万双网讯   2021年9月6日，2021-2022第一学期第二周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由7C班和7D班承担。他们都是积极向上、团结有爱的集体。7C班刘邹贝贝和毛楚蜇两位同学担任主持。7C班班主任王晶老师和覃颜玉同学做了演讲。他们演讲的题目是《感念师恩，携手万双》，并与肖舒睿、谢安、曾瑞希三位同学合唱了《每当我走过老师窗前》这首歌。本周五是教师节，他们班就以这样活泼的、充满感情的万双style向老师们表达感谢和节日祝愿。

VBS News Net: On September 6, the 2nd week flag-raising assembly was held on the school playground, undertaken by 7C and 7D, who are optimistic and united. Liu Zoubeibei and Mao Chuzhe from 7C co-hosted the assembly. Ms. Wang Jing, the class teacher of 7C, and Qin Yanyu gave a speech. 大家好！

Good morning！

我是7C班的覃颜玉，是一名新生。

I am a new student from 7C. My name is Qin Yanyu.

岁月如歌，时光荏苒。不知不觉，我成为了一名初中生。非常荣幸能成为万双的一员。初入这个校园，我为这里的一切而震撼。这里的楼房就像霍格沃斯城堡，这里的餐食那么香甜，这里的小伙伴如此阳光，这里的课程充满挑战，我对我的初中生活真是越来越期待了。

Time flies and I became a junior high school student. It's my great honor to be a member of VBS. When I first entered this campus, I was shocked by everything here. The buildings here are like Hogwarts castle. The meals here are so delicious. The courses here are full of challenges. I am really looking forward to my junior high school life.

可是，在这个全新的环境里，我还是有一些担心，担心我不够优秀，不能成为老师的骄傲，担心我的英语不好，做不到和外教畅通交流 ……

However, in this new environment, I still have some worries. I'm worried that my English is not good enough to communicate with foreign teachers.

亲爱的颜玉，不用担心，其实你眼前的烦恼都是甜蜜的忧伤，在追逐梦想的路上你并不孤单，有老师和家长与你们相伴。求学的过程中必定不会一路坦途，但是任何一次挑战都是对我们的锤炼，因为梦想的实现需要无数的汗水去积淀。只要你有着乐观积极的心境，掌握科学有效的方法，加上坚定不移的毅力，即使你是一只小小的蜗牛，也一定会攀到高高的塔尖。作为你的老师，我非常荣幸能与你携手并肩，攀峰的路上我们一起向前！

Dear Yanyu, don't worry. In fact, the troubles in front of you are your sweet sadness. You are not alone on the way to realize your dreams. There are teachers and parents with you.
