万双网讯  为营造浓郁的科学氛围,培养VBS学子敢于创造美好未来的勇气与科学实践精神,10月25日至11月4日,“科技立国  强国有我”万科双语学校 "追未来 探未知"第四届科技节圆满举行。本届科技节活动包括:科技发明作品展、科技节嘉年华、E-talk 演讲、科学知识竞赛等,丰富的科学体验涵养了学生卓越的创造力。

10月25日下午,第四届科技节开幕式在学校操场举行。杨帆校长以航母为例,向同学们讲解了什么是科技以及科学与技术之间的关系,鼓励同学们要树立远大的目标,为祖国的强大而努力学习科学知识,成为具有创新思维和创造力的人,勇敢站在未来中央,更好地为国家、为世界担责任、做贡献。

 

On October 25, the opening ceremony of the 4th science and technology festival was held in the school playground. Principal Yang told the students what science and technology are and the relationship between science and technology. She encouraged the students to set goals, strive to learn scientific knowledge, and contribute to the country and the world.

开幕式上,VBS学子与机器人"万小双"共舞,用废弃物制作的形式多样的"DIY小乐器"奏出了美妙的音乐,自制的"水火箭"一飞冲天,掀开了科技节崭新的篇章。

 

At the opening ceremony, VBS students danced with the robot, played beautiful music with DIY instruments made of waste and, the self-made water rocket soared to the sky.

More than 30 kinds of Scientific Games, such as Brine conduction, Exploring the earth, and movable type printing, included scientific knowledge such as astronomy, geography, sound, light, electricity, medicine, ergonomics, architecture, geology, chemistry, and physics so that children can explore the unknown in the game.

10月28日,第四届科技节系列活动之E-talk演讲在学校剧场举行。万科双语学校5位家长朋友踊跃报名,为孩子们带来了精彩的演讲。

 

On October 28, the E-talk of the 4th science and technology festival was held in the school theater. Five parents of VBS signed up and brought excellent speeches to the children.

 



2O班骆嘉仪同学的爸爸骆睿演讲的主题是:仰望星空,星辰大海。他从航天和航空的区别、世界航空技术发展情况、中国航天发展的突破以及航天发展正在做的事四个方面为同学们揭秘神奇的航天领域

 

Luo Rui, the father of Luo Jiayi from 2O, revealed the secrets of space for the students. 11月2日至4日晚19:00,万科双语学校6-9学段第四届科技节活动——百科知识竞赛、OM竞赛及小发明小制作展示在学校剧场拉开帷幕。

 

The encyclopedic knowledge contest, OM competition, and invention presentation of the 4th science and technology festival were held in the school theater from November 2 to 4.

第一个活动项目为百科知识竞赛环节: 

Encyclopedic Knowledge Contest

 

百科知识竞赛分为有问必答、快速抢答、风险提速三个环节。七八九三个年级选手分别展开了激烈的角逐。台上选手分坐两列,踌躇满志;台下各班同学认真聆听,热情洋溢。在有问必答环节中,每位参赛选手都展现出超强的科学素养;在快速抢答环节中,选手们按捺不住激动的心情,上演"惊心一抢";最后的答题环节"风险提速"异常紧张刺激,各班抽签决定答题顺序,可以选择20、30、40分不同分值的题目,答对加分,答错则扣相应分值。在这决胜的关键时刻,每个班都在进行激烈的头脑风暴,争取赢得比赛的胜利。许多颇具难度的问题,都被选手们轻松应对,台下观众争相点赞,掌声四起。

 

The Encyclopedic Knowledge Contest is divided into three parts. The contestants on the stage sat in two rows. The students of all classes under the stage listened carefully and were full of enthusiasm. Each contestant showed their scientific literacy. In the last part, contestants could choose questions with different scores of 20, 30, and 40. If they answer correctly, they will get extra points, and if they answer wrong, they will deduct corresponding points. At that moment, each class was brainstorming to win the game.






















第二个活动项目为OM竞赛环节: 

The OM competition

 

OM竞赛是头脑奥林匹克。头脑奥林匹克是一项国际性的培养青少年创造力的活动。头脑奥林匹克题目没有标准的正确答案,每个解题方法都是独特的。在解题时,学生能将自己的兴趣爱好和知识技能运用到解题实践中。他们快乐地解题和学习,并因此终身受益。本次OM竞赛的题目分别是"桥梁承重"和"纸杆托球"。选手们积极开动脑筋,利用简单的几张A4纸和标签纸,互相合作,在有限的时间里很快按要求完成了任务。

 

Odyssey of the mind is an international activity to cultivate teenagers' creativity. There is no correct answer to the Odyssey of the mind, and every method is unique. Students can apply their interests, hobbies, knowledge, and skills when solving problems. The topics of this OM competition are bridge load-carrying capacity and paper rod holding a ball. The contestants used A4 papers and labels to complete the task as required in a limited time.

第三个活动项目是小制作小发明展示环节: 

Invention presentation

 

各年级获得小发明小制作奖的同学进行了现场解说和展示。获奖的同学在台上风趣幽默,精彩讲解,引得台下同学一片赞叹声。

 

Students of all grades who won the invention award presented their works on the stage. The award-winning students were humorous on the stage, which attracted a lot of praise from the students.


程予涵同学给大家展示了自己制作的跳舞的面具,通过编程技术,用LED灯在面具的两只眼睛里展示了一个动画故事

 

Cheng Yuhan showed us the dancing mask he made. He used LED lights to show an animation story in the two eyes of the mask.

蒲思行同学通过编程,用乐高机器人展示不同的动作。

钟浩诚同学带来的是他自己组装并根据自己的需求改装的四驱车,将自己在比赛中获得的零部件用到了这辆车里,让这辆车有了情感。

小学科技节作品:


1G班  王敬允  科技创新作品:火箭艺术手工

 

我的作品是火箭艺术手工,我利用纸杯和羽毛球纸筒制作了火箭主体,用粘土、彩纸等进行装饰,并用我棉花和彩灯模拟出火箭发射时喷射的白烟,能够让大家有更加直观的感受。在火箭下方我绘制了宇宙的图画,并用粘土制作出九大行星,使整个作品更加完整,同时也向大家介绍了火箭发射过程中最重要的物理学原理——作用力与反作用力。

2C班   杨诺一  科技创新作品:水力发电农场

 

我的作品是水力发电农场,作品演示了水力发电的原理,高处的水流到低处,带动水轮机旋转。通过水轮机上的大轴轮带动小轴轮旋转,可以提高发电机的转数。当发电机内部的转速越快,发电量就越大。这个时候通过水力发电就可以实现农场电力自给自足的目的了。

3O班  刘青昊   科技创新作品:“迎国庆号”遥控飞机

 

我用平时收集的废弃物,一些包装纸盒和塑料泡沫制作了一个大型手工飞机。通过固定在机翼上的两个螺旋桨来驱动飞机起飞,并且通过遥控器和机身上的芯片联系来遥控飞机。然后我用红色和金色喷漆制作了五颗红星,为飞机取名叫“迎国庆号”。

4V班   韩佳汐  立体手工书:《遨游太空》

 

科学课上,我们学习了有关太阳、月亮、地球和七大行星的介绍,我非常着迷,看了很多有关宇宙介绍的书籍,但他们都是平面的文字,没有一本是立体的。于是,我在脑海里开始想象着宇宙太空中那些折射光芒的星体如何运动,精心制作了这本立体手工书,上面有我收藏很久的最爱的贴纸,还配上了万小双元素。其实那就是我的未来,或许有一天我也可以成为小小宇航员在宇宙中遨游!

4V班  翁浩然   科技创新作品:猫咪自动喂食器

 

我的作品是猫咪自动喂食器,所需的材料利用了家中的废弃物品回收制作而成。食物盒用来存放猫粮;定时旋转装置可以带动塑料管和纸板做成的桨叶搅拌猫粮;奶茶杯子可以作为添加猫粮时的漏斗以及储粮容器;最后通过桨叶旋转,带动猫粮顺着用废弃纸管做成的管道滑到下方的猫食盆中。整个装置大约可以存放十天左右的猫粮,不管是平时在家还是出门远行,都可以给猫主人带来安心省心的体验。

6e班  李源格  科技创新作品:扩音器

 

声波的反射原理就是将原本放射向其他方向的声波反射回箱口,这样一道声波变成了六道声波,自然声音就变大了。于是我进行了大胆的尝试。虽然声音扩大的效果上还没有那么理想,但是声音确实更立体了,我会不断地再调试和挑战!

Dear teachers and students, good afternoon!

 

今天早上,我在校门口看到许多同学拿着自己的科学小制作走进校门。3I班姜骄洋和同学用纸板等材料制作了一个航母模型。虽然做工没那么精美,但看得出姜骄洋和他的伙伴特别喜欢航母。所以,我想从航母、从什么是"科技"谈谈对这次科技节的期望。

 

This morning, I saw many students walking into the school gate with their scientific production. Jiang Jiaoyang and his classmates from 3I made an aircraft carrier model with cardboard and other materials. I want to talk about my expectations of this science and technology festival from the aircraft carrier and science and technology.

 

首先说说什么是科技?《现代汉语词典》解释得很简单:科学技术。在"百度知道"里这样说:"科学"指研究自然现象及其规律的自然科学;技术泛指根据自然科学原理生产实践经验,为某一实际目的而协同组成的各种工具、设备、技术和工艺体系。""科学是发现,是技术的理论指导;技术是发明,是科学的实际运用。"

 

Firstly, what are science and technology? Baidu shows that science refers to the natural science that studies natural phenomena and their laws. Technology refers to various tools and equipment systems formed according to the principles of natural science. Science is the theoretical guidance of technology. Technology is the invention and the practical application of science.

 

就拿航母来说,它是现代科技的结晶,是一个复杂的"巨系统",建造航空母舰要用到很多科学知识,比如:浮力、磁场、声波反射、仿生学等等,等等。懂了这些科学知识,再运用它们去进行创造和制造。而要制造一艘航母用到的技术也不胜枚举。我查了网上知识,主要需要三大类别的专业技术:一是和船舶建造相关的,如船舶设计与制造、发动机、导航技术、自动控制技术、机械设计及自动化、电子工程、探测制导与控制(雷达)、材料科学;二是和飞机有关的,如飞行器设计及制造、航空发动机、自动控制、探测制导与控制、材料、机械设计及自动化也必不可少;三是和武器相关的,如声呐、导弹、鱼雷、火炮、电子干扰,计算机也不可或缺。这三大类别的专业技术基本上涵盖了整个国家工业体系的尖端科技。——总之,同学们要知道科学与技术之间的关系,科学知识掌握得越多,就能去解决各种问题,才能去发明和创造。

These three categories of expertise cover the cutting-edge technology of the whole national industrial system. In short, students should know the relationship between science and technology. 从古至今,人类科技进步的脚步一直没有停歇。我们在古代就有四大发明,中国人民是勤劳智慧的。今年,我们在中国共产党的领导下,实现了第一个一百年的奋斗目标,全面建成了小康社会;第二个一百年,是到新中国成立100年时建成富强民主、文明和谐、美丽的社会主义现代化强国。那时,你们正是祖国建设的中坚力量!科技是立国之本,是一个国家强大的体现。所以,同学们要树立远大的目标,为祖国的强大而掌握科学知识,站在未来中央,更好地为国家、为世界担责任、做贡献。

 

Since ancient times, human has been working hard for science and technology. We have four great inventions in ancient times. The Chinese people are hardworking and intelligent. This year, under the leadership of the CPC, we have achieved the goal of the first 100 years and built a well-off society in an all-round way. The goal of the second 100 years is to build a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized, harmonious, and beautiful modern country by the 100 years after the founding of new China. Science and technology are the foundation of a country. Therefore, students should set goals, master scientific knowledge, experience the future, and contribute to the country and the world.

11月2日至4日晚19:00,万科双语学校6-9学段第四届科技节活动——百科知识竞赛、OM竞赛及小发明小制作展示在学校剧场拉开帷幕。

 

The encyclopedic knowledge contest, OM competition, and invention presentation of the 4th science and technology festival were held in the school theater from November 2 to 4.

第一个活动项目为百科知识竞赛环节: 

Encyclopedic Knowledge Contest

 

百科知识竞赛分为有问必答、快速抢答、风险提速三个环节。七八九三个年级选手分别展开了激烈的角逐。台上选手分坐两列,踌躇满志;台下各班同学认真聆听,热情洋溢。在有问必答环节中,每位参赛选手都展现出超强的科学素养;在快速抢答环节中,选手们按捺不住激动的心情,上演"惊心一抢";最后的答题环节"风险提速"异常紧张刺激,各班抽签决定答题顺序,可以选择20、30、40分不同分值的题目,答对加分,答错则扣相应分值。在这决胜的关键时刻,每个班都在进行激烈的头脑风暴,争取赢得比赛的胜利。许多颇具难度的问题,都被选手们轻松应对,台下观众争相点赞,掌声四起。

 

The Encyclopedic Knowledge Contest is divided into three parts. The contestants on the stage sat in two rows. The students of all classes under the stage listened carefully and were full of enthusiasm. Each contestant showed their scientific literacy. In the last part, contestants could choose questions with different scores of 20, 30, and 40. If they answer correctly, they will get extra points, and if they answer wrong, they will deduct corresponding points. At that moment, each class was brainstorming to win the game.






















第二个活动项目为OM竞赛环节: 

The OM competition

 

OM竞赛是头脑奥林匹克。头脑奥林匹克是一项国际性的培养青少年创造力的活动。头脑奥林匹克题目没有标准的正确答案,每个解题方法都是独特的。在解题时,学生能将自己的兴趣爱好和知识技能运用到解题实践中。他们快乐地解题和学习,并因此终身受益。本次OM竞赛的题目分别是"桥梁承重"和"纸杆托球"。选手们积极开动脑筋,利用简单的几张A4纸和标签纸,互相合作,在有限的时间里很快按要求完成了任务。

 

Odyssey of the mind is an international activity to cultivate teenagers' creativity. There is no correct answer to the Odyssey of the mind, and every method is unique. Students can apply their interests, hobbies, knowledge, and skills when solving problems. The topics of this OM competition are bridge load-carrying capacity and paper rod holding a ball. The contestants used A4 papers and labels to complete the task as required in a limited time.

第三个活动项目是小制作小发明展示环节: 

Invention presentation

 

各年级获得小发明小制作奖的同学进行了现场解说和展示。获奖的同学在台上风趣幽默,精彩讲解,引得台下同学一片赞叹声。

 

Students of all grades who won the invention award presented their works on the stage. The award-winning students were humorous on the stage, which attracted a lot of praise from the students.


程予涵同学给大家展示了自己制作的跳舞的面具,通过编程技术,用LED灯在面具的两只眼睛里展示了一个动画故事

 

Cheng Yuhan showed us the dancing mask he made. He used LED lights to show an animation story in the two eyes of the mask.

小学科技节作品:


1G班  王敬允  科技创新作品:火箭艺术手工

 

我的作品是火箭艺术手工,我利用纸杯和羽毛球纸筒制作了火箭主体,用粘土、彩纸等进行装饰,并用我棉花和彩灯模拟出火箭发射时喷射的白烟,能够让大家有更加直观的感受。在火箭下方我绘制了宇宙的图画,并用粘土制作出九大行星,使整个作品更加完整,同时也向大家介绍了火箭发射过程中最重要的物理学原理——作用力与反作用力。

2C班   杨诺一  科技创新作品:水力发电农场

 

我的作品是水力发电农场,作品演示了水力发电的原理,高处的水流到低处,带动水轮机旋转。通过水轮机上的大轴轮带动小轴轮旋转,可以提高发电机的转数。当发电机内部的转速越快,发电量就越大。这个时候通过水力发电就可以实现农场电力自给自足的目的了。

3O班  刘青昊   科技创新作品:“迎国庆号”遥控飞机

 

我用平时收集的废弃物,一些包装纸盒和塑料泡沫制作了一个大型手工飞机。通过固定在机翼上的两个螺旋桨来驱动飞机起飞,并且通过遥控器和机身上的芯片联系来遥控飞机。然后我用红色和金色喷漆制作了五颗红星,为飞机取名叫“迎国庆号”。

4V班   韩佳汐  立体手工书:《遨游太空》

 

科学课上,我们学习了有关太阳、月亮、地球和七大行星的介绍,我非常着迷,看了很多有关宇宙介绍的书籍,但他们都是平面的文字,没有一本是立体的。于是,我在脑海里开始想象着宇宙太空中那些折射光芒的星体如何运动,精心制作了这本立体手工书,上面有我收藏很久的最爱的贴纸,还配上了万小双元素。其实那就是我的未来,或许有一天我也可以成为小小宇航员在宇宙中遨游!

4V班  翁浩然   科技创新作品:猫咪自动喂食器

 

我的作品是猫咪自动喂食器,所需的材料利用了家中的废弃物品回收制作而成。食物盒用来存放猫粮;定时旋转装置可以带动塑料管和纸板做成的桨叶搅拌猫粮;奶茶杯子可以作为添加猫粮时的漏斗以及储粮容器;最后通过桨叶旋转,带动猫粮顺着用废弃纸管做成的管道滑到下方的猫食盆中。整个装置大约可以存放十天左右的猫粮,不管是平时在家还是出门远行,都可以给猫主人带来安心省心的体验。

6e班  李源格  科技创新作品:扩音器

 

声波的反射原理就是将原本放射向其他方向的声波反射回箱口,这样一道声波变成了六道声波,自然声音就变大了。于是我进行了大胆的尝试。虽然声音扩大的效果上还没有那么理想,但是声音确实更立体了,我会不断地再调试和挑战!

Dear teachers and students, good afternoon!

 

今天早上,我在校门口看到许多同学拿着自己的科学小制作走进校门。3I班姜骄洋和同学用纸板等材料制作了一个航母模型。虽然做工没那么精美,但看得出姜骄洋和他的伙伴特别喜欢航母。所以,我想从航母、从什么是"科技"谈谈对这次科技节的期望。

 

This morning, I saw many students walking into the school gate with their scientific production. Jiang Jiaoyang and his classmates from 3I made an aircraft carrier model with cardboard and other materials. I want to talk about my expectations of this science and technology festival from the aircraft carrier and science and technology.

 

首先说说什么是科技?《现代汉语词典》解释得很简单:科学技术。在"百度知道"里这样说:"科学"指研究自然现象及其规律的自然科学;技术泛指根据自然科学原理生产实践经验,为某一实际目的而协同组成的各种工具、设备、技术和工艺体系。""科学是发现,是技术的理论指导;技术是发明,是科学的实际运用。"

 

Firstly, what are science and technology? Baidu shows that science refers to the natural science that studies natural phenomena and their laws. Technology refers to various tools and equipment systems formed according to the principles of natural science. Science is the theoretical guidance of technology. Technology is the invention and the practical application of science.

 

就拿航母来说,它是现代科技的结晶,是一个复杂的"巨系统",建造航空母舰要用到很多科学知识,比如:浮力、磁场、声波反射、仿生学等等,等等。懂了这些科学知识,再运用它们去进行创造和制造。而要制造一艘航母用到的技术也不胜枚举。我查了网上知识,主要需要三大类别的专业技术:一是和船舶建造相关的,如船舶设计与制造、发动机、导航技术、自动控制技术、机械设计及自动化、电子工程、探测制导与控制(雷达)、材料科学;二是和飞机有关的,如飞行器设计及制造、航空发动机、自动控制、探测制导与控制、材料、机械设计及自动化也必不可少;三是和武器相关的,如声呐、导弹、鱼雷、火炮、电子干扰,计算机也不可或缺。这三大类别的专业技术基本上涵盖了整个国家工业体系的尖端科技。——总之,同学们要知道科学与技术之间的关系,科学知识掌握得越多,就能去解决各种问题,才能去发明和创造。
