万双网讯  为响应《广东省人民政府关于企业复工和学校开学时间的通知》,做好延迟开学准备工作，万科双语学校日前制定了延迟开学预案，要求所有教师充分利用线上云资源，积极开展网络教学工作，做到停课不停学，打造智慧“云课堂”。

VBS News Net: VBS has made the postponement of school plan based on 'Notice on the reopening time for both schools and companies by People's Government of Guangdong Province' to better prepare for the effects of postponement of school's reopen. The school will require all teachers to utilise online resources well to conduct E-learning which ensures students' learning taking place and building the intelligent 'Cloud Classes'. 

目前，万科双语学校全体教师已提前进入工作状态。发展中心成立了“网课制作带领群”，发放了《教师直播操作手册》。由教研组长带领各组集体备课，开发线上课程。包括线上指导学生学习的学案及教师录制的微视频、微课资源和作业设计等。教师可利用校里、班级群发送微课录像进行授课。有微课制作特长的老师担任技术指导，确保课程顺利上传。

All VBS teachers have now started their work in advance. Development Centre founded 'Cloud lessons' and released Teachers' operation manual for streaming. Subject heads led teachers to prepare lessons and develop online courses, including the online tutorial materials such as videos, lesson materials and homework designs. Teachers were able to utilise Vanke In App and class group chats to send recordings to conduct lessons. Teachers with experience on making online courses held the positions for technical support to ensure all lesson files were uploaded. 

同时，学校制定了开学网课临时课程表，设置学生自主学习、教师一对一答疑和辅导时间，并对微课制作的每一个环节都做了具体要求，要求微课的制作还是重难点的讲解都要做到精确、精准、精炼，耐心解答学生提出的问题。以一对一的形式上传作业，做到当天作业当天批改反馈。延迟开学预案将于2月17日实施。

VBS also confirmed the provisional timetable for online classes and sets independent studies, one-to-one consultation timeslots and specified requirements at every section of making online courses. The content ought to be accurate, precise and concise and teachers answer questions raised by students. Parents will upload the homework one by one and teachers will mark them the same day to offer feedback. The postponement of school will begin on 17th February.
