万双网讯 10月26日-27日，2019年广东省“中国体育彩票”青少年攀岩项目U系列比赛（深圳站）在深圳南山花园城举行，万科双语学校攀岩队4C班吴妍慧同学勇夺U10女子组速度赛冠军，并在半决赛中取得11.42秒的历史最好成绩。

VBS News Net: 2019 China Sports Lottery Youth Rock Climbing Competition U Series Shenzhen was held in Garden City, Nanshan District from 26th to 27th October. Wu Yanhui from 4C clinched 1st place in U10 girls' speed climbing, and finished semifinals with all-time record of 11.42 seconds.

本次赛事由国家体育总局青少司指导，广东省体育局主办。万科双语学校6名队员出战。他们是：2O班郭先让、3C班游婉菲、3D班危晨睿、4C班吴妍慧、於姝含、8D班胡嘉芮。其中4C班吴妍慧同学在急性肠胃炎和难度赛弃赛的情况下，充分发扬VBS学子坚毅、勇敢的精神，在速度赛中勇夺桂冠。

This competition was guided by General Administration of Sport, China and organised by Sports Bureau, Guangdong Province. Six members from VBS Rock Climbing Team took part in this competition - Guo Xianrang from 2O, You Wanfei from 3C, Wei Chenrui from 3D, Wu Yanhui and Yu Shuhan from 4C, Hu Jiarui from 8D. Inflicted by gastritis, Wu Yanhui quit the lead climbing session in order to save her strength for the speed climbing, showing the spirits of grit that all VBS students possess.

吴妍慧在来到万科双语学校之前从未接触过攀岩运动，在短短的训练时间里便取得了好成绩，她的成绩表明万科双语学校优质攀岩课程初见成效。学校除让每位学生必修攀岩课外，还为有攀岩爱好的同学提供社团活动、选修课程及校队训练等，为学生特长发展提供优质平台和训练时间。

Wu Yanhui has no with rock climbing before studying at VBS. Her success within short period of training has demonstrated the significance of top quality rock climbing lessons offered by VBS. Besides making rock climbing lessons compulsory, VBS also provides opportunities and training time such as activities for rock climbing student society, rock climbing elective classes and training sessions for students who aim to develop their skills in rock climbing.
