万双网讯  2021年3月15 日，2020-2021第二学期第四周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由8G班承担。8G 班是一个坚毅奋进、团结友爱的集体。

VBS News Net: On March 15, the 4th week flag-raising assembly was held on the school playground, undertaken by 8G, who is perseverant and united.

升旗仪式由8G班黄子晴、卢禹铭主持。梁安雅、刘亦然做了演讲。他们演讲的题目是《迎接未知，站在未来中央》。

大家早上好！

Dear teachers and students:

Good morning!

我们演讲的题目是：迎接未知，站在未来中央。

The topic of our speech is: Embrace the unknown world, stand in the center of the future.

进入21世纪，社会变化日新月异，想要成为能适应未来社会的人才，就需要了解未来社会工作环境需要哪些技能。

In the 21st century, the society is changing with each passing day. If you want to be qualified for the future society, you need to know what skills are needed in the future world.

21世纪人才需要四种关键技能，即创造力、批判性思维、沟通能力、团队协作。

talents in the 21st century need four key skills, namely creativity, critical thinking, communication skills, and collaboration.

首先我们来谈谈创造力。人工智能时代，大多数日常的工作都会被机器人所取代，唯有具备创新思维的人才才能立于不败之地。

First, let's talk about creativity. In the era of artificial intelligence, most of the daily work will be replaced by robots. Only talents with innovative thinking have the opportunity to be invincible.

在万双我们开展了丰富多彩的艺术、科技创造类课程与活动，如：戏剧、艺术、音乐、人工智能、建筑等等，这些都能促进我们创新能力的培养。

In VBS, we have carried out a variety of art and technology creation courses and activities, such as drama, art, music, artificial intelligence, architecture, and so on, which can promote our innovative ability.

所谓批判性思维就是当人们接触到任何观点和信息的时候都需要有自己独立的思考，给出相应的解决方案，而不是人云亦云。

The so-called critical thinking means that when people come into contact with any point of view and information, they need to have their own independent thinking and give corresponding solutions.

在万双课堂上，老师经常把我们分成多个小的学习小组，让同学们在组内自由讨论，分享各自的观点，这其实就是培养批判性思维的过程。

In the class, our teachers often divide us into various study groups, allowing us to discuss freely in the group and share the opinions. This is actually the process of cultivating critical thinking.

我们也可以经常聊聊新闻以及对某个问题的看法，去查找相关的资料，形成自己的观点。

We can also often chat about news and our views on a certain issue, to find relevant information, and form our own opinions.

随着分工的细致化、人才的专业化，对人的沟通合作能力的要求也会越来越高。

As the division of labor becomes more detailed and talents become more professional, the requirements for people's communication and cooperation capabilities will become higher and higher.

我们要丰富自己的生活，扩大眼界，经常讲述发生在身边和自己经历的事情，不断提高语言表达能力。在校多与老师交流，在团队中积极参与讨论，勇于表达自己的想法。

Communication skills can be trained. We need to enrich our lives, broaden our horizons, often tell what happened around us and what we have experienced, and constantly improve our language skills. We should also frequently communicate with teachers at school, be brave to express ideas.

协作是最重要的学习技能之一，它可以帮助我们交朋友，与同龄人产生更多的共鸣。

Collaboration is one of the most important learning skills. It can help us make friends, resonate more with our peers.

不管是课堂上的两人一组活动、小组讨论、辩论、游戏，还是PBL项目式学习、运动会，我们都要积极参加，明确分工，在活动中沟通与协作，培养团队意识。

Whether it is group discussions, debates, games in class, PBL learning, or sports meetings, we must actively participate in the division of labor, communicate and collaborate in the activities, cultivate the team awareness.
