万双网讯 2021年 11月1日，2021-2022第一学期第十周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由3D班承担。3D班是一个积极乐观、团结友爱的优秀班集体。

VBS News Net: On November 1, the 10th-week flag-raising assembly was held on the school playground, undertaken by 3D, who are proactive and optimistic.

升旗仪式由3D班李易蔓和刘倩妤主持，朱沁儿和顾效语做了演讲。他们演讲的题目是《行为规范 点滴做起》。

Li Yiman and Liu Qianyu co-hosted the assembly. Zhu Qiner and Gu Xiaoyu gave a speech. Their topic was "To observe norms of conduct, start small."

法国学者培根曾经说过："习惯是人生的主宰，人们应该努力地追求好的习惯"。

French scholar Bacon once said: "Habit is a great strength and tenacity. It is the key to life."

鲁迅先生小时候就养成了不迟到的习惯，他要求自己抓紧时间，时时刻刻叮嘱自己凡事都要早做。这样长期坚持下去，就成了好的行为规范。

The great Chinese writer, Mr. Lu Xun, had developed the habit of punctuality since he was a child. He demanded that he himself be prepared for everything in advance and always make the best use of time.

良好的行为习惯，是通往成功的铺路石，是打开成功之门的金钥匙。然而怎样才能养成好的行为习惯呢？我们应该"从小事做起，从点滴做起"。

A good habit is the key point of success. So, how to develop a good habit?  The answer is 'start with little things, start small".

生活中：我们坚持锻炼，认真完成每周的体育作业，养成健康的体魄；我们要讲究卫生，饭前洗手，铺好餐垫。饭后清理好桌面，培养良好的卫生习惯；还要按照科学的睡眠要求，早睡早起，形成规律的睡眠习惯；热爱劳动，珍惜劳动成果，养成自己的事情自己做的技能。

We enjoy sports and build up a routine for exercise. Lead a healthy life with enough sleep, a balanced diet, and good personal hygiene. Treasure the fruits of hard work. Don't rely on others while you are able to manage your own success.

校园里：我们尊敬师长，进出校门微笑礼貌，见到老师主动问好；上下楼梯靠右行，课间不打闹不追跑，注意安全；校外遵守交通规则，红灯停、绿灯行，走人行横道；坐车系好安全带，不把手和头伸出车窗外。

We respect our teachers. Always give greetings when seeing a teacher. Keep to the right when going up or down the stairs. Keep quiet in public and no chasing around during breaks. Pay attention to safety. Follow the traffic rules, red light stop and green light go, walk on the sidewalks; Fasten the seat belt in a car, do not stretch your hands or head out of the window.

同学之间和睦相处，不排挤不抱团，互相学习团结友爱；善于发现、学习同伴的长处和优点，分享彼此的成长进步；遵守校规校纪，明辨是非，有正义感；发生矛盾时多进行自我反思，学会用正确的方式表达自己的情绪。

Get along well with your classmates. Care, respect, and be ready to help each other. Obey the laws and school regulations. Be righteous and able to tell right from wrong. Perform more self-check rather than criticize others when in conflicts. Strengthen the skills in communications and cooperation with others.

学习上：我们学习态度端正，找到合适的学习方法；上课认真听讲，学会独立的思考，积极探索，学会与小组成员有效合作；坚持阅读，勤思好问，养成良好的阅读习惯，让我们的学力越来越卓越；在文艺、体育、科技方面培养自己的兴趣爱好。

Study hard. Maintain a positive attitude towards learning. Listen with attention and think independently. Form a good reading habit and take up various hobbies in art, sports, science, and technology, etc.

我们还要诚实守信有担当，不说谎不作弊，培养成长型思维，勇于面对学习和生活上遇到的问题和困难。

Be honest and keep your promise. Do not lie or cheat in whatever situations. Learn to develop a Growth Mindset. Be a brave challenger to achieve more.

本周升旗典礼中，万科双语学校第一书记梁小文向全校师生进行了《时事热点》首播。梁书记向同学们讲述了"中国北京冬奥会迎来倒计时100天"的时事，介绍了冬奥会的相关知识，激励同学们的爱国情、自豪感。同时，她告诉同学们不仅要学习科学文化知识，还要关注国家大事，关注世界风云，把个人的命运与国家、社会紧紧相连，有目标地前行，才能不断地培养自己的公民意识，成为"敢于创造美好未来的中国公民"。

At the flag-raising assembly, Liang Xiaowen, the first Secretary of VBS, introduced the relevant knowledge of the Winter Olympic Games to the students and inspired the students' patriotism. 2015年，北京申办冬季奥运会成功，成为首个"双奥之城"，即世界上首个既举办过夏季奥运会，又将举办冬季奥运会的城市。中国再一次肩负起推广奥林匹克运动的大国担当。本届冬奥会，会徽"冬梦"，吉祥物"冰墩墩"，冬残奥会吉祥物"雪容融"已经和大家见面，冬奥会的火炬"飞扬"，火种已经顺利抵达北京。"冰丝带"国家速滑馆已经落成，所有场馆提前完成并已开展了测试赛，全面检验了场馆的各项功能。We Are Ready！我们准备好了!

In 2015, Beijing successfully applied for the Winter Olympic Games and became the first city in the world that has hosted both the Summer Olympic Games and the Winter Olympic Games.
