万双网讯  12月10日，"黄帝、帝俊、炎帝、女娲、东王公、西王母、大禹、祝融、共工、嫦娥（常曦）、后羿、白虎"……纷至沓来，万科双语学校首届神话节在师生们的欢声笑语中拉开帷幕。一千多名师生用各自独特的方式打开了《山海经》。

VBS News Net: On December 10, VBS held the first myth festival. More than 1000 teachers and students took part in the activity.

本届神话节由杨帆校长倡议，旨在弘扬中华优秀传统文化，培养具有家国情怀的未来少年。神话节集合人生规划、人工智能、历史、语文、科学等多个学科的老师，以《山海经》为主线精心开设18个工作坊。各工作坊循着世界上最早有文字记载神话故事、中国古代保存神话资料最多的典籍——《山海经》，带学生们进入神话的世界。

This myth festival, initiated by Principal Yang, aims to carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture and cultivate future teenagers with patriotism. The myth Festival gathered teachers from many disciplines such as Life planning, Artificial intelligence, History, Chinese, and Science. They delivered 18 workshops. Each workshop followed the Classic of Mountains and Seas, the earliest written mythological story in the world, to take students into the world of mythology.

一二年级的未来少年上演了一场绝美T台秀,各路"神仙神兽"闪亮登场。

The future teenagers in Grades 1 and Grade 2 who dressed up as all kinds of immortals and mythical creatures presented a wonderful fashion show.

帐篷里的神话故事会，一年级萌娃们变身故事大王，向同学讲述神奇的《山海经》故事。

At the story-telling session, the children in Grade 1 turned into story kings and told the students the magical story of the Classic of Mountains and Seas.

在二年级的教室里，夸父追日、嫦娥奔月、女娲补天、精卫填海、共工怒触不周山、刑天舞干戚、神荼郁垒、大禹治水等神话故事由孩子们自编自导自演，并且获得了不错的"票房"。

In Grade 2 classrooms, the children wrote, directed, and performed fairy tales such as Quafoo chasing after the sun, The Goddess Chang's fly to the moon, the goddess mending the sky, Jingwei fills up the sea, King Yu tamed the flood.

由艺术老师、历史老师共同带来的主题沙龙打开《山海经》的N种艺术形式为孩子们呈现了不同人眼中的《山海经》。沙龙涉及的艺术形式有3D插画、装置艺术、首饰设计、摄影等等，通过对相关艺术作品的分析和欣赏，打开学生的思维，普及艺术知识。同时，历史老师从孩子熟知的课文《阿长与山海经》导入,讲述了山海经里的那些神兽。

Art teachers and history teachers delivered the Classic of Mountains and Rivers lecture. Through the analysis and appreciation of relevant artworks, students learned a lot of art knowledge.  At the same time, the history teacher introduced the article 'A Chang and the Classic of Mountains and Rivers,' which was well-known to the children, and showed them the mythical creatures in the Classic of Mountains and Rivers.

3-5年级、6-8年级的未来少年根据自己的爱好，自由选择体验不同的工作坊。例如:神兽形象设计与手作工坊、《山海经》——鴒舞工作坊、神话游园会、神话人物的精神分析室、吃货看《山海经》、心灵曼陀罗绘画工作坊、编程工作坊、形象设计工作坊、皮影戏工作坊 、科学"火"工作坊、唱诗班等。

Future teenagers in Grades 3 to 8 could choose different workshops according to their hobbies. For example, Mythical creatures image design and handicraft workshop, Wagtail dance, myth garden party, Psychoanalysis room for mythical characters, Ingredients in the Classic of Mountains and Rivers, Datura painting workshop, AI Workshop, Shadow play writing and recording workshop, Science Workshop, and Chinese Choir.

《山海经》呈现的神奇瑰丽、大气恢宏、脑洞大开的想象世界，不仅开启了先人思维模式的转变，也打开了孩子想象力的大门。万双学子在活动中透过神话人物去感受中华五千年的文化魅力，去体会古代人们对天地宇宙、生命起源、自然万物、人类演化、部族战争的思考与感受。

The magical and magnificent world presented in the Classic of Mountains and Rivers has changed not only the thinking mode of our ancestors but also enriched the children's imagination. VBS students learned the ancient people's thinking on the universe, the origin of life, human evolution, and tribal war.

各位同学、老师，大家上午好。 

Good morning, students and teachers.

今天是万双的首届神话节，我想通过广播，给大家讲讲关于这个节日的由来。有一位老师在做读书分享的时候说：她看了一本《中国妖怪故事》的书，书的作者提到在他参加动漫展的时候，遇见很多年轻的孩子装扮成各种妖怪，并且非常肯定地说自己装扮的都是日本的妖怪。这让作者感到非常震惊，因为这些孩子装扮的姑获鸟、天狗、饕餮等明明都是中国典籍中的妖怪啊！在日本大行其道的妖怪风尚，在其"原产地"中国，却失落了。书中还说，日本世界妖怪研究会会长水木茂都承认，日本妖怪其实70%来自于中国，有20%是来自印度，剩下的10%才是日本本土的妖怪。

Today is the first myth festival of VBS. I want to tell you about the origin of this festival through radio. A teacher read a book called Chinese monster story. The author of the book mentioned that when he participated in the animation exhibition, he met many young children dressed up as all kinds of monsters and said very definitely that they dressed up as Japanese monsters. This shocked the author because the Guhuo bird, Tiangou, and Taotie dressed up by these children are monsters in Chinese classics! The book also said that Shigeru Mizuki, President of Japan's world monster Research Association, admitted that 70% of Japanese monsters come from China, 20% from India, and 10% are Japanese monsters.

同学们，不知道你们听到这里会有怎样的感受。我在听完这位老师的分享后决定，在万双设立一个神话节。我希望大家不仅穿着各式服装装扮成不同角色，还要去感受中华文化。我们的神话节有人生规划、人工智能、历史、语文、科学等多个学科的老师，以《山海经》为主线精心设计多个工作坊，循着世界上最早有文字记载神话故事、中国古代保存神话资料最多的典籍——《山海经》，带你们进入神话的文学世界。

Students, I don't know how you will feel when you hear that. After listening to the teacher's sharing, I decided to set up a myth festival in VBS. I hope you will dress up in different roles. There are teachers of life planning, artificial intelligence, history, Chinese, and science. They designed several workshops, followed by the  Classic of Mountains and Rivers, the earliest written myth story in the world, to take you into the literary world of mythology.

作为全世界唯一没有中断的文明，中华五千年文明彰显着我们的传统文化和精神信仰。我们是受益者，更应该是传承者，所以我希望同学们能在这次神话节活动中，做到"沉浸式过节"。用心、快乐地参与并享受其中，与你的同学、老师一起透过神话人物去感受中华五千年的文化魅力，去体会古代人们对天地宇宙、生命起源、自然万物、人类演化、部族战争的思考与感受。习近平总书记指出，"中华优秀传统文化是我们最深厚的文化软实力，也是中国特色社会主义植根的文化沃土"。希望通过举办这次神话节，大家更加关注中国传统文化，弘扬中国传统文化，增强我们的文化自信，成为具有家国情怀的未来少年。

China's 5000-year civilization is the only uninterrupted civilization in the world. We are the beneficiaries and the inheritors, so I hope the students can enjoy the festival and learn the ancient people's thinking on the universe, the origin of life, human evolution, and tribal war. By holding this myth festival, we hope you can pay more attention to Chinese traditional culture, carry forward Chinese traditional culture, enhance our cultural self-confidence, and become future teenagers with patriotism.
