万双网讯   2019年10月28日，2019-2020第一学期第九周升旗仪式在学校操场举行。本周升旗仪式由7F班承担。7F班是一个文明友爱，知礼律己的集体。

升旗仪式由7F班韩粟茼、王思墨主持。 奚海容，黄子晴做了演讲，他们演讲的题目是《行为规范，点滴做起》。

VBS News Net: The weekly flag-raising assembly for the ninth week was held in the morning of 28th October. 7F was in charge of the assembly. 7F is a self-disciplined, well-mannered group with friendly students.

尊敬的各位老师、亲爱的同学们：   

大家早上好！ 

今天我们国旗下的演讲题目是：行为规范，点滴做起。 

我们的至圣先师孔子曾说过:“不学礼，无以立”。礼仪能体现一个人乃至一个民族的素质，讲礼仪是律己、敬人的一种行为，也是一个城市良好风气的体现。

讲礼仪是对自己的慎独。真正的讲礼仪，是任何时候都保持一颗慎独之心，努力做到勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。上课时专心听讲，积极思考，尊重老师，团结同学；下课时保持教室，校园干净整洁；集合时能自觉做到快静齐。让我们从生活中的每一件小事做起，时时处处讲礼仪！

讲礼仪是对别人的尊重。己所不欲勿施于人，你若不愿意看到的，也正是别人眼里所厌恶的。所以讲文明，有礼貌，守规则，是对别人的尊重。尊人者，人恒尊之。

同学们，行为规范，点滴做起。让我们的校园洋溢着与师友相问的礼貌声，早读课上朗朗的读书声，课外活动中井然有序的脚步声，体育课上雄壮有力的口号声。不积跬步，无以至千里；不积小流，无以成江海。只要我们从点滴小事做起，就一定能养成良好的行为习惯。我们的校园，也必将成为一个文明和谐的校园。

请让我们从现在开始，从点滴做起。努力成为一个文明的，有高尚情操的人，为创建文明校园、文明城市添砖加瓦！

Dear teachers and students,

Good morning.

Today, the topic of our speech under the national flag is: code of conduct is reflected by every small action we take.

Confucius once said, "if you don't learn manners, you can't stand." One's manner reflects his or her quality as a person and even tells you a bit about his nation. It is also about self-discipline and respecting others, which can represent the image of a city as well.

Mannerism is about being cautious by oneself. The true mannerism is to be cautious and keep your mind independent at all times. Do good deeds and do no evil deeds no matter how trivial they both are. During class, we should listen attentively, think actively, respect teachers and unite peers. After class, keep the classroom clean and tidy. Be ordered, quick and quiet when lining up. Let's start with every action in our life and be well-mannered.

Mannerism is about respecting others. What you do not want done to yourself, do not do to others. What you do not wish to see could also be someone's disgust. Hence, be polite and follow rules is also respecting others. Those who respect others will always earn the respect from others.

Peers, code of conduct is reflected by every small action we take. Let the warm greetings, active recitals at morning reading and loud cheers from PE lessons be heard across our school. Learn the basics before trying to do something more advanced. If we have good habits, and VBS will become a civilised and harmonious school.

Let's start right now by every action we take. Strive to be a civilised and noble person and to be part of our civilised campus and a civilised city!
