万双网讯  为培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，落实立德树人根本任务，培养德智体美全面发展的中国公民，6月初，VBS正式启动寻找“最美VBS未来少年”系列活动。

VBS News Net: VBS launched activity series 'Looking for the most beautiful VBS Youth of the Future' in June to cultivate Chinese citizens with holistic development and characters, practise socialist core values and foster virtue through education.

本次活动将分为班级推荐、集体展示、公开选拔、学校表彰等环节，通过公开公正的评选，寻找出VBS最优秀的才艺未来少年、美德未来少年、创新未来少年、智慧未来少年、活力未来少年、自强未来少年。

This activity would be carried out by class nomination, mass presentation, selection trials, school honours to find out the most talented, the most innovative, wisest, the most honourable, the most energetic and the most self-motivated youth.

6月10日下午，才艺未来少年展示活动在VBS剧场举办。12名同学带来了乐器、歌舞、朗诵等形式多样的精彩表演。本次活动为学生搭建了才艺展示的平台，陶冶了学生情操，丰富了VBS校园文化生活，对学生形成健康、积极、乐观向上的人格有着正面作用，而这些人格正是当今乃至未来社会所需人才应具备的素质。

VBS Youth of the Future talent show was held at the theatre on 10th June. 12 students brought a variety of show, including instrument, singing, dancing and recital. This allowed students to show their talents and enrich their campus life. It also had a positive influence on students characters to be optimistic and proactive which would be essential for their future endeavour in society.
