万双网讯  为关爱未成年人身心健康，提高未成年人思想道德水平，保障其合法权益，促进其全面发展，2019年11月18日下午，由龙华团区委、区教育局、深圳少年警讯联袂打造的“2019年龙华区护航计划——未成年人思想道德提升系列活动”在万科双语学校剧场举行。

VBS News Net: Organised by Longhua Education Bureau, Shenzhen Juvenile Police Information and Longhua Youth League Committee, 2019 Longhua Safeguarding Juvenile Project was held at VBS theatre on 18th November to facilitate holistic development of students, care for their physical and mental health, protect their legal interests and raise their standards of morality.

本次活动由深圳市少年警讯普法导师翟奇艳、吴小燕两位老师指导，分别为VBS二、三、四年级和七年级共400名同学带来生命健康教育和青春期教育两堂课程。

This activity was led by Ms Qu Qiyan and Ms Wu Xiaoyan, tutors from Shenzhen Juvenile Police Information and targeted at 400 students from Primary 2 to 4 and Year 7 on life and puberty.

生命教育课程针对小学同学，翟老师通过PPT演示、事例展示、一问一答等形式引导同学们认识生命。使学生清楚日常危及生命安全的十种行为，了解日常急救知识，让每个学生都掌握基础医学常识。在问答环节，同学们积极踊跃发言，充分发表了各自的意见和看法，现场气氛非常热烈。

Life Education targets Primary School students, Ms Qu guided them to recognise life via PPT slides, cases and Q&A. This enabled students to stay clear from ten daily bahaviour that jeopardised life and master some basic medical knowledge by learning first aid techniques. During the Q&A session, students were actively engaged by joining the discussion and sharing their opinions towards the issue.  

在青春期教育的课程中，翟老师通过短片、事例分享等多种方式和七年级的同学们共同探讨青春期会出现的各种困惑，进一步引导同学们正确面对青春期期间的情绪、情感等方面的问题。促进学生认识青春期生心理变化，学会正确处理人际关系。活动最后，所有同学进行了庄严的宣誓。

For Year 7 students, Ms Qu presented video clips and cases to discuss situations which took place during puberty period. She further guided students to handle issues such as mood swings, physical, mental changes and peer relationship well. In the end all students took the pledge.
