万双网讯  习近平总书记在全国教育大会上明确把“劳动教育”列入社会主义建设者和接班人的素质要求，开启了新时代学校劳动教育的新征程。他强调：“要在学生中弘扬劳动精神，教育引导学生崇尚劳动、尊重劳动，懂得劳动最光荣、劳动最崇高、劳动最伟大、劳动最美丽的道理，长大后能够辛勤劳动、诚实劳动、创造性劳动。”

At the National Education Conference，General Secretary Xi pointed out that Labor Education was clearly included in the quality requirements of socialist builders and successors, opening a new journey of school Labor Education in the new era. He stressed that we should carry forward the spirit of labor among students, educate and guide students to advocate and respect labor, understand the truth that labor is the most glorious, the most noble, the greatest and the most beautiful. We should also educate students to be able to work hard, honestly and creatively when they grow up."

为贯彻落实中共中央《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》，万科双语学校老师们结合实际，积极探索具有本校特色的劳动教育模式，根据各年级学生身心发展特点分段，有目标、有主题地组织开展了丰富多彩的劳动教育实践课，让学生动手实践、接受锻炼、磨炼意志，培养学生正确的劳动价值观和良好的劳动品质。

In order to implement the opinions of the CPC Central Committee on “Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary, Middle School and University in the New Era”, teachers of Vanke Bilingual School actively explored the Labor Education courses with school characteristics in combination with reality. According to the physical and mental development characteristics of students in all grades, they organized and carried out a variety of Labor Education courses with goals and themes, so that students could practice, exercise and temper their will, cultivate their correct labor values and good labor quality.

鉴于低龄段一二年级学生的发展特质，劳动教育课题侧重在生活劳动中，比如系红领巾、系鞋带、叠衣服、洗脸刷牙等简单的生活必备技能，锻炼孩子的自理能力，养成了良好的生活习惯。

In view of the development characteristics of students in Grade 1 and Grade 2, the Labor Education courses are focused on the daily work, such as tying a red scarf, tying shoelaces, folding clothes, washing faces and brushing teeth and other simple life essential skills, so as to exercise students’ self-care ability and develop good living habits.

三四年级着重提高动手能力，在手工类和简单的种植技术上，能设计并制作简单的传统工艺作品，如扎染、十字绣、缝扣子、编中国结，水培或土培土豆、大蒜等课题，锻炼了学生的专注力和坚持不懈的劳动精神，让学生懂得“一份耕耘，一份收获”的道理。

The Labor Education courses for students in Grade 3 and Grade 4 are mainly about improving their hands-on ability. In terms of handicrafts and simple planting techniques, they could design and make simple traditional craft works, such as tie dyeing, cross stitch, sewing buttons, weaving Chinese knots, hydroponic or soil cultured potatoes and garlic, as well as other topics, which exercise their concentration and unremitting labor spirit, and let them know the truth of No pain, no gain.

五六年级的学生在生活中有了一定的设计和审美能力，老师设计了整理体育器材、拼装家具、礼品包装、花园设计、设计文化衫、包饺子等劳动课程，学生通过学习有了一定的思考能力和创新思维。

Students in Grade 5 and Grade 6 have the certain ability of design and aesthetic in life. The teachers designed Labor Education courses such as sorting out sports equipment, assembling furniture, gift packaging, garden design and designing T-shirts. Students could develop their innovative thinking ability through learning.

七八年级劳动教育课程为每周1个课时，有目的、有计划地组织学生参加日常生活劳动、服务性劳动。

The Labor Education courses of Grade 7 and Grade 8 were once a week, and students were organized to participate in daily life labor and service labor in a purposeful and planned way.

学校依托7楼楼顶平台，因地制宜开发劳动植物园地。每个班级都有5块试验田，学生分小组进行劳动种植，每一块试验田都栽种着不同的植物。学校负责提供学生喜欢的蔬菜种子、农耕工具及常用肥料。同学们在老师指导下，自主合作，设计栽种的品种、目标和方案，在实践中了解作物习性，学到瓜果种植的知识。

Relying on the platform of the 7th floor, school developed plant gardens according to local conditions. There were five experimental fields for each class. Students were divided into groups to plant. Different plants were planted in different experimental fields. Our school was responsible for providing students' favorite vegetable seeds, farming tools and common fertilizers. Under the guidance of teachers, students cooperated independently, designed the types, objectives and plans of planting, understood the habits of crops in practice, and learned the knowledge of melons and fruits planting.

每当到了收获的季节，同学们亲手采摘果实的场面可谓是热闹非凡。在活动过程中，同学们深切感受到劳动的快乐，通过分享给同学和老师，将快乐不断延伸和升华。

When the harvest season comes, the scenes of students picking fruits themselves are very lively. In the process of the activities, students can deeply feel the joy of labor. By sharing it with their classmates and teachers, the happiness will be extended and sublimated constantly.

学校设置了烹饪教室，让学生生活多些“烟火气”。返校后，这里成为学生们的课堂。课堂上，同学们学习了食材营养价值、菜肴烹饪方法等知识，同时也动手实践，学会了包饺子，制作南瓜饼、番薯饼，炒酸辣土豆丝等等。每当品尝到美味的菜肴时，同学们笑着说：“生活不只有眼前的书房，还有厨房和菜地。”

Our school set up a cooking room for students to feel the flavor of life.  After students returned to school,  it became a classroom. In the class, students learned the nutritional value of ingredients, cooking methods and other knowledge, but also learned to make dumplings, pumpkin cakes, sweet potato cakes, fried spicy and sour potato shreds and so on by practice. When tasting delicious dishes, students laughed and said, "Life is not only in the study in front of us, but also in the kitchens and in vegetable fields."

此外，万科双语学校劳动教育还渗透到了每个传统节日里，如冬至包汤圆、端午缝香包、编彩绳、中秋做月饼、母亲节折康乃馨、玫瑰花，父亲节感恩活动等，让孩子们在劳动中体验到中国传统文化美德。

In addition, Labor Education in Vanke Bilingual School has also penetrated into every traditional festival, such as wrapping dumplings on the Winter Solstice, sewing sachets on the Dragon Boat Festival, weaving colored ropes, making moon cakes on the Mid-Autumn Festival, folding carnations and roses on Mothers’ Day, so that students can experience the virtues of traditional Chinese culture in their work.

疫情期间，劳动教育课以工作坊的形式开展，老师们精心设计了丰富多彩的课程以直播方式呈现给学生，其中我们的课题涉及了美食类、手工类、家务劳动技能三大领域，让学生们对劳动工作坊产生了浓厚的兴趣，得到了家长们的好评。此次网课不仅让孩子们体验了一番“自己动手丰衣足食”的乐趣，还增进了亲子关系。学生们跟着老师做了很多美食，如：水果拼盘、清蒸鱼、电饭煲鸡、水蒸蛋、香辣排骨、香辣田螺、菠萝咕咾肉，还学会了缝扣子、做手工、做家务……

During the epidemic period, Labor Education courses were carried out in the form of workshops, and teachers carefully designed various and colorful online courses to be presented to students. The topics covered three major areas, including food, handicrafts and housework skills, which made students interested in labor workshops. The courses were highly praised by parents. The online Labor Education courses not only let students experience the fun if you want something, do it by yourself, but also enhanced the parent-child relationship. Students cooked a lot of delicious food with the guidance of teachers, such as fruit platter, steamed fish, steamed chicken, steamed eggs, spicy ribs, spicy snails, sweet and sour pork, and learned to sew buttons, do handicrafts, do housework and so on.
