万双网讯 10月11日，"以生命温暖生命，以生命启迪生命"万科双语学校第二届E-TALK生命主题演讲在学校剧场举行。家长和学生动情分享了他们的生命故事。杨帆校长、林红英校长助理、吴萍主任、陈诺斯主任以及五至七年级学生现场聆听，其余师生在教室观看直播。

VBS News Net: On October 11, VBS held the second E-TALK on life in the theater. Parents and students shared their life stories. Principal Yang, Assistant Principal Ms. Lin, Ms. Wu Ping, Ms. Carmen Chen, and students from Grade 5 to Grade 7 attended the E-Talk. Other teachers and students watched the live broadcast in the classroom.

穆青妈妈：生命不息，奋斗不止 

Mu Qing's mother: life is endless, and struggle is endless

穆青妈妈分享了父亲的故事：她的父亲出生小时家境贫寒，他的小学和中学是靠卖冰棍交学费读完的。他是老三届学生，下乡在一个山区，这里没有电也没有灯，他每天靠一盏小油灯坚持读书写笔记。后来他当过煤矿工人、中学教师、新闻记者。改革开放后，他从事文化、音乐艺术研究，从日本找回了中国丢失了八百多年的古乐器尺八。为了弘扬中华民族的传统文化，他每年有十几场音乐会，同时写书、做课题、开讲座。虽然他已经年逾古稀，但仍坚持生命不息，奋斗不止。

Mu Qing's mother shared her father's story. Her father was born in a low-income family, and he paid his primary school and middle school tuition by selling icecreams. He went to the countryside in a mountainous area. There was no electricity or light here. He insisted on reading and writing notes under a small oil lamp every day. Later, he worked as a coal miner, a middle school teacher, and a journalist. After the reform and opening up, he engaged in the research of culture and music and recovered the ancient Chinese musical instrument Chiba, which was lost for more than 800 years from Japan. To carry forward the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, he has more than a dozen concerts every year, writing books, doing research, and giving lectures. Although he is over seventy years old, he still insists on life and struggle.

喻一晗妈妈：活出心花怒放的人生 

Yu Yihan's mother: live a happy life

一晗妈妈说："鸡蛋从外打破，是食物；从内打破，是生命。人生，从外打破，是压力；从内打破，是成长。"这句话是李嘉诚说的。她分享了一涵乐观积极的性格，用幽默的互动方式和浅显易懂的故事让孩子们明白，要积极地看待生活和身边的事情，用积极的人生态度，活出心花怒放的人生，做未来社会的引领者。她鼓励孩子们，只要你努力，就一定成功。

Yihan's mother said, 'Breaking an egg from the outside, it will become food. Breaking an egg from the inside, it will become a life. Breaking through from the outside is pressure. Breaking through from the inside is growth.' Li Jiacheng said this sentence. With humorous interaction and easy stories, she let the children understand that they should live a happy life with a positive attitude and be the leader of the future society. She encouraged the children that as long as you work hard, you will succeed.

钱思正妈妈：生命影响生命 

Qian Sizheng's mother: life influences life

思正妈妈的演讲以母爱的传承与影响为主轴，先讲到外婆用伟大的母爱养活了8个孩子，再讲到妈妈作为铁路工作者，如何在支持国家建设的同时倾尽全力托起孩子的梦想，最后讲到自己不待扬鞭自奋蹄，努力做榜样妈妈，一边培养两个孩子一边拥有了成功的事业。演讲结尾她说道，万科的每一位老师都是孩子的母亲，老师的生命是燃烧自己，点亮学生，照耀时代。

Sizheng's mother's speech focused on the inheritance and influence of maternal love. Firstly, she talked about how her grandmother fed eight children with great maternal love, then spoke about how her mother, as a railway worker, tried her best to hold up her children's dreams while supporting national construction, and finally talked about how she worked hard to be a good mother, cultivated two children and had a successful career. At the end of the speech, she said that every teacher of VBS is the child's mother. The teachers' life is to burn themselves, light up students and shine on the times.

纪茗睿妈妈：让每一个生命极致绽放 

Ji Mingrui's mother: let every life bloom

茗睿妈妈给大家上了一堂美妙的生命课。她的演讲以抗击疫情为引子，讲述了一个个舍小家顾大家、为了挽救更多人生命全力以赴的感人故事。古人崇尚"为天地立心，为生民立命，为往圣继绝学，为万世开太平"的精神追求，她以此鼓励孩子们，作为新时代的少年，要永葆心念苍生的情怀，坚守公平正义的价值，确立兼济天下的志向，给生命以温暖，为理想而躬行，让每一个生命极致绽放！

Mingrui's mother gave us a wonderful life lesson. Her speech, led by the fight against the epidemic, told a touching story of those people giving up their families and taking care of everyone to save more lives. She encouraged children always to maintain the feelings of thinking about ordinary people, adhere to the value of fairness and justice, establish the ambition of helping the world, warm life, and let every life bloom!

韩朗轩同学与父亲：生命的旅途 

Han Langxuan and his father: the journey of life

朗轩爸爸从生命是什么谈起，讲述了汶川地震中那群少年的故事。他们中有的当了空降兵报效祖国；有的失去右手却用左手练就了一手好字；有的在废墟中被压5天5夜，获救后成为了一名消防员……还有在ICU病房中那些顽强的生命，温暖的瞬间。朗轩爸爸告诉大家，每一个生命都是弥足珍贵的，全力以赴都不为过！

Lang Xuan's father talked about life and told the story of those teenagers in the Wenchuan earthquake. Some of them became airborne soldiers to serve the motherland. Some lost their right hand but had good calligraphy with their left hand. Some were crushed in ruins for five days and five nights and became firefighters after being rescued. He also shared those tenacious lives and warm moments in the ICU ward. Lang Xuan's father told everyone that every life was precious.

朗轩同学分享了自己在宁夏参加徒步53公里穿越腾格里沙漠的活动时，从落后到绝望，最后经过不懈地坚持，重整旗鼓，找回了力量。

Langxuan shared his experience of walking 53 kilometers across the Tengger Desert in Ningxia. Finally, after unremitting persistence, he regained his strength.

杨帆校长对参与演讲的家长朋友表达了由衷的感谢，感谢家长们把可爱的孩子们送到万双，感谢家长们分享了如此有质量、感动人的生命故事。她向学生和家长们说明了万双以人生规划课程来给孩子们生命成长提供有力的支援，以人生规划课为主线，引领孩子们认识自己、认识自己与他人、认识自己与社会，在课程中学会关注自己、关注内心、认识职业，为未来的自己找到自己的兴趣和发展方向，助力孩子们自信、快乐地生活在未来，让孩子们站在未来中央。她希望更多的家长朋友参与到活动中，为培养学生积极向上的生命观，激发学生生命潜能贡献力量，希望同学们珍爱生命，乐观坚毅。

She introduced the life planning courses to students and parents. 本次活动是人生规划课的一个环节，该课程围绕"培养积极的生命态度、构建和谐的生命关系、规划清晰的生命航线、守护生命的安全与健康、 探索生命的价值与意义、开发生命潜能与提升生命品质"等六大主内容，给学生呈现生命教育的具体内容。同时，本次活动以发展性心理健康教育与积极心理学理念为引领，引导学生主动培养积极心理品质，提升心理健康教育能力，营造了积极向上、健康和谐的校园文化氛围，助力学生获得健全的人格。
