万双网讯  为弘扬中国传统文化，提升学生体育素养，11月7日至11日，深圳万科双语学校2022年VBS奥林匹克周暨第五届田径运动会隆重举行，学校同时举办第一届游泳比赛、第一届攀岩比赛、第一届国际象棋比赛。全校一至九年级1500余名师生参与盛会。

IVBS Net News    In order to promote traditional Chinese culture and improve students' physical quality, Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School held the 2022 VBS Olympic Week and the Fifth Track and Field Games from November 7th to 11th. 本届运动会以“石榴花开，籽籽同心”为主题，全校56个班级分别代表56个民族，以民族汇演的方式拉开了体育盛会的序幕。杨帆校长在启动仪式上强调，“体育强则中国强，国运兴则体育兴。”希望全体师生借着这次体育文化节，爱上体育，积极锻炼，在运动中获得健康和快乐！

The theme of this year's sports meeting is "Pomegranate Blossoms, Seeds Concentric". The 56 classes in the school represent 56 ethnic groups, and the prelude to the sports event was kicked off in the form of ethnic performances. 万科双语学校在体育课上增设游泳、攀岩、足球、篮球、太极、国际象棋等课程，成为必修课，在不同领域培养了一批批优秀选手，并在省市区大赛中多次获奖。在本次大赛中，全校学生积极参与，掀起一阵阵高潮。田径运动会一共破纪录13个项目，包括：障碍跑、30米、60米、100米、200米、400米、800米、1500米、4*100米、跳远、跳高、跳绳、实心球等，其中1500米破记录人数共计15人。

Vanke Bilingual School has added swimming, rock climbing, football, basketball, Tai Chi, chess and other courses to physical education, making them compulsory courses. 国际象棋比赛有220名选手报名参赛，学校特别举办“大师进校园”活动。国际象棋国家大师（前中国国家队国际象棋队员、广东省专业队棋手、全国青少年赛冠军、世界青少年赛亚军、全国成人组冠军）程新楷现场与学校16名优秀选手（各组别前4名选手）展开了车轮战。

攀岩比赛有220名选手报名参赛，学校特别增设攀岩争霸赛，由各年级第一名（共9名）优秀选手展开多轮速度PK赛，最终决出前三名（冠军：9E班邓力夫，亚军：5O班卢一尘，亚军：4C班王梓烁）。四至九名依次为：6D危晨睿、7E刘思恩、8F余培昊、3E胡逸航、2V李芷沁、1E周星语。

本届游泳比赛参赛人次有672人次，三至九年级学生参与多个项目的角逐。项目包括：三年级：25米蛙泳、25米蛙泳蹬腿；四至九年级：50米蛙泳、50米自由泳、4×50米男女混合蛙泳接力、4×50米男女混合自由泳接力。其中，3C潘彦廷、3O管礼娴、3X庄俊熙、3F周湘玉、4G舒奕涵、4E黄曦仪、4G舒奕涵、4G屈奕含、5C肖俊博、5C贺祺沣、6D薛元知、6C李一诺、7C唐子行、7F倪政、7E任益百、8E周钰晰、8E蔡悦璋、8E王赫宣、9E贾博文、9E汪芷如、9F邵嘉芸等同学分获个人项目冠军奖牌。

早上好！此次体育文化节以“石榴花开，籽籽同心”为主题，有两层含义。我们中华民族由56个民族组成，这个学期，我们万科双语学校正好有56个班级，大家都很团结，就对应了56个民族的团结。2021年6月在青海考察时，习近平总书记曾给大家讲述“石榴籽”这个比喻的出处：“维族同胞说我们要像石榴籽一样抱在一起，这个词很形象。各民族就要像石榴籽一样紧紧抱在一起，我们都是中华民族共同体的一分子。”这一次，每个班都抽到一个民族，去研究它的历史和文化，很多同学知道了好多以前不曾了解的民族，多元而共融。我们有 D班，“Diversity”就是多元的意思，我们祖国民族多元，文化多元。就世界而言还有斯拉夫族、拉丁族等等，只有相互包容，才能繁荣进步。包容（Inclusiveness），就是I班的来历。

11月3日，以“运动让生活更美好”为主题的首届中国生活体育大会在成都天府国际会议中心举办。首届中国生活体育大会以“运动让生活更美好”为主题，旨在推广生活体育理念，传递健康生活态度，传播生活体育价值观念，让更多的人将体育当成生活的一部分。党的二十大也提出要加快建设体育强国，促进竞技体育和群众体育全面发展。这是对每一个中国人的深切关心。
