万双网讯  2020年11月9日，2020-2021第一学期第十一周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由4C班承担。4C班是一个团结、进取的集体。

大家早上好!

Good morning.

同学们，每年的11月9日，是“世界消防日”，11月9日与火警电话号码119相同，这时正值我国秋冬季，风干物燥，火灾多发。

November 9th on every year is World Fire Prevention Day, this is where our emergency number for fire 119 comes from. It is in autumn and winter in China to catch fire very easily with dry air.

火是人类的朋友，它给人们带来光明和温暖，带来了人类的文明和社会的进步。但是火如果失去控制，酿成火灾，就会给人们的生命财产造成巨大损失。

Fire can a friend of mankind as it brings light and warmth to people, human civilization and social progress. However, if the fire gets out of control, it will cause huge losses to people's lives and property.

为增强全民的消防安全意识，使“119”更加深入人心，从1992年起，我国将每年的11月9日定为全国的“消防宣传日”。

4、放学之后，要记得关掉电器，并切断电源。

当遇到火灾时，如何逃生自救呢?消防专家介绍了在公共场所遭遇火灾时逃生自救的方法，请同学们仔细听好：

How to escape and save yourself in case of fire? Fire experts introduced the methods to escape and save themselves in case of fire in public places. Please listen carefully:

1、要了解和熟悉环境。当你走进商场、宾馆、酒店等公共场所时，要留心安全出口、灭火器的位置，以便在发生意外时及时疏散和灭火。

2、火灾袭来时，不要慌不要乱，及时拨打119或向周围人求救。
