万双通过历史课的开设，在小学掀起了热爱历史学习的旋风，孩子们讨论历史观点，阅读历史书籍，探讨历史与现实。本次活动面向1-6年级学生，给学生提供学习成果展示、交流的平台。此次活动前期由学生自主报名，录制海选视频，学校评委会进行选拔，最终14位小小历史演说家登上了舞台进行演说，其他学生作品在班级内播放展示。

There is a whirlwind of love for history learning in primary school in VBS through the History class. Students discuss historical views, read history books and explore history and reality. This activity was for students from Grade 1 to Grade 6 and provided a platform for students to display and exchange their learning achievements. First, students signed up independently, recorded audition videos which were selected by the school jury. Finally, 14 students stepped on the stage to give speeches, and other students’ works were broadcast and displayed in the class.

China is the only country in the world with a continuous history of several thousand years. Rui Chuxin from Class 1I explained the source of Chinese civilization to the audience in a childlike way.

3F班的周卉宁同学解读了古埃及文物罗塞塔石碑，从历史文物中探寻古埃及文明发展的足迹。

Zhou Huining from Class 3F interpreted the Rosetta stone tablet, an ancient Egyptian cultural relic, and explored the footprints of the development of ancient Egyptian civilization from historical relics.

5D班的李诺维同学带领观众领略了古巴比伦文明的独特魅力，其中的空中花园、楔形文字让同学们流连忘返。 

Li Nuowei from Class 5D led the audience to appreciate the unique charm of the ancient Babylonian civilization, in which the hanging garden and cuneiform characters made the students reluctant to part.

4F班余睿翔同学讲述了春秋战国时期商鞅变法的故事。在这样一个动乱变革的时代，商鞅通过自己的智慧和坚持，帮助秦国从一个边陲小国变成战国最强大的国家，最后统一了六国。他的改革变法精神为人类留下了宝贵的精神财富。

Yu Ruixiang from Class 4F told the story of Shang Yang's reform during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. In such an era of turmoil and change, Shang Yang, through his wisdom and persistence, helped the state of Qin change from a small border country to the most powerful country in the Warring States Period, and finally unified the six countries. His reform spirit has left precious spiritual wealth for mankind.

6C班的陈履一同学深入解析扑克牌背后的人物和故事，串起了希腊神话、圣经故事和欧洲早期的历史，使观众们经受了一场英雄精神的洗礼，更是激发了大家对历史的兴趣。

Chen Lvyi from Class 6C deeply analyzed the characters and stories behind the poker, and linked Greek myths, biblical stories and early European history, which made the audience experience a baptism of heroic spirit and stimulated their interest in history.

3F班杨欣同学介绍了被明代思想家李贽誉为“千古一帝”的秦始皇的丰功伟绩，告诉大家要学会辩证的看待历史人物，秦始皇既是严峻刑罚的推行者，也是追求实际的实干家。

Yang Xin from Class 3F introduced the great achievements of Qin Shihuang, who was praised as " the emperor through the ages " by Li Zhi, a thinker of the Ming Dynasty, and told everyone to learn to look at historical figures dialectically. Qin Shihuang was not only a promoter of severe punishment, but also a practical doer.

2E班的周庭竺同学通过讲述东汉名将耿弇打败强敌张步和秦末项羽破釜沉舟大破秦军的故事，让观众明白了有志向的人，只要坚持不懈，做事终究会成功。

Zhou Tingzhu from Class 2E, told the story of Geng Yan, a famous general in the Eastern Han Dynasty, who defeated Zhang Bu, a powerful enemy, and Xiang Yu, a late Qin Dynasty, who broke through the Qin army. He made the audience understand that those who have aspirations will succeed as long as they persevere.

1D班的赵倓同学以生动活泼的语言讲述了文学名著《三国演义》的经典片段《桃园三结义》，引起了很多对历史学习的兴趣起源于四大名著同学的共鸣。

Zhao Tan from Class 1D told a lively story about the classic fragment “The Three Knot in Taoyuan” of the famous literary work “Romance of the Three Kingdoms”, which aroused students interest in history learning, which originates from the resonance of the students of the four famous novels.

战争史是历史学习中不可或缺的重要部分，3C班的向征同学讲述了以少胜多的军事战役——金与辽的护步达冈之战。

History of war is an indispensable part of history learning. Xiang Zheng from Class 3C told about the military campaign of "a few wins more" - the battle of protecting Bu Dagang between Jin and Liao.

6D班的祁润格同学以《面对火焰，无畏挑战——拿破仑.波拿巴》为题，深情诠释了一代伟人拿破仑的逆袭之路和丰功伟绩，感受英雄人物在历史活动中的地位作用。

Qi Runge from Class 6D, with the topic of “Facing the Fire and Fearless Challenges - Napoleon Bonaparte”, gave a profound interpretation of the counter attack and great achievements of Napoleon, a great man of a generation, and felt the status and role of heroes in history.

5C班的章艺馨同学声情并茂地带领大家重温了第一次鸦片战争的历史，总结了经验教训，并与同学们共勉。

Zhang Yixin from Class 5C led everyone to review the history of the first Opium War, summed up the experience and lessons, and shared them with students.

6E的李源格同学以《声东击西的“杰作”——诺曼底登陆》为题，绘声绘色地描述了波谲云诡的诺曼底登陆，道出这个改变几大洲人类未来的重要抉择的重要性，并引发观众思考今日的世界和平不易，当珍爱和平，远离战争。

Li Yuange from Class 6E described the treacherous Normandy landings in a vivid way with the topic "The Masterpiece of Making a Feint to the East, But Attacking in the West-- the Normandy Landings”. He explained the importance of this choice to change the future of mankind on several continents, and caused us to think that today's world peace is not easy, and we should cherish peace and stay away from war.

2X班王泓霖同学带来了二战苏联名将朱可夫的故事。朱可夫出身贫寒，但是热爱学习，不怕困难，意志坚定，帮助苏联取得了二战的胜利，是当之无愧的俄罗斯民族英雄，值得每一个人铭记。

Wang Honglin from Class 2X brought the story of Zhukov, a famous Soviet general in the Second World War. Zhukov was born in poverty, but he loved learning. He was not afraid of difficulties, and had a firm will. He helped the Soviet Union win the Second World War. He is a well deserved Russian national hero, which is worth remembering by everyone.

4V班常天一同学带来了冷战时期柏林墙的历史信息。柏林墙始于冷战，造成了东西德国的分裂，给许多家庭带来了伤痛。冷战结束后，德国重新统一，许多家庭破镜重圆。战争与分裂带给人们太多的伤害，每个人都应珍惜如今的和平与稳定。

Chang Tianyi from Class 4V brought historical information about the Berlin Wall during the Cold War. The Berlin Wall began with the Cold War, which caused the division between Eastern Germany and Western Germany and brought pain to many families. After the Cold War, Germany was reunited and many families were reunited. War and division have brought too much harm to people. Everyone should cherish today's peace and stability.
