为鼓励少年儿童的发明创新，在深圳市教育局、深圳市科协等部门的大力支持下，2月10日-5月15日,深圳市发明家协会举办了第十九届“广东省少年儿童发明奖”评选活动深圳市选拔赛。第十九届“广东省少年儿童发明奖”评选活动是由广东省科技厅、广东省教育厅等单位指导，广东发明协会、广东教育学会等四个部门联合举办的一项大型少年儿童科技创新活动，已被列入广东省教育厅《全省中小学竞赛活动项目》。本次选拔赛也被深圳市教育局列为《深圳市2020-2021学年面向中小学生的全市性竞赛活动名单》，评选出的优秀作品将被推荐参加第十九届“广东省少年儿童发明奖”评选活动。

With the support of the Shenzhen Education Bureau and Shenzhen Association for science and technology, Shenzhen Inventors Association held the Shenzhen selection competition of the 19th Guangdong children's Invention Award from February 10 to May 15 to encourage the invention and innovation of children. 万科双语学校4C班刘梓渊、1E班白板笔小组分别荣获发明作品三等奖；5C班陈履一、方能萱、5D班牛瑞熙荣获人工智能作品一等奖， 4C班刘梓渊、2G班张奕轩荣获人工智能作品三等奖；1I班段姝妤获创意作品一等奖，2C班王梓烁获创意作品优秀奖；4C班蒋尚熹荣获三维程序创意设计作品二等奖，4C班曾廷轩、3F班王子悦、3I班彭汉周、2D班檀嘉奕分别荣获三维程序创意设计作品三等奖；3E班蒋欣桐荣获科技绘画作品优秀奖。

The invention of Liu Ziyuan from 4C and the white-board-marker group from 1E won the third prize. The AI works of Chen Lvyi, Fang Nengxuan, and Niu Ruixi from 5C won the first prize. The AI works of Liu Ziyuan from 4C, and Zhang Yixuan from 2G class won the third prize. The creative works of Duan Shuyu from 1I won the first prize. Wang Zishuo from 2C won the excellent prize for creative works. The 3D program creative design works of Jiang Shangxi from 4C won the second prize.  The 3D program creative design works of Zeng Tingxuan from 4C class, Wang Ziyue from 3F class, Peng Hanzhou from 3I, and Tan Jiayi from 2D class won the third prize. Jiang Xintong from 3E won an excellent award for scientific and technological painting works.

 2020深圳市首届青少年科技运动会 

The first Shenzhen Youth Science and technology games in 2020

2020深圳市首届青少年科技运动会由深圳市科学技术协会、深圳市教育局、共青团深圳委员会联合举办，于2020年12月12日举行。运动会以“科技运动，手脑并用，挑战自我，更高更强”为特色，将科技探究学习与竞技巧妙融合，让学生不仅在玩中学，学中玩，更在其中学会如何与对手相处、与队友合作、学会如何面对成败得失，成为一个身心健康的学习者。

The first 2020 Shenzhen Youth Science and technology games were held by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Association, Shenzhen Education Bureau, and Shenzhen Committee of the Communist Youth League on December 12, 2020. The Games integrated science and technology learning and competition so that students can learn how to get along with opponents, cooperate with teammates, and learn how to face success and failure.

活动分13个项目，万科双语学校参加了Scratch编程赛和钢球爬坡两个项目。5C班胡栩墨、5D班杨雨桐、3I班叶一帆、2D班李明泽分别荣获Scratch创意编程小学组二等奖，2I班姜骄洋获三等奖；5C班陈履一、4C班陈浩然、陈思翰、4D班薛元知、朱慕晗荣获钢球爬坡小学组三等奖。

VBS participated in the Scratch programming competition and steel ball climbing. Hu Xumo from 5C, Yang Yutong from 5D, Ye Yifan from 3I, and Li Mingze from class 2D won the second prize of Scratch creative programming in the primary school group, and Jiang Jiaoyang from 2I won the third prize. Chen Lvyi from 5C, Chen Haoran and Chen Sihan from 4C class, Xue Yuanzhi and Zhu Muhan from 4D won the third prize of steel ball climbing in the primary school group.

 龙华区“党的光辉照我心•小小演说家”主题教育活动

 The oratorical contest in Longhua District

为庆祝建党一百周年，深入贯彻落实习近平总书记对关心下一代工作的重要指示精神，深圳市龙华区教科院组织了“党的光辉照我心•小小演说家”主题活动，引导青少年培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，争做爱党、爱国的德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义接班人。经过视频和现场评选，共87份作品获奖。其中，万科双语学校10份作品获奖。申京璇老师荣获得优秀指导老师称号，万科双语学校获得优秀组织奖。

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on caring for the next generation, the Academy of education in Longhua District organized an oratorical contest, guiding young people to cultivate and practice the socialist core values, and strive to be a socialist successor who loves the party and our country. After the evaluation, 87 works were awarded. VBS won 10 awards. Ms. Shen Jingxuan won the title of an excellent instructor, and VBS won the excellent team award.

Wang Sihan's recitation won the first prize in the primary school group. Wei Zeming's recitation won the second prize in the primary school group. 为充分发挥中小学班主任教师在学校教育工作中的骨干作用，提高班主任育人水平，进一步加强中小学班主任队伍建设，4月23日至5月11日，由深圳市龙华区教育局主办、龙华区教科院承办的“闪亮的日子——深圳市龙华区第五届中小学班主任节”隆重举行。万科双语学校王月老师、蒋雪莹老师、邓安妮老师荣获小学班主任论坛PK赛（团体赛）一等奖；刘欢老师、于兵老师、陈佳敏老师荣获初中班主任论坛PK赛（团体赛）二等奖；王月老师荣获班主任个人能力大赛二等奖；刘玲玲老师的论文《一盏灯 一扇窗》荣获班主任论文比赛二等奖，王月老师的论文《越挫越勇，方为师》荣获三等奖。

The fifth primary and secondary school class teachers' day was held by Shenzhen Longhua District Education Bureau and Longhua District academy of education and Sciences from April 23 to May 11. Ms. Wang Yue, Ms. Jiang Xueying, and Ms. Deng Anni won the first prize in the group competition of the primary school class teacher forum. Ms. Liu Huan, Mr. Yu Bing, and Ms. Chen Jiamin won the second prize in the group competition of the secondary school class teacher forum. Ms. Wang Yue won the second prize in the class teacher's ability competition. 本次大赛分为班主任论文比赛、班主任个人能力大赛、班主任论坛PK赛（团体赛）三个项目，分别在龙华区民治中学和民顺小学举行。

班主任论坛PK赛（团体赛）中，小学组抽到的题目是关于“体质健康”，邓安妮老师从家庭、学校、社会和个人层面阐述了学生体质健康优秀率低的原因。王月老师从学校层面阐述了具体的实施策略及实施的效果。蒋雪莹老师从家庭、社会力量层面阐述了具体的实施策略并进行了最后的总结。

In the group competition, the topic of the primary school group was physical health.

初中组抽到的题目是“校园延时服务”。陈佳敏老师从教育方针政策和学校层面上阐述如何开展延时服务及开展延时服务的意义；刘欢老师从家庭层面上阐述延时服务对目前深圳家庭的辅助教育情况和减轻家庭负担作用，于兵老师最后从学生个体层面上阐述延时服务的开展对学生进行个性化教育教学和兴趣培养的推进。

The topic of the junior high school group is campus delay service.

在拿到题目后的30分钟准备过程中，老师们精诚合作，分工明确，就抽到的话题展开了激烈的讨论并形成最终的陈述思路，经过老师们的共同努力，小学组获得一等奖，初中组荣获二等奖。

In the 30-minute preparation after getting the topic, the teachers discussed the issue. The primary school group won the first prize, and the junior high school group won the second prize.

7月10日，在“党在我心中”深圳市龙华区中小学美术学科纪念建党100周年微视频评比中，孙晓萌老师的《启航——中共一大会议》赏析荣获一等奖。

On July 10, Ms. Sun Xiaomeng won the first prize in the micro-video contest commemorating the 100th anniversary of the party's founding in primary and secondary schools in Longhua District.

7月10日，在2021 年龙华区中小学“全民禁毒宣传月” 教师征文评比中，高鹏博老师的作品《迷途惘人》荣获一等奖，邵静老师的作品《肃清毒品，警钟长鸣》荣获二等奖。

On July 10, in the essay competition of primary and secondary schools in Longhua District in 2021, Ms. Gao Pengbo won the first prize, and Ms. Shaojing won the second prize.

附教师参赛感悟：

王月老师：班主任工作需要有温度

备赛过程中，我们梳理了十几本书，三位老师不断地演练、总结、反思，并和初中老师团队进行PK，实现资源共享、优势互补、共同成长。在这些思维碰撞中，我深深感受到：班主任工作需要有温度，教育是心灵的智慧。我们从教者无论何时都要提醒自己：审问之、慎思之、明辨之、笃行之。

邓安妮老师：我与万双共成长

近五年的班主任工作经验的积累和平时的阅读学习也是我发挥比较稳定的原因之一。现场对话中我把论题（如何提升学生的体质）与自己的实际工作相结合，提到我每日带领学生进行户外活动都会以身示范，陪孩子们一起运动。感谢学校给我的个人成长提供了各方面的支持。每一本用心挑选的书，每一次恳切的交流，每一次展示自我的机会都让我感恩。未来我与万双共成长！

蒋雪莹老师：永葆敬畏之心

“三人行必有我师焉”。这次比赛，无论是教育学还是心理学，我们都进行了认真的研读，让我梳理了自己的班主任工作，对自己的职业更有了一份敬畏之心。比赛中，我们将自己的教学内容与学校的办学理念相融合，细致地阐述我们在班主任日常工作中如何实施，如何帮助学生成长。作为一名班主任老师，我们要关注学生的心理健康，关注孩子的日常，陪伴孩子们越走越远！

于兵老师：努力朝着专家型教师的方向前进

比赛前，我们查阅资料、学习理论知识、预设情景、模拟演练......在备赛的每个环节，我都汲取到了更多的养料；比赛中，我们从对方伙伴的发言中收获到了很多宝贵的观点和经验。这次比赛让我明白了两个道理：1.无论是做事还是比赛，光努力和进步是不够的，还比拼谁努力的多，谁进步的快；2.凡事结果固然重要，但是过程中的收获和精彩也很重要。今后，我将继续加强理论学习，用理论指导实践，用实践检验理论，做有温度的教育，努力朝着专家型教师的方向前进。

陈佳敏老师：有努力才有收获

比赛的过程，痛并快乐着。正所谓有努力才有收获，感谢彼此之间的帮助和配合。所以不管从搜集资料、整理案例、还是从实战演练、现场展示等，大家都一起出谋划策，共同进步，提升教育学和心理学的理论知识和实践水平等。当然，在比赛过程中也看到了自己的不足之处，在日后在教育教学管理中，我将借鉴他人优秀的经验，不断提升教育机智和综合能力，培养更多能够站在未来中央的万双少年们。

刘欢老师：秉持信念，负爱前行

感谢学校领导的信任，让我们三人有机会第二次组队参加闪亮班主任比赛。我们审文件读规则，查阅各类资料，学习教育教学理论知识，关注当下教育热点话题；预设情景，与小学部的小伙伴们一起模拟演练，互相切磋，取长补短，共同进步。我们怀着自信走向赛场，淡定从容地呈现了想要表达的观点，相互补充，相互成就。在教育这条路上，我们会秉持信念，坚定初心，勇担使命，负爱前行。
