万双网讯  10月28日，万科双语学校七年级全体师生在学校剧场举行了“言必诚信，行必忠正”无人监考动员大会。本次大会由七年级年级组长于兵老师主持。

大会正式开始前，于兵老师以二十大会议图片为切入点，调动同学们的思考，请同学们思考并分享集会时应该遵守哪些礼仪，孩子们热情回应，各抒己见。最终明确了集会礼仪——准时到、齐着装、坐端正、守纪律、善倾听、讲卫生。

Before the official start of the conference, Mr. Yu Bing used the pictures of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the starting point to mobilize the students' thinking. He asked the students to think about and share the etiquette that should be followed during the assembly. The children responded enthusiastically and expressed their opinions. In the end, the etiquette of the assembly was clarified—arrive on time, dress uniformly, sit upright, observe discipline, listen well, and pay attention to hygiene.

于老师从社会主义核心价值观切入大会主题。“诚信是为人处事之本，与人交往之基；是一种品行，也是一种准则。”于老师引经据典，旁征博引，从商鞅立木见信到名人名言荐用，同学们听得津津有味，也更加明确了诚信的价值与意义。

Teacher Yu cited scriptures and classics, and cites widely, from Shang Yang's story of trust to famous quotes, the students listened with relish, and more clarified the value and significance of honesty.

通过于老师的介绍，全体学生进一步明确了考试的意义。考试是检测考试者对某方面知识或技能的掌握程度，无论从主考者的角度看，还是从学习者的角度看，考试都仅仅是检验学习者的学习水平，以便更好地制定随后的教学或学习方略。无人监考作为万双的传统，不仅是对学生人格与学力的双重考验，也是积极践行万双培养目标的体现。万双致力于培养身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越，具有家国情怀和国际视野，敢于创造美好未来的中国公民。践行这一目标的重要载体之一便是万双高质量的学生自主发展体系，无人监考便是该体系下的一个重要培养方式。

在7F班刘奕灵同学的带领下，七年级全体同学大声地进行了诚信宣誓：“我将遵守考纪，公平参与竞争，像爱护眼睛一样珍惜名誉，不辜负老师和家长的信任。我要在人格答卷上得到满分，在考试中培养自己诚信品格，并为创建一个有序、和谐的学习环境做出我的贡献！”

同学们以班级为单位有序地来到舞台前，在“言必诚信，行必忠正”横幅上签下了自己的名字，并且学生、家长、老师、督导与课程中心均需签署承诺书，保障无人监考工作圆满开展。

孟子有云：车无辕而不行，人无信而不立。信任别人是一种快乐，被人信任是一种幸福。相信每一名万小双都能在这三年的历练之中，成为诚信应考，自尊、自信、自主、自律的“金海豚”，树立诚信意识，争做诚信之人，把诚信转化为一种自觉，让人格绽放光彩。
