万双网讯 为促进教师师德师风建设，提升教师专业发展水平，12月30日下午，龙华区责任督学助理翁新星到万科双语学校进行督导。发展中心郑世英主任、校长助理马葳等热情接待了来访领导。

VBS News Net: To facilitate teachers' ethics development and professional skills improvement, Ms Weng Xinxing, in-charge assistant for school supervision in Longhua District conducted a regular supervision at VBS on 30th December. Ms Mary Zheng, Head of Development Centre and Ms Michelle Ma, Principal assistant extended welcome for their visit.

本次督导内容重点为教师师德和专业发展情况。郑世英主任全面汇报了学校教师队伍建设情况、师德建设情况、专业发展情况及德育工作情况。一年来，万科双语学校开展了务实、高效的校本教研活动和小课题研究，通过形式多样的教师培训活动促进教师专业发展，并围绕社会主义核心价值体系开展了系列富有成效的专题教育活动。在龙华区领导的支持下，学校取得了良好的社会效益，赢得了家长们的赞扬。

The purpose of this visit was on teacher ethics and professional development. Ms Mary Zheng made a comprehensive report on management and ethics development of teaching staff. Over the year, VBS conducted various training and workshops for teachers to develop their professional skills based on socialism core values. With the support from leaders in Longhua District, VBS had gained recognition from the society and parents' approval.
