万双网讯 10月中旬,万科双语学校四年级开展了一次趣味十足的“编码”PBL项目式学习。学生们利用所学的编码知识,通过搜集、分析、创造、分享、改进、录制等方式进行深入研究,为本届运动会运动员设计出独特的“号码”。通过全年级学生的投票,4E班蒋欣桐同学设计的作品获得了最高票数,成功入选。
VBS News Net: In October, VBS launched interesting project-based learning in Grade 4. Students use their coding knowledge to conduct research and design unique numbers for athletes who will attend this Sports day. The students selected the work designed by Jiang Xintong from 4E.
在此次“编码”小项目学习中,四年级的同学们实现了自主学习,从自己查资料学习身份证号、书号和邮政编码的密码,到真实地为运动会设计一套号码牌;从自己录制视频,到自己剪辑视频;从自我设计到团队合作,无不体现出他们卓越的创造力和学习力。
In the encoding project learning, the students in Grade 4 learned independently and studied the ID number, the book number, and the zip code and designed number plates for the Sports day. Their videos were film end edited by themselves, which showed us their excellent creativity and learning ability.
蒋欣桐同学起初设计的编码包含了很多元素,入学日期码、年级码、班级码、性别码、顺序码、项目码等,但是结合运动会比赛当天检录老师的需求,运动员的号码需要简洁,于是蒋欣桐同学将自己的作品进行了优化,并且直接从手绘变成了电脑绘图,大大减少了绘图的时间。
The code originally designed by Jiang Xintong contains many elements, such as enrollment date code, grade code, class code, gender code, sequence code, and project code. However, the athlete's number needs to be concise. Therefore, Jiang Xintong optimized her work. She used the computer to draw instead of hand drawing and reduced the drawing time.
作品内涵:整个外观是圆形,圆是中华民族传统文化的形态象征,象征着“圆满”和“饱满”,是自古以和为贵的中国人所崇尚的图腾,寓意要团结一致,尊重对手。这个圆的外观又像一个跑道,表明了运动会的场地。火炬是开幕式上的火炬,火焰是4的形状,代表第四届校运会。下面的火焰就像万双学生对运动会的热情,同时也预祝大家能赛出风采、赛出水平。中间的部分是运动项目,用英文直接表示,下面最大的数字则是顺序码,非常显眼。
Connotation of the work: the circle is the morphological symbol of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, symbolizing perfection and fullness. It is a totem advocated by the Chinese people who have valued peace since ancient times, implying unity and respect for their opponents. The circle looks like a runway, indicating the venue of the Sports day. The torch is the torch at the opening ceremony. The flame is in the shape of 4, representing the 4th Sports day. The flame below is like the enthusiasm of VBS students for Sports day. The middle part is sports, which is in English. The largest number below is the sequence code, which is very conspicuous.

本学期开学初,万科双语学校所有老师都参加了美国High-tech high学校的PBL培训,为如何开展差异化、回应式课堂教学模式打开了一扇窗。在现实生活里,大到国际间军事情报、经济信息、科技动态的秘密传递,中到电话号码、邮政编码、车牌号码、身份证号码的表示,小到房间号,数字以其方便简洁的表达形式被运用到了生活的方方面面。老师们希望通过本次具有生活价值的项目式学习激发学生对编码的好奇之心,让孩子们在真实的学习场景中去锻炼自己信息获取的能力、整合和筛选能力、动手能力、合作与交流能力等,从而形成终身学习力,让孩子更好地站在未来中央。
At the beginning of this semester, all teachers of VBS participated in the PBL training of the American High-tech high school. In real life, the secret transmission of military intelligence, economic information and technology trends, telephone numbers, postal codes, license plate numbers, and ID numbers are all represented in numbers. Numbers are applied to all aspects of life. Teachers hope to stimulate students' curiosity about coding through this project-based learning and let children learn information acquisition ability, integration and screening ability, cooperation, and communication ability and cultivate their lifelong learning ability.
