万双网讯  2022年4月11日，万科双语学校举办2021-2022第二学期第八周云升旗仪式。本周升旗仪式主持由3I班承担。3I班是一个团结、友善且非常有包容心的集体。

VBS Net News  On April 11th,2022, Vanke Bilingual School held the cloud flag raising ceremony in the eighth week of the second semester of 2021-2022. The flag raising ceremony of this week was presided over by Class 3I. Class 3I is a united, friendly and tolerant group.

升旗仪式由 3I班的吕尉铭和陈依欣主持。姜骄洋和杨紫安做了国旗下的讲话。他们演讲的题目是《居安思危 警钟长鸣》。 梁小文书记进行了时事热点分享。

The flag raising ceremony was presided over by Lv Weiming and Chen Yixin from Class 3I. Jiang Jiaoyang and Yang Zian gave a speech under the national flag. The title of their speech was Be Vigilant in Peace Time and Keep the Alarm Bell Ringing. Secretary Liang Xiaowen shared the hot spots of current affairs.

各位老师同学们，早上好，我是3I班的杨紫安，4月15日是全民国家安全教育日，很荣幸能和大家一起分享关于这个日子的小知识。

Dear teachers and students, good morning. My name is George.I am from Class 3I. April 15 is National Security Education Day. It is a great honor to stand here and share with you.

你们知道什么是全民国家安全教育日吗？2015年7月1日，全国人大常委会通过的《中华人民共和国国家安全法》第十四条规定，每年4月15日为全民国家安全教育日。是为了增强全民国家安全意识，维护国家安全而设立的节日。2022年4月15日，是我国第七个全民国家安全教育日。

Dear fellow students, do you know what National Security Education Day is? On July 1, 2015, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) adopted article 14 of the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China, which stipulates that April 15 of each year is national Security Education Day. It is to enhance national security awareness and safeguard national security. On April 15, 2022, China marks its seventh National Security Education Day.

那么什么是国家安全呢？

So what is national security?

根据《中华人民共和国国家安全法》的规定，国家安全是指我们的国家处于没有危险和不受内外威胁的状态，是持续安全的。

According to the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China, national security means that our motherland is in a state without danger from internal and external threats. It is continuously safe.

国家安全又包括哪些方面？

What does national security include?

《中华人民共和国国家安全法》从政治安全、国土安全、军事安全、经济安全、文化安全、社会安全、科技安全、信息安全、生态安全、资源安全、核安全等11个领域对国家安全任务进行了明确。

The National Security Law of the People's Republic of China defines national security tasks in 11 areas, including political security, homeland security, military security, economic security, cultural security, social security, scientific and technological security, information security, ecological security, resource security, and nuclear security.

维护国家安全，人人有责，作为红旗下的少年，我们应当如何维护国家安全呢？下面有几个例子，我们一起来学习了解：

To maintain national security, everyone has responsibility. As the young under the red flag, what should we do to safeguard national security? Here are a few examples. Let's learn together:

比如信息不能随便泄露，现在我们日常生活中有很多活动都会保留我们的信息，比如嘀嘀打车、微信聊天、二维码扫描等，都会采集到我们的很多信息，这些居民信息是需要保密的，只有国家机关才能依法获得。这就是信息安全。

For example, information could not reveal casually now. Many activities in our daily life will keep our information, such as the Didi taxi, WeChat, and QR codes. These apps will collect information from us. This information of residents is confidential. Only state organs can obtain it according to law.

比如军人和军事基地的照片不能随便拍，如果放到网上，就容易暴露军人和军队的信息，被坏人利用。这就是军事安全。

For another example, we shouldn't take photos of soldiers and military bases casually. If the photos were uploaded to the Internet, their information could be easily exposed and used by bad people.

比如行李箱不能随便装，有个大学生从国外留学回来，就在行李箱装了国外的水果。入境检查的时候，发现里面有入侵昆虫，如果带到国内，会破坏我们的国内生态。这就是生态安全。

We can't pack anything we like in the luggage. There is a college student back after studying abroad and packed foreign fruits in his suitcase. When he found there were some invasive insects in his luggage during the immigration inspection, if he brought them to China, they would damage our domestic ecology.

比如信息不能非法传播，我们经常听到看到一些和国家安全相关的信息，比如疫情的情况，我们要以官方公布的为准，不要传播没有经过证实的信息，误导民众，引起社会动荡，这就是社会安全。

Another example is, information should not be spread illegally. We often hear and see information related to national security, such as the epidemic situation. We should follow the official information and refrain from spreading unverified information that may mislead the public and cause social unrest.

同学们，国家安全了，才有我们的安全，守护国家安全，从我们每个人做起，从身边每一件涉及国家安全的小事做起。让我们行动起来吧，维护祖国的统一、安全、和谐、强盛。我的分享到此结束，感谢大家的聆听。

校园最美四月天

亲爱的同学们、老师们：

早上好！

本周起，我们终于可以回到可爱美丽的校园，见到我们日夜想念的同学和老师，奔向我们热爱的运动场，呼吸春暖花开的迷人芬芳，沐浴彩色斑斓的和煦阳光。校园的四月，真美好！

过去的一个多月里，面对凶猛的疫情，我们不曾退却，每个人都在努力与这场疫情对抗，保持乐观的心态，默默地为抗疫付出自己的一份力量。那些在马路边上累倒睡着的“大白”、那些睡在办公室很久没有回家的社区工作者、那些风驰电掣赶着送货的外卖员和快递员、那些坚守在农批市场和商超的工作人员、那些守望相助共享物资的邻里们，当然，还有奋战在云端上敬职敬业的老师们，以及每一个遵守防疫要求的“我们”，汇聚成暖流强劲的“圳能量”，漂亮地打赢了一场阶段性的防控战。

当前，全球新冠肺炎疫情仍处于大流行阶段，我国本土确诊病例和无症状感染者增长快速，疫情多点散发，全国29个省份都遭遇病毒的袭击，防控形势严峻复杂。特别是上海的疫情，更是牵动着各方的心，来自全国各地的援沪医疗队陆续抵达上海，3.8万多名医护人员参与到核酸采样、方舱医院患者照护等抗疫防疫工作中，军队也派出卫勤力量支援上海防疫。每一束光芒、每一份力量，在此刻都显得弥足珍贵。全国援沪，是对中国精神和中国力量的最好诠释，是对人民至上、生命至上理念的最好践行。

值得注意的是，4月8日，深圳连续5天无新增记录被打断，这再次让我们警醒：对疫情防控的复杂性、艰巨性和反复性要有深刻认识，不能有丝毫松懈。打好打赢疫情防控持久战，源于我们每一人的笃定和坚守。做好安全防疫，是为了我们更好地在校园里健康学习。希望同学们按照《深圳市教育系统卫生防疫一日常规》要求，自觉做好早晨自检、出行防护；入校主动亮码测温；注重个人卫生，配合做好在校监测，保持安全的社交距离，如有身体不适及时报告老师。我们要防患于未然，积极增强身体素质，尽快全程接种疫苗，建立免疫屏障，为抗疫出一份力、尽一份心。

同学们，在最美的四月，我们重新起航。让我们以一颗平常心对待抗疫“大考”，全面开启健康的学习生活方式，共同守护我们的美好家园，用自己的行动践行新时代伟大的抗疫精神！
