万双网讯 2021年5月 17日，2020-2021第二学期第十三周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由四五年级承担。升旗仪式由 5D班童婳和5C班罗丹主持。 4C班赵紫筠和4D班陈思彤做了演讲。他们演讲的题目是《 民法典——社会生活的百科全书》。

VBS News Net: On May 17, the 13th-week flag-raising assembly was held on the school playground, undertaken by Year 4 and Year 5. Tong Hua from 5D and Luo Dan from 5C co-hosted the assembly. Zhao Zijun from 4C and Chen Sitong from 4D gave a speech. Their topic was 'Civil Code, the encyclopedia of social life.'

同学们，你们听说过《民法典》吗？它被称为“社会生活的百科全书”。是新中国第一部以法典命名的法律。与我们的生活息息相关。2020年5月28日。十三届全国人大三次会议表决通过了《中华人民共和国民法典》，宣告中国“民法典时代”正式到来。

Boys and girls, have you heard of the “Civil Code”? It is called the “encyclopedia of social life." It is the first law named after a code in  China. It is closely related to our lives.  On May 28, 2020, the Third Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress voted and passed the “Civil Code of the People's Republic of China."

这部可以为我们带来生活美好的法典有何与众不同之处呢？中国人民大学法学院王轶院长说：我们普通人一辈子可能不会跟刑法打交道，但却经常要跟民法打交道。我们普通人不仅要吃得饱、穿得暖，还要活得有尊严、有体面，对财产安全、人身安全保护的需求也更强烈了。从1954年第一次编纂民法典算起，可以说是66年磨一剑。前人种树，后人乘凉。之前的民法通则为今天的民法典编纂奠定了良好的基础。

What is so special about this code that can bring us a better life? Dean Wang Yi of the Law School of People University of China said: We ordinary people may not deal with criminal law in our lives, but we often have to deal with civil law. The previous general principles of civil law laid a good foundation for the compilation of today's civil law.

如果你的父母是是真正的法律人，他们一定会感佩新中国的第一代民法学家，他们是真正有风骨的人。当年起草民法通则的时候，面对法国民法典、德国民法典这样的皇皇巨著，他们没有去照抄照搬，竟然自己去进行规则的设计，设计出这么多跟别人不一样的地方！我们中国人就是有骨气，有自己的探索和独立的思考。所以，这部法典的诞生是与众不同的，具有我们中国智慧的。

If your parents are real lawyers, they will definitely admire the first generation of civil jurists in China. They are truly vigorous people. When drafting the General Principles of Civil Law, they did not copy and copy the emperor's masterpieces such as the French Civil Code and the German Civil Code. Instead, they designed the rules themselves and designed so many things that are different from others! We Chinese have the backbone. We have our own exploration and independent thinking. 66年磨一剑，民典法1000多条。民典法的科普对我们小学生来说有没有意义呢？看，你喜欢的动漫人物在生活中遇到了麻烦：哪吒下山历练， 独门招式“三头六臂”却被偷拍，葫芦娃把爷爷的养老钱 打赏给了女主播，怎么办？民法典能帮到他们呢！民法典规定：9岁的你如果玩游戏充值了不少钱，你可以要求平台返还；14岁的你，如果被品行不端的人骚扰，想检举却怕被报复，你可以向学校求助，勇敢检举骚扰者；18岁的你独自出远门，乘坐高铁却遭霸座，你可以有理有据，向霸座说不。

Sharpened a sword in 66 years, more than 1,000 civil code laws. What should I do? The Civil Code can help them! At the age of 14, if you are being harassed by someone with misconduct and want to report but are afraid of retaliation, you can ask the school for help and bravely report the harasser. At the age of 18, you traveled alone, but your seat was occupied in the high-speed train. You can say no to the domineering seat with justification and evidence.

“民法典”为我们种下了法治精神的种子。在我们成长的过程中，它是从法律的角度成为了我们的守护者。同学们，让我们一起去关注、学习民法典吧！

The Civil Code has planted the seeds of "the spirit of the rule of law" for us. As we grew up, it became our guardian from a legal perspective. Boys and girls, let us pay attention to and study the civil code together!

在当天的升旗仪式上，学校心理老师郑佳佳告诉同学们，每年的5月25日是心理健康节，提醒大家要珍爱生命，关爱自己，谐音我爱我！当同学们身体或者心理感觉不舒服了，要及时主动地跟家长和老师求助，不要一个人独自承受。她和刘星老师每天都会在咩咩心事屋值班，同学们可以通过班主任沟通或者写信预约，主动寻求帮助。从本周开始，学校将开展生命教育主题班会课、生命故事演讲和温暖心灵短语的征集，希望同学们积极参与。

At the flag-raising assembly, Ms. Zheng Jiajia, the school's Psychology teacher, told the students that every May 25 is the mental health day, reminding everyone to cherish life and care for themselves. When the students do not feel well, they should ask for help from their parents and teachers in time, instead of leaving themselves alone. She and Ms. Liu Xing are on duty in the psychological counseling room every day. Students can communicate with the class teacher or make an appointment by writing a letter to ask for help. The school will carry out life education class meetings, life story speeches and collect phrases of cherishing life from this week.
