万双网讯  让爱传递，“书”送希望。为响应深圳少儿图书馆发起的爱心捐赠活动，2021年1月4日，经过两个星期的募捐，万科双语学校未来少年共计捐书27箱，计1620余册。

VBS News Net: VBS Youth of the Future donated more than 1620 books packaged in 27 boxes on 4th January 2021 during the fortnightly donation activity in response to the donation organised Shenzhen Youth Library to pass love and hope.

本次活动由深圳少儿图书馆组织，募捐书籍将被捐赠到龙华区定点扶持地区广西省东兰县的学校。当地经济落后，教育基础薄弱，学生人均图书少之又少。本次募捐的书均为9成新的书籍，涵盖历史、科学、绘本、童话、名著等等......除了丰富的书籍外，同学们还留了温情的小纸条给收到书籍的小朋友。

Organised by Shenzhen Youth Library, donated books would be sent to schools in Donglan County located at Guangxi Province, the point-to-point support region assigned to Longhua District. The county is underdeveloped with weak education resources thus the average number of books per student is limited. VBS students offered 90% new second-hand books about history, science, painting books, fairy tales, classics with special notes for recipients.

Hu Xiatian wrote, 'Dear friends, books are our common partners to support our growth. You will feel joy and know the world full of miracles. Stay happy and fighting!' He Yihan wrote, 'May you enter the world of books,' Liu Anzhi, Liu Anya and Zhou An sent their regards to recipients.

予人玫瑰，手留余香。高尔基说过：“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”。一本好书可以改变一个人的命运，也可以让世界充满更多有趣的灵魂。本次活动，万科双语学校未来少年弘扬奉献、友爱、互助的精神，积极参与，用手中的书籍搭建了一座爱心的桥梁，让知识在爱的手中传递，为贫困地区的孩子认识世界打开了一扇扇窗，并在心中种下了一颗公益种子，学会了关心世界，关爱他人。

VBS Youth of the Future have learned to contribute, help and care for others and the world by donating books to pass on love and knowledge for students in underdeveloped regions.
