万双网讯 2022年10月24日，万科双语学校2022-2023第一学期第九周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式主持由8E班和8F班承担。8E班和8F班都是团结、积极、向上、奋发的集体。

VBS Net News   On October 24, 2022, the flag-raising ceremony for the ninth week of the first semester of 2022-2023 of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school playground. 升旗仪式由 8F班的潘萱萱和赵嘉宇主持。8E班的杨瑷宁和蔡悦璋做了国旗下的讲话。他们演讲的题目是《心理健康，快乐常伴》。第一书记杨艺娟进行了时事热点分享。

The flag-raising ceremony was presided over by Pan Xuanxuan and Zhao Jiayu from Class 8F. Yang Anning and Cai Yuezhang from Class 8E gave speeches under the flag. The title of their speech was "Mental Health Makes Happiness always around Us". The first secretary Yang Yijuan shared the hot topics of current affairs.

尊敬的老师们，亲爱的同学们，大家早上好！我是来自8E班的杨瑷宁。今天我们国旗下讲话的主题为：心理健康，快乐常伴！

Good morning, dear teachers and students! I'm Selinafrom 8E.The topic of our speech today is: Mental Health Makes Happiness always around Us.

据统计，67%的心理问题发生在学生身上。由此可知，心理问题是普遍存在于中小学阶段的。同学们经常会抱怨“作业好多”“听不懂”的烦恼，又可能因为家庭中的矛盾影响一天的情绪。对于陌生或不友好的环境，同学们会表现出排斥、封闭自我或无法接受的心理，还有一些其它的因素刺激大家的心理健康。

According to statistics, 67% of mental problems happen to students.It can be seen that psychological problems are common in primary and secondary schools.Students often complain about "too much homework" and "having trouble learning". Also the conflicts which happen in the family may affect their mood all day.For unfamiliar or unfriendly environment, students show rejection, seal up thenselves or have the feeling of not being accepted. There are some other factors to stimulate their mental health.

首先，学习方面的问题是每个学生都会遇到的问题，也是最为常见的问题。很多同学会为面对升学而担忧，又会对学习内容有较多不解与抱怨。而正确的方法是，学生应该努力调整心态，以积极平和的心情面对学业，学习问题不要堆积。当然，如果同学们对学习没有刨根问底的精神，必然会有一定程度上的心理压力，我们应该学会放松训练与合理宣泄，让同学们一起积极迎接知识，不断在欢乐中汲取养分。

First,the problem with learning is the problem that all students encounter and it is the most common problem.Many students are worried about entering a higher school, and they have more perplexity and complaints about what they are learning.The correct way is that students should try to adjust their attitude and face their studies with a positive and peaceful mood. They should not accumulate learning problems.Of course, if the students can’t study inquistively, there must be mental pressure in a way. As a result, we should have relaxing training and reasonable catharsis to let the students actively welcome new knowledge and constantly obtain the nutrition in joy.

其次，家庭问题与矛盾的产生并不是家人中哪一方的对错导致的分歧，而是互不尊重谦让的结果。同学们对于家庭矛盾可能会一致认为是对方的错误。曾子说：“吾日三省吾身”。随着我们的身心成长，也应该具备换位思考与自我反思的能力。如果家庭中不同身份的人相互理解，那么矛盾出现的频率与次数也会减少,更不会对同学们的心理健康有影响了。

Second,family problems and conflicts are not caused by anyone who lives in the family, but the lack of mutual respect and humility.Students may agree that family conflicts are from others’ fault. Zengzi once said: "I reflect on myself three times a day."As we grow older, we should also be equipped with the ability of putting ourselves in others’ shoes and reflecting on ourselves.If people of different identities in a family can understand each other, the frequency of conflicts will be reduced.Moreover, it will not have an impact on students’mental health.

最后，周围环境并不只包含生活氛围，还包括人对人的态度。常见出现心理问题的学生会对人际交往和生活环境出现不适。人与人之间的不友好会对他人造成影响，如语言攻击、人格侮辱等都是极不好的行为。生活环境同样也是人与人共建的，身为班级与学校的一员，在关注自己心理健康的同时，也要适当反思对他人是否有过不正确的举止。所以，同学们要乐于融入一个充满温暖与爱的地方，将班级、校园和各个公共环境共同维护成一个充满温暖与爱的地方。

Finally, our surrounding environment not only contains the atmosphere of life, but also includes people's reciprocal attitudes.Students with common psychological problems are uncomfortable with interpersonal communication and living environment.The unfriendliness among people will have an impact on others, such as verbal attacks, personal abuse and so on, which are very bad behaviors.The living environment is also jointly built by people. As a member of the class and school, we should pay attention to our own mental health and reflect on whether we have behaved incorrectly towards others.Therefore, students should be willing to integrate into a place full of warmth and love, and maintain the class, campus and all public environments into a place full of warmth and love.

10月22日，中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会在人民大会堂胜利闭幕。

On October 22, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China concluded successfully in the Great Hall of the People.

大会号召，全党全军全国各族人民紧密团结在以习近平同志为核心的党中央周围，牢记空谈误国、实干兴邦，坚定信心、同心同德，埋头苦干、奋勇前进，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴而团结奋斗。

The congress called on the whole Party, the whole army, and the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country to closely rally around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, keep in mind empty talk, work hard to prosper the country, strengthen confidence, work with one heart and one mind, immerse themselves in hard work, forge ahead bravely, and unite and struggle for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and the comprehensive promotion of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

大会强调，党的十八大召开十年来，我们经历了对党和人民事业具有重大现实意义和深远历史意义的三件大事：一是迎来中国共产党成立一百周年，二是中国特色社会主义进入新时代，三是完成脱贫攻坚、全面建成小康社会的历史任务，实现第一个百年奋斗目标。

The congress stressed: In the 10 years since the 18th CPC National Congress was convened, we have experienced three major events of great immediate significance and far-reaching historical significance to the cause of the Party and the people: First, ushering in the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China; second, socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era; third, fulfilling the historical task of alleviating poverty, building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, and realizing the first centenary goal.

大会指出，全面建成社会主义现代化强国，总的战略安排是分两步走：从二〇二〇年到二〇三五年基本实现社会主义现代化；从二〇三五年到本世纪中叶把我国建成富强、民主、文明、和谐、美丽的社会主义现代化强国。未来五年是全面建设社会主义现代化国家开局起步的关键时期。
