教育是个系统的大工程,无论是家庭教育的潜移默化、耳濡目染,还是学校教育的科学体系、循序渐进,以及周边自然环境、社会环境的人文影响,都不可或缺,无一不在告诉我们:教育这个多维的生态系统,它需要来自学校、家庭、社会多方的支撑。


Education is a systematic project which cannot survive without parental education, school education, effects from the natural environment and culture. Hence education needs supports from the school, families and the society.


家庭是孩子的第一所学校,父母是孩子的第一任老师,家庭教育是整个教育的基石,对孩子的健康成长有着重大的影响。我们在对孩子未来充满期待时,也在不禁思考:什么样的家校关系模式才是最有利于孩子的呢?


As the very first educator of the children, parental guidance and education from family is the cornerstone of the education which has great influence on the growth of children. As we have great expectations towards the children's future, we also wonder what kind of family-school relationship would benefit the children the most.


万科双语学校建校以来,不断探索家校共建的创新之路。2019年11月3日下午,学校举办了 PTA(家长教师会)见面会,共同探讨如何协同育人。


Since its founding, VBS has been innovating the family-school cooperation in education. On 3rd November, VBS held PTA meeting to discuss with parents on how to nurture students by joint effort.

Joint effort to


家校共育,关键在“共”,宗旨在“育”。 万科双语学校“家校命运共同体”的建立旨在汇聚学校、家庭、社会三方之力,构建“家校合作”与“家校共育”的良好格局,“家校命运共同体”建设已经走过了一个多年头,2018年12月,学校成立了家长成长学院,从成立之初至今,在每学期进行定期的家校见面会:互通有无、共商共谋、交流经验、参与决策。


The key to the family-school cooperation in education is coordination. VBS aims to gather the effort from school, family and society to establish the community of shared future for all, setting the grounds for family-school cooperation in education.

Over the years since this establishment, VBS has set up Parents Academy to hold regular PTA meetings for the decision-making, exchange of ideas and cooperations.

A hierarchical structure for the multi-dimensional growth


万科双语学校的PTA采取的是层级递进,分部管理的思路:班级成立家长委员会,再在学校家长成长学院的架构下,分部成立校级专业家教会。并根据需求细分为“学习部,爱心部,外联部,文娱部,体育部”五个部门。家长根据自己的工作性质、兴趣、特长、时间确定申报项目。这样不仅满足了家长参与孩子教育的需求,还充分挖掘利用家长资源,实现了资源共享,助力育人的目的。


PTA has a hierarchical and departmental management - each class has its own parents committee and an intra-school PTA is formed under the VBS Parents Academy. Five departments are formed - Learning, Caring, External, Recreation and Sports. Parents apply projects based on their characteristics of work, interests, strengths and time. This meets the needs of parents to take part in their children's education, also achieves resources sharing to educate students by utilising the resources offered by parents.


学习部:


家长成长学院通过讲座、沙龙、家访、文体活动等多种方式,让家长学习家庭教育的专业知识,分享教育故事,解决教育困惑,寻找教育的快乐。


Parents Academy organised lectures, family visiting and recreational activities to allow parents to learn knowledge on parental education, overcome difficulties and find their joys in education.

家校共生,生生不息


A longstanding family-school co-existence model


学校本着从幼小衔接到家校共育、从学校文化理念推广到核心素养进家庭、从教育学到心理学、从家庭关系发展到人际交往适应……一系列主题已经逐步形成“家校共同体建设系列课程”。在过去的一年里,一些家庭教育理念转变、家校关系转变,孩子们精气神也在转变,家校共同体建设正在有效地发挥作用。


VBS has gradually formed series of lessons on establishing the community of shared future for families and school based on several principles - transition from kindergarten to primary school, coordinating education, promotion of school culture, education to psychology and For the past one year, the establishment is effective as changes are observed in






















 


家长们感慨万千:

Parents have many thoughts.

“孩子还在暑假期间就盼望着开学了,爱吃学校的饭菜,家里的伙食者瞧不上了,连妹妹也想上哥哥的学校……”


'My kid anticipates the start of school term as he loves the food from the school canteen more than the home-cooked food, now his younger sister wants to study in VBS.'


“孩子以前不爱上学,早起很困难,现在不用叫,自己早早就起床了……”


'My child used to struggle getting up and does not love going to school. But now he wakes up all by himself.'


“虽然上学时间很短,但孩子回家后反映老师们和他们相处的方式与过去学校的老师不一样,感到平和可亲。”


'My child told me that how VBS teachers interacted with students was different from the teachers from the past, they were very kind and friendly.'











“孩子进校刚两个月,感觉知识面拓宽了,说起历史可以滔滔不绝说上四五个小时……”


'I find my child's knowledge has been broadened as he could talk about history for long hours after studying at VBS for just two months.'


陈依菲同学每到周末回家时便很纠结,她说想念父母,可是她也很舍不得离开学校……唉。


Chen Yifei had her personal dilemma as she missed both her parents and the school.


暖心分享:


在一次比赛中,一位参赛选手的家长看到VBS的孩子与老师亲热拥抱,艳羡不已,问怎么可以做到?这在他们学校是不可能的。老师:“这是我们学校的常态,学生喜欢拥抱老师,还可以拥抱校长。”


During the competition, one student's parent from other school admired the hugs between VBS student and his teacher as this could never happen in the school her child was attending. Asked what made this possible, she was given the answer by the teacher, 'This was common in our school, students can also hug their beloved Principal.'






 

校长寄语:

杨帆校长表示,学校将通过家校互动,让家长更了解子女的需要,关注孩子的健康成长;通过策划及举办各项活动,加强父母与子女的亲子关系;整合家长资源,为学生提供更多社会实践和开阔视野的平台。

Liaising with parents, VBS allows parents to know more about the needs of their children and focus on their growth. It also strengthens intimate relationships by organising various activities and offers platforms to students who have more social practice opportunities and broaden their horizons.


VBS garners opinions from parents to coordinate students' education and facilitates parents to improve their skills in parental education. During the education process, it also builds mutual trust with parents by introducing the school philosophy, revised teaching measures. Thus the mutally agreed education philosophy and the community of shared future for families and school is formed, VBS eventually becomes a common ground for parents and teachers grow with students.
