万双网讯  “眼睛是灵魂的窗户，书本是智慧的明灯。”万科双语学校作为深圳市儿童青少年近视防控试点学校，十分关注学生的视力健康。为给学生提供具有生活价值的学习，提升学生爱眼护眼意识，让“视”界充满爱，5月23日至27日，学校数学组在二年级开展了主题为“如何有效保护视力”的PBL项目式学习。

VBS Net News  "Eyes are the windows of the soul, and books are the lights of wisdom." Vanke Bilingual School, as a pilot school for the prevention and control of myopia among adolescents in Shenzhen, pays great attention to students’ vision health. In order to provide learning with life value for students, improve their awareness of loving and protecting their eyes, and make the "visual" world full of love, from May 23th to 27th, the Math team carried out PBL project-based learning with the theme of "How to Effectively Protect Their Eyesight" in Grade 2.

该项目让学生利用本学期所学《收集与整理》、《调查与记录》统计类知识，对二年级全体学生近视情况进行了问卷调查并收集数据、统计数据，为学校的爱眼护眼活动提供数据支持。历时一周，在数学、人工智能、ART、语文等各学科老师的合作下，活动取得了良好的效果。

Students were asked to use the statistical knowledge of “Collection and Sorting” and “Investigation and Record ”learned this semester to conduct a questionnaire survey about the myopia of all students in Grade 2 and collect information to provide data support for activities of eye care. It lasted one week and achieved good results with the cooperation of teachers of Math, Artificial Intelligence, Art, Chinese and other subjects.

通过对调查结果的数据分析，让学生意识到保护视力的重要性。通过宣传帮助他人了解护眼知识，培养学生的社会责任感。在此次调查研究活动中，学生通过交流，养成接纳、鉴赏他人意见的良好习惯，在表达自己意见的过程中，增强了自信心、创造力和责任心，深入了解数学学习和现实生活之间的紧密联系。

Through the data analysis of the survey results, this activity lets students realize the importance of protecting their eyesight and help others understand the knowledge eye care through publicity, and cultivates students' sense of social responsibility. In this investigation and research activity, students formed a good habit of accepting and appreciating others' opinions through communication. In the process of expressing their own opinions, they enhanced their self-confidence, creativity and sense of responsibility, and deeply understood the close relationship between Math and real life.

同学们了解了全国儿童青少年近视调查结果，数据触目惊心，孩子们看完报道后对身边小朋友近视发病率充满了好奇。

Learning about the results of the national survey on myopia among adolescents, students felt shocked and were full of curiosity about the myopia incidence rate of children around them.

在老师的引导下，孩子们通过小组交流和集体汇报，大家集中想探究的问题是近视产生的原因和如何预防近视？

Making Questionnaires

在确定好两个核心问题后，同学们头脑风暴，提出了很多关于用眼的细节问题。最后通过总结归纳，在人工智能老师的帮助下，将问题做成了问卷星推送到了家长群。

After determining the two core issues, students brainstormed and put forward many detailed questions about using eyes. Finally, with the help of Artificial Intelligence teachers, the questions were made into questionnaires and sent to the parents' group.

Independent Inquiry

孩子们根据调查结果在数学课上对数据进行了分析。通过查找资料，发现可以通过调整坐姿、认真做眼操、控制电子产品使用时间、增强户外运动等方式可以保护视力。如果已经近视了，要选择合适的眼镜，注意用眼时间，补充营养，避免度数加深。

Students analyzed the data in Math class according to the survey results. Through searching for information, they found that vision could be protected by adjusting sitting posture, doing eye exercises carefully, controlling the use time of electronic products, and enhancing outdoor sports and other ways. If adolescents are already nearsighted, they should choose appropriate glasses, pay attention to the time of using their eyes and supplement nutrition to avoid deepening the degree.

为了让更多的同学和我们一样知道保护视力的重要性，孩子们将分析数据得出的结论做成了海报，在学校进行了展览。

In order to let more adolescents know about the importance of protecting their eyesight, students made posters of the conclusions drawn from the analysis of the data and held an exhibition at school.

6月6日是全世界爱眼护眼日，在周一的升旗仪式，二年级学生代表对全校同学发出了爱眼护眼倡议。

June 6th is the World Eye Care Day. At the flag raising ceremony on Monday, the student representatives in Grade 2 issued the eye care initiative to the whole school.

孩子们还把护眼口诀做成了宣传海报，分小组走进全校52个班级进行宣讲，将海报送达每个班级，张贴在显眼位置。活动中，连最羞涩的孩子也开了口，大方地进行讲解。分享的快乐洋溢在每个孩子的脸上。

Students also made the pithy formula of protecting eyes into posters. They went into 52 classes in groups to give lectures. The posters were delivered to each class and posted in a prominent position. During the activity, even the most shy child were willing to explain generously. The joy of sharing permeated every child's face.
