万双网讯  新的一年，孕育新的期望。新的一年，开启新的篇章。2020年12月28日至31日，万科双语学校“预见未来”新年晚会在学校剧场举行。在由灯光和微笑组成的舞台上，各年级的孩子们妙舞清歌，用自己喜欢的方式展现美，诠释活力与乐观、多元与创造，勇敢地走向充满希望的2021年。

VBS News Net: New year, new hopes and new chapters. VBS New Year Gala 'Foresee the future' was held at theatre from 28th December to 31st December.

受疫情的影响，万科双语学校新年晚会采用现场直播的方式进行。剧场没有观众，全校41个班级轮流登台表演。周一至周四每天下午3:30，便是孩子们的欢乐时光。晚会在线观看人数达到2780人。

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, VBS New Year Gala was streamed online without audience. 41 classes took turns to perform at 3.30 pm everyday with students enjoying themselves. 2780 viewers were watching the New Year Gala.

一年级的节目分为“小小少年，向阳生长”、“一往无前，未来可期”两个篇章。小朋友们用精心打造的节目演绎班名内涵。活力、多元、未知、坚毅、包容、乐观等VBS学子特质在节目中精彩呈现，创意时装秀、中英文舞台剧、舞蹈串烧、歌唱祖国、乐器演奏等节目充满昂扬的激情和力量。在美轮美奂的舞台上，每个孩子都有无限可能的未来，每个孩子都可以发挥自己的才华，用永不言弃的精神创造奇迹。

Primary 1 programmes had two sections - 'Pupils' growth', 'Move on to the future'. Students prepared class name representations for their shows. Vitality, diversity, unknown, grit, inclusivness, optimism were presented by fashion show, bilingual stage plays, mash-ups, instrumental performances and singing for the motherland. Every student had infinite possibilities to show their talents and never give up.

二四年级的节目分为“与未来有约，我们扬帆起航”、“赴未来之约，我们终将抵达”两个篇章。同学们带来了中文歌、英文歌、杯子舞、情景剧……他们用戏剧告诉大家，遇到困难时，我们可以坚持到底，以积极的态度去成长。他们用歌声描绘“最好的未来”。每个孩子都是祖国的花朵，是我们的未来，是我们应该宠爱的宝贝。我们用爱筑造完美此刻，千万溪流汇聚成大海。他们用舞蹈展示中国传统文化，祈福未来。

Primary 2 and 4 programmes had two sections - 'We set out to the future' and 'We will make it to the future'. Students performed cup dance, bilingual singing and plays to show that we could overcome difficulty and grow by being positive. They sang for their best future. As the younger generations, we should care for them as they would be our future. They also showcased traditional Chinese culture for a better future.

三五年级的节目分为“预见，心之所向”、“舞动，即为光芒”、“未来，不负勇往”三个篇章。同学们带来了豪情万丈的“刀锋”，向英雄的军人致敬；一篇《少年中国说》，铿锵的音韵在舞台上久久回响。中国功夫、京剧、酷炫的街舞……让整台晚会在传统与现代中相互交融，VBS未来少年们怀揣浓厚的家国情怀，乘风破浪，唱响未来。

Primary 3 and 5 programmes had three sections - 'Foresee', 'Shine' and 'Future'. Students saluted soldiers by waving blade and brought the 'Young China Say' on stage. VBS Youth of the Future were patriotic and singing for their future by performing Chinese Kungfu, Beijing Opera and breakdance to combine the culture of the past and modern together.

七八九年级的节目分为“启航——青春”、“筑梦——成长”、“坚定——未来”三个篇章。同学们载歌载舞，用动感的舞姿，展现着青春的魅力。他们心怀天下，用“新闻联播”回顾了2020年的大事和万双事；他们相信自己、敢于挑战，勇敢追逐梦想；他们在“霜雪千年”中演绎浪漫情怀，在“莫扎特奏鸣曲”静享“平凡之路”……2021，每位孩子都要大步向前迎新年，让梦想闪闪发光。

Grade 7, 8 and 9 programmes had three sections - 'Youth', 'Growth' and 'Future'. Students sang and danced to show their youth and care for the world. They reviewed major events at VBS and the world by news report. They believed in themselves and challenged their limits to pursue their dreams. They showed their talents in the songs and Mozart sonata. In 2021, every student would march forward to embrace the new year and shine their dreams.

连续4天的燃情晚会在同学们的欢歌笑语中拉上帷幕。万科双语学校每一位孩子都登上了舞台中央，成为了最美的自己。

The 4-day New Year Gala ended with students' cheers and singing. Every student from VBS was on stage to present themselves.

愿每位孩子心系家国，未来可期，不负韶华；愿山河无恙，灯火可亲，人间值得！
