parents were touched as they had seen teachers giving flowers to students for the first time.

进入教室前，老师再次为学生测量体温。

Teachers took their temperatures again before entering the classroom.

萌娃们一脸茫然地找寻着自己的座位，发现教室变得更加宽敞明亮，白板上的万小双正欢愉地向他们招手。黑板上提醒着各种注意事项：戴口罩、勤洗手、不聚集……1G班钟萱同学说：“可以回学校了，我很开心，很兴奋。但我也有点担心，因为我忘记我的座位在哪了。”1G班刘济凡同学说：“好开心，因为我又可以在操场上跟着PE老师学习踢足球了。”还有一位同学说：“我太激动了，半夜三点多就醒了。”

Students were confused to find their seats but to realise their classroom in a brighter setting and VBS mascots on the whiteboard were welcoming them. Notice . 'I am excited and happy to be back but I am worried because I forgot my seats,' Zhong Xuan from 1G said. Liu Jifan from 1G was thrilled about playing football again with PE teachers at the playground. Another student was fascinated about returning to school to wake up early in the morning.

7点40分，线上升旗仪式举行。庄严敬礼，别样的体验。又听到杨校长亲切熟悉的声音了，她给孩子们上了开学第一课。

Flag-raising Assembly began at 7.40 am sharp with different . Students heard Principal Yang's speech again as she led the first lesson of the school term.

接下来，安全最重要。孩子们开始在班主任、生活老师的带领下学习防疫知识，听从老师的安排。

Safety was the top priority. Students learned the epidemic prevention and control knowledge from their class and life teachers and followed instructions.

七八年级的大哥哥大姐姐们走进课堂，将自己良好的生活和学习习惯分享给小朋友们，耐心指导小朋友们要保持距离，勤洗手，不聚集，并教会孩子们七步洗手法。一位同学用自己的经历鼓励孩子们。她说自己在小学的时候英语考80多分，不太理想。上了VBS初中后，她学会了乐观面对，主动学习，现在英语能考90多分了。

Students from Year 7 and 8 shared their experience to their juniors and asked them to remain social distancing, not to congregate and to frequently wash hands by teaching the seven-step hand-washing methods. One student motivated them by telling her story on her improvement in English. Her mark was not very in her primary school years. After studying at VBS, she learned to be optimistic and proactive to score well.

课间，孩子们有序分批上洗手间。老师播放起欢快的音乐，孩子们跟着节奏和视频，手舞足蹈。

During the recess, students queued to enter the washroom. Teachers played the music to make them feel relaxed and lively.

崭新的学习生涯开启，VBS将竭尽全力为孩子们提供具有生活价值的学习，营造温馨有爱的学习乐园，让孩子们在这里快乐学习，积极、乐观、有远见、智慧地走向未来。

As the term begins, VBS will continue to provide value-adding studies to students and learning atmosphere so that they have happy studying and embrace the future with optimism, wisdom, far-sightedness and proactiveness.
