万双网讯  为提高VBS未来少年的艺术素养，打造一支高水准的乐队，11月6日，VBS管乐团录取仪式在学校排练厅举行。杨帆校长为55名小乐手颁发了录取证书。至此，VBS管乐团正式成立。

VBS News Net: VBS Wind Orchestra was founded on 6th November at rehearsal hall to improve VBS Youth of the Future aesthetic literacy and to set up a high standard orchestra. Principal Yang handed out 55 acceptance letters to students.

录取仪式由乐团主管老师何俊宏主持。VBS管乐团招募初期共有90名学生报名，经过初选、面试，由乐团主管老师和专业授课教师结合学生身体条件、学习意向进行选拔，最后根据乐团编制录取55人。授课教师均为从中央音乐学院、上海音乐学院、四川音乐学院、西安音乐学院、英国约克大学等院校毕业的有丰富教学和演奏经验的专业教师，其中包括深圳交响乐团萨克斯客座首席董隽老师、深圳市教师管乐团首席高晨等。主管老师何俊宏毕业于中央音乐学院，美国辛辛那提大学研究生，获演奏家学位全额奖学金，曾辅导北京人大附小长号声部获得北京中小学生管乐比赛金奖。

Acceptance was hosted by VBS Wind Orchestra Teacher-in-charge Mr. He Junhong. There were over 90 students signing up. After two rounds of auditions and evaluations by teacher-in-charge and instructors on students' interests and body conditions, 55 students were selected eventually. Instructors were professional teachers who had teaching and performing experience from CCOM, SHCOM, SCCOM, XACOM, York University - Ms. Dong Juan from Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra Guest Principal Saxophone, Shenzhen Teachers' Wind Orchestra Principal Gao Chen. Mr. He Junhong graduated from CCOM and Master Degree from Cincinnati University with full scholarship for concert performer with teaching experience for Affiliated Primary School of Beijing Renmin University trombone section for acquiring Beijing Middle School and Primary School Wind Orchestra Competition Gold Award.

VBS管乐团成立后，每周安排三种不同的课程：包括音乐素养课，学习基础的乐理知识；声部课，由外聘的专业老师从头开始手把手教会孩子演奏乐器；声部排练，所有小乐手聚集在一起排练。

There would be three different forms of practice - music literacy to teach basic musical knowledge; sectional for grouped practice.

杨帆校长对管乐团的成立表示衷心祝贺。她希望同学们合理规划好自己的学习和排练时间，既要完成学业，也要练好乐器，遵守乐团规则。在艺术的世界里，用热爱与勤奋，坚毅和乐观，克服困难，永不言弃，成长为最美的自己。

Principal Yang congratulated the founding of VBS Wind Orchestra. She wished everyone manage their time well to practise and study and follow the orchestral rules. She also encouraged students to overcome difficulty, never give up but to stay positive, passinate, diligent and gritsome to become the better self.
