万双网讯  为培养学生健全的人格，关注学生心理健康教育，2022年5月至6月，万科双语学校开展了以“万双学子，向阳生长”为主题的心理健康月系列活动。活动包括：心理漫画大赛、心理短视频大赛、E-TALK主题演讲，全校师生积极参与。

In order to cultivate students' sound personality and care for students' mental health education, Vanke Bilingual School launched a series of activities in Mental Health Month with the theme of "VBS Students Grow Up in the Sun" from May to June 2022. All teachers and students actively participated in these activities, including psychological cartoon contest, psychological short video contest and E-TALK.

E-TALK主题演讲

5月30日，“以生命温暖生命，以生命启迪生命”万科双语学校第二届E-TALK主题演讲在剧场再次拉开帷幕。家长、同学及老师动情的分享了他们的生命故事。

On May 30th, the Second E-TALK of Vanke Bilingual School based on the theme of "Warming Life With Life And Enlightening Life With Life" was held in the theater. Parents, students and teachers shared their life stories vividly.

朱久青先生从一碗牛肉面谈起，指出在英文中，Life有生活和生命两个最基本的意思。烹饪让我们更加接近生活，养育孩子让我们更加接近生命，生命只有一次，活着就是一个终身受教育的过程。

Mr. Zhu Jiuqing started with a bowl of beef noodles and pointed out that in English, life has two basic meanings. Cooking brings us closer to life. Raising children brings us closer to life. Life is only once. Living is a lifelong process of education.

钱思正一家——生命影响生命

Qian Sizheng's Family - Life Affects Life

钱思正同学与爸爸、妈妈同台演讲，他们分别讲述了自己的事业、家庭、学习情况，并分享了关于坚持、慈善、奋斗、爱与陪伴的温暖故事，展示了热爱学习、生活与事业，阳光向上、相亲相爱的一家人的心声。

Qian Sizheng gave a speech with his father and mother on the stage. They shared about their career, family and study. They shared warm stories about persistence, charity, struggle, love and companionship. They showed the aspirations of a family who love learning, life and career with optimistic attitude and love.

赵倓妈妈——我和深圳的故事

Zhao Tan's Mother -- the Story of Shenzhen and Me

1D班的赵倓妈妈介绍了深圳博物馆中很多珍贵的历史照片和实物，讲述了改革开放以来，来自五湖四海的建设者在深圳打拼的一个个平凡而精彩的故事，让万双少年可从中感受到源源不断的精神力量。

Zhao Tan's mother from Class 1D introduced many precious historical photos and objects in   Shenzhen Museum, and told ordinary and wonderful stories of builders from all over the world working hard in Shenzhen since the Reform and Opening-up, which let VBS students feel the endless spiritual power.

晏紫——Lion and Mouse

Yan Zi- Lion and Mouse

晏紫同学绘声绘色地讲了一个狮子和老鼠的故事。她说道：“最小的老鼠也能帮助最大的狮子，对我们来说，如果你不尊重别人，别人也不会尊重你。”

Yan Zi told a vivid story about a lion and a mouse. She said, "The smallest mouse can also help the biggest lion. For us, if you don't respect others, they won't respect you."

黄思恒爸爸——追随自己的热爱

Huang Siheng's Father -- Follow What You Love

黄思恒爸爸分享了自己对绘画的追随与热爱，并把热爱变成事业的故事，期望孩子们做好自己的人生规划，找到自己真正的热爱，成就自己的梦想。

Huang Siheng's father shared his love for painting and a story of turning his love into a career. He expected students to make their own life plans, find their true love and achieve their dreams.

郑佳佳——重新理解妈妈

Zheng Jiajia -- Re Understanding Mother

郑佳佳老师分享了自己和妈妈的故事，从不理解妈妈的控制欲，到生了宝宝后才真正理解妈妈的不容易，希望孩子们学会理解妈妈，建立和谐的亲子关系。

Zheng Jiajia shared her story about herself and her mother. It was not easy to understand her mother's desire for control until she gave birth to a baby. She hoped that students would learn to understand their mothers and establish a harmonious parent-child relationship.

心理漫画大赛

Psychological Cartoon Contest

在心理漫画大赛中，学校遵循以画笔描绘生活，以作品感悟心灵的原则，收到了一至八年级学生多幅佳作。全校师生自由投票，积极为优秀作品点赞。

In the psychological cartoon contest, school followed the principle of depicting life with a brush and understanding the soul with works, and received many excellent works from students from Grade 1 to Grade 8. All teachers and students voted freely and praised excellent works actively.

心理短视频大赛

Psychological Short Video Contest

本次心理短视频大赛面向4-8年级学生征集，共征集了12个心理短视频，内容涵盖压力、校园欺凌、拖延、珍爱生命等主题，并在每个班级进行展播。

This psychological short video contest was open to students from Grade 4 to Grade 8. A total of 12 psychological short videos were collected, covering topics such as stress, campus bullying, procrastination, cherishing life, etc., and were broadcast in each class.

万科双语学校心理健康月系列活动以形式多样的宣传方式，丰富多彩的活动，营造了良好的心理健康教育氛围，为学校工作的进一步深入开展创造了有利条件，为培养身心健康、人格健全、敢创未来的万双学子打下了坚实的基础。

The activities in Mental Health Month of Vanke Bilingual School have created a good mental health education atmosphere through various forms of publicity and various activities, which created favorable conditions for the further development of school work, and laid a solid foundation for cultivating VBS students who are physically and mentally healthy, have a sound personality and dare to create the future.
