万双网讯  孔子云:“少成若天性，习惯成自然。”弗·培根指出:“习惯真是一种顽强而巨大的力量，它可以主宰人生”。良好的行为习惯对人的一生具有深远的影响。9月29日晚6点半，万科双语学校家长成长学院本学期第二场家庭教育讲座在学校剧场开讲。本次讲座特邀美国认证正面管教导师候选人（PDTC）、新希望国际正面管教学院创始人王晓飞老师主讲，对“如何培养孩子良好的习惯”进行了深入的解读。

VBS News Net: Good habits has great influence on people's lives. VBS Parents Academy held its second lecture at school theatre at 6.30pm, 29th September. Our guest lecturer Ms Wang Xiaofei, founder of New Hope International Positive Discipline Academy and PDTC, provided insightful analysis on 'how to nurture children with good habits'.

本场讲座是学校家长成长学院的选修课，家长自愿参与。王晓飞老师通过互动体验和角色扮演游戏，让对于如何与孩子交流有困惑的家长们茅塞顿开。家长们表示要换位思考，深刻认识是什么妨碍了孩子好习惯的建立，怎样运用赋予力量的语言与孩子沟通，如何与孩子约定并进行有效跟进。

This lecture was an elective class of the academy, parents from all levels were free to participate. Through some role-playing games and interactive experience sessions, Ms Wang enlightened parents who were confused about constructively teaching their children good habits. Parents realised that they had to put themselves in their children's shoes and had a deep understanding on the obstacles which childrens encountered on their way to form good habits. Parents also learnt to adopt the art of language to communicate and make promises with children before conducting follow-ups.

本场讲座对于建立家校发展共同体，形成学校、家庭、社会三位一体的养成教育网络，让学校真正成为学生、教师、家长共同成长的地方具有深远意义。

This lecture had a significant impact on establishing the community of shared future for families and school, forming the trinity education network of school, family and society and building VBS a common ground for parents and teachers to grow with students.
