【PBL】怎样用程序“省电”,让VBS未来少年告诉你——VBS暑期“零废弃生活”PBL项目优秀作品展精彩纷呈

万双网讯  你知道有一种程序叫节电程序吗?你知道可以用芯片追踪的“饮料回收售卖一体机” 吗?9月10日下午,万科双语学校暑期“零废弃生活”PBL项目优秀作品展在剧场举行。 “小环保家”们带来的创意作品让全校师生大开眼界,他们变废为宝的新奇创意和精彩演讲充分展示了VBS未来少年敢于创造美好未来的勇气与智慧。


VBS News Net: Was there a power-saving programme or a vending & recycling machine traceable by chips? VBS PBL 'Life with zero waste'  project presentation was held at school theatre on 10th September. Students used their wisdom, courage to create future and became environmentalists to present their creations.

5C班的於姝含同学作为开场的演讲嘉宾,讲述了她参与环境保护、热心公益事业的故事,随后小发明家们闪亮登场。


Yu Shuhan from 5C gave a starting speech on her involvement on environmentalism before the presenters showcased their work.

变废为宝之实用篇 

Utilisation of recycled stuff

 

4C班的刘梓渊同学展示了他设计的“饮料回收售卖一体机”。顾客从饮料回收机中购买饮料,而所有饮料的罐体、瓶体均实现芯片化追踪管理,并施行环保身份证制,推行回收积分兑换。每一次循环使用都能为顾客购买饮料省下一笔费用。此外,他考虑到顾客有时喝不完饮料,便设计可以用自己的杯子来装饮料,喝多少装多少,这样更加环保,能攒下不少积分,真正使循环使用行为回馈到每一个顾客,实现了短程闭环设计,真正节能环保。


Liu Ziyuan from 4C invented a vending & recycling machine. Drinks purchased from the machine were tracked by chips using IDs. Points were awarded for recycling and could be used for discount on next purchase. If the buyers were not able to finish the drink, they could use bottles at purchase. This design was able to realise environmentalism.



5D班的涂森同学发明了一个校园安全小卫士。他使用的结构材料是:废旧的笔做手,废弃的纸筒以及塑料矿泉水瓶做脚,废弃的塑料矿泉水杯做身子,废弃的镜片做眼睛,废弃的电池做心脏。他的特性是护送师生安保工作,自动消灭病毒,镜片和心脏采用太阳能储电,可以再生循环,节能环保。


Tu Sen from 5D invented a guard for campus security. He recycled pens, papers, bottles, lens and battery to make this guard. This guard could do the security work and kill the virus with the ability to store solar energy.



5C班的陈履一和吴妍慧同学展示了液压平衡球迷宫游戏机。它由废旧的快递盒、注射器和点滴管等构成一个由液压系统控制的液压平衡球迷宫,成为一个趣味游戏。他说:“这个零废弃活动不但让我们远离了父母讨厌的手机iPad,还让我喜欢上了手工。欢迎大家到5C班体验。”


Chen Lyuyi and Wu Yanhui presented a game machine with balanced hydraulic pressure. It was made by recycled mailboxes, syringes and tubes, 'Welcome to 5C and have a try as I am so keen on manual works and stay away from using iPad.'

 


变废为宝之工艺篇

5D班的童婳同学制作了环保花瓶。这个花瓶是用纸做的圆筒,外面粘着废弃的黏土,并加上兔子、蝴蝶、几朵小花进行装饰,变成了一个美丽的花瓶。


Tong Hua from 5D designed a vase which was made by paper, soil with animals and flowers decorations.



4D班的陈思彤同样利用废旧的可乐瓶、双面胶、麻绳等材料,制作出了漂亮的花瓶。


Chen Sitong from 4D also made the vase by recycled plastic bottles, tapes and ropes.


 

废水回收利用刻不容缓 

The urgency of recycling sewage


7c班的刘星禹同学、7F班的谢晴芸同学、7E班的温柔同学在暑假进行了关于洗手液废水、模拟酸雨、模拟雨水对种子萌发和幼苗生长影响的探究实验,他们得出了废水和酸雨对种子萌发和幼苗生长是有一定影响的结论,更加明白了环境保护的意义,呼吁大家要把更多可能利用的废水搜集起来,进行处理后再进行充分利用,为保护环境出一份力。


Liu Xingyu from 7C, Xie Qingyun from 7F and Wen Rou from 7E researched on the growth of sprouts by different sorts of water. They reached the conclusion on sewage and acid rain had impact on sprouts to understand the importance of environmentalism. They asked everyone to gather sewage before putting them into use and do their part in environmentalism.

利用“节电程序”减少碳排放 

Reduce carbon emission via power-saving programme

 

8C班的刘亦然同学在暑期进行了省电实验研究,重点研究了空调的能耗与省电方法。根据测试,他得出家里一台空调一天要耗大概19.2度电。接着,他将空调调节成“睡眠模式”,发现睡眠模式在天气炎热时可以省0.4度电,但当天气转凉,睡眠模式省电较明显。于是,并利用学习到的python编程知识,写出了“节电程序”。这个程序可以计算不同省电模式下,家里电器减少用电的情况,并且给出了个“大数据”结论,全球70亿人,每人都这么省电,每年可以节省10220亿度电,可减少碳排放3147760亿吨!他用实验告诉大家,“零废弃生活”应从减少排放做起。


Liu Yiran from 8C worked on power-saving reserach on air-conditioners. He registered 19.2 kWh reading on one air-conditioner running on one single day. He turned the air-conditioner into sleep mode but only a reduction of 0.4 kWh was registered. However, the power-saving mode was more significant as the external temperature dropped. Using Python, he wrote a programme on 'power saving' which could calculate the reduction in different power-saving modes and the conclusion using big data. With everyone on Earth using the power-saving mode, 100 billion kWh would be saved and three trillion carbon emission would be reduced. By performing experiments, he claimed that 'life with zero waste' shall begin by reducing emissions.




孩子们演讲过程中,掌声时时响起。为倾力打造“零废弃生态园”, 让世界变得更加美好,万科双语学校“零废弃生活”PBL项目于2020年7月正式启动,全校学生在暑期展开了“零废弃生活”探索实践。通过PBL项目式学习,“零废弃生活”已经在VBS每个孩子的心中渐渐生根发芽。本次优秀作品展充分展示了VBS学子为创造美好未来而勇于创新、敢为人先的探究精神,展示了孩子们卓越的思维力与高度的社会责任感,对于把学校建设成为“零废弃生活”的典范学校、建设节约型社会具有深远意义。


Applauses were heard as students presented their work. VBS PBL 'Life with zero waste' was launched in July 2020 to build a 'zero waste' campus and students began their exploration in the summer holiday. The idea of 'Life with zero waste' began to spread among VBS students via PBL. When making VBS a model 'Life with zero waste' campus and conservation-oriented society, this presentation showcased their innovative and exploratory spirit, social responsibility and excellent thinking.
