万双网讯  为助力2020中国海洋经济博览会，“深海一号”暨“蛟龙号”、“天鲲号”于10月13日靠泊蛇口邮轮母港。当天下午，万科双语学校未来少年参加了欢迎仪式，并作为首批深圳学子参观了“天鲲号”，近距离接触“大国重器”，亲身感受中国海洋科技创新发展的实力和豪情。

VBS News Net: Jiaolong and Tiankun with their mothership Shenhai 1 harboured at Shekou Port on 13th October to support 2020 China Marine Economic Expo. VBS students took part in the welcoming ceremony in the afternoon as the first batch of students in Shenzhen to observe Tiankun offline to experience the development of China's latest marine technology in person.

2020中国海洋经济博览会即将于10月15日至18日在深圳举办。此次参展的“天鲲号”是我国首艘自主研发、拥有完全自主知识产权的一款绿色环保、高效智能的重型自航绞吸船，可实现自动挖泥、监控及无人操控。它拥有着亚洲第一的挖掘能力，40分钟以内能挖出一个一米深的标准足球场，6天半就能填满水立方。

2020 China Marine Economic Expo was held in Shenzhen from 15th October to 18th October. Tiankun was the first self-developed, eco-friendly and effective dredger which could monitor, dredging without manual control with our own intellectual property. With top dredging ability across Asia, it would dredge a standard football pitch with depth of one metre within 40 minutes and Beijing National Aquatics Center within six and half days.

参展的“深海一号”是中国首艘按照绿色化、信息化、模块化、便捷化、舒适化和国际化原则自主设计建造的具有国际先进水平的专用载人潜水器支持母船。该船具有全球无限航区航行能力，不仅为“蛟龙号”深潜作业提供合适的水下、水面支持，还具备数据、样品的现场处理和分析能力。

Shenhai 1 was self-designed and built mothership based on principles of environmental-friendliness, modularisation, comfort, international and convenience to support submersible. It had the ability to cruise around the world, to support Jiaolong under and by the sea, to analyse samples as well as data.

“蛟龙号”于2012年7月在马里亚纳海沟试验海区创造了下潜7062米的中国载人深潜纪录，同时也创造了世界同类作业型潜水器的最大下潜深度纪录，使中国成为继美国、俄罗斯、法国、日本后第五个拥有载人深潜技术的国家。

Jiaolong submersible dived to 7062 meters in Mariana Trench on July 2012 to break the national record on diving with people on board and the world record on the same type of submersible. Hence China became the fifth country to master this technology after the US, Russia, France and Japan.

为给予孩子们公平的参与机会，万科双语学校举办了线上知识竞赛，根据答题准确率和提交的先后顺序，选出了55名学生参与本次活动。

VBS hosted online quiz to give everyone a fair chance to compete for the 55 slots. The first 55 submissions of quiz form based on their accuracy would be selected to take part in this excursion.

当天适逢台风天气，风雨交加，为了完成欢迎仪式，孩子们在恶劣的天气中表现出了万双学子坚毅、乐观的精神。他们挥舞国旗，向英雄致敬，圆满完成了任务，得到了港口官兵的赞扬。

The weather condition was not good on the day due to the typhoon effects, but students remained gritty and optimistic to sit through the ceremony by waving the flag and saluting heroes. They won the commend from the navy soldiers.

在“天鲲号”的参观过程中，孩子们充满了身为中国人的自豪感，纷纷拿着手机、相机、录影手表等认真记录和聆听讲解。杨帆校长亲自陪同孩子们进行了参观。

During the visit of Tiankun, students listened carefully and wrote down notes about the information as Chinese. Principal Yang accompanied them during the visit.

10月14日、15日，万科双语学校第二批、第三批学子共78人获得了参观“深海一号”暨“蛟龙号”、“天鲲号”的机会。孩子们在参观学习中开阔了科技视野，增长了见识。

The second and third batch of VBS students had the opportunity to visit Shenhai 1 along with Jiaolong and Tiankun. A total number of 78 students gained more insights and knowledge in science and technology.

有了强大的国，才有温暖的家。零距离了解国之重器，对于培养孩子们的家国情怀，满足孩子们的好奇心，激发孩子们科技探索的兴趣等具有重要意义。

The households won't be stable without the strong nation. Getting close to Tiankun inspires students to explore on science and technology, nurtures their patriotism and satisfies their inquisitiveness.

4D班葛厚泽：今天我们一行55人去蛇口码头参加了“天鲲号”和“深海一号”的欢迎仪式。我们还热烈呼喊，欢迎勇士们的到来。这次参观，祖国的高科技让我惊奇不已，充满向往，我也要努力学好知识，长大了创造这样的奇迹。

Ge Houze from 4D - 55 of us visited Shekou Port for the welcoming ceremony of Tiankun and Shenhai 1. We welcomed their arrival. I was impressed by the technology. I would study hard and be part of such miracles in future.

4D班陈思彤：今天我和我的同学葛厚泽、刘捷一起去蛇口码头参观了“天鲲号”，我们还参加了欢迎仪式呢。通过这次参加中国海洋经济博览会，我知道了许多关于海洋的事件，我很自豪自己身为中国人。

Chen Sitong from 4D - I visited Tiankun at Shekou Port with my peers Ge Houze and Liu Jie by attending the welcoming ceremony. I got to know a lot about the ocean in this China Marine Economy Expo. I am so proud of being Chinese.

4D班刘捷：今天我去参加了中国海洋经济博览会，因为深海一号刚从青岛回来，船上的检测结果还没有出来，我们就去参观了“天鲲号”。我满怀自豪地摸索着“天鲲号”的一尺一寸，心里别提有多激动。我觉得这次参观很值得，谢谢学校给我这个机会。

Liu Jie from 4D - I attended China Marine Economy Expo today and saw Tiankun. Results from Shenhai 1 were not released as Shenhai 1 just returned from Qingdao. I was proud to examine Tiankun and excited. Thanks to my school I got this opportunity to visit.
