万双网讯  万科双语学校第32期班主任成长帮帮团9月23日在小剧场举行，标志着新学期班主任专业发展旅程的启航。本次活动汇集了全体班主任及副班主任教师，他们中五位来自不同年级的副班主任老师分享了他们与学生、教育和自己成长的故事，老师们犹如璀璨星辰，以各自独特而温暖的方式，生动地诠释着对学生的深深爱意。

On September 23, the 32nd Class Homeroom Teacher Growth Support Group at Vanke Bilingual School was held in the theater, marking the beginning of a new semester’s professional development journey for homeroom teachers. This event brought together all homeroom and assistant homeroom teachers, five of them from different grades shared their stories of growth with the students, education, and themselves. The teachers shone like brilliant stars, vividly expressing their deep love for students in their own unique and warm ways.

伍湘琼老师，恰似一束明亮的光，倾尽全力散发着温暖与希望。她有着一双敏锐的眼睛，时刻关注着学生的一举一动。当她留意到学生小西滑倒后身上贴了膏药，那份担忧立刻涌上心头。她没有丝毫犹豫，即刻与家长沟通，细致地了解相关注意事项，只为确保小西能尽快康复。面对行为习惯欠佳的小宇，她没有抱怨与指责，而是主动学习心理学，努力探寻小宇行为背后的缘由。她用无尽的耐心与贴心关怀，一点点融化小宇心中的坚冰，助力小宇改善学习状态，引领他走向积极向上的成长之路。

Teacher Wu Xiangqiong was a bright ray of light, pouring all her efforts into spreading warmth and hope. She has a keen eye, constantly paying attention to every move of her students. When she noticed that her student Xiaoxi had fallen down and had a bandage on, a sense of concern immediately filled her heart. Without any hesitation, she communicated with the parents to carefully understand the necessary precautions, all to ensure that Xiaoxi could recover quickly. When dealing with Xiaoyu, who had poor behavior habits, she did not complain or blame him. Instead, she actively learned about his mannerisms, striving to explore the reasons behind his behavior. With endless patience and genuine care, she gradually melted the ice in Xiaoyu’s heart, helping him improve his learning and guiding him towards a positive path of growth.

李桂英老师初入教坛，犹如一颗破土而出的嫩苗，在同辈生活老师的热忱帮助下迅速成长。午睡时，学生们的喧闹让她犯了难，难以进入休息状态的孩子们让她心急如焚。然而，幸运的是，班主任老师及时伸出援手，共同商讨解决方案。在大家的齐心协力下，问题迎刃而解，李桂英老师也成功树立了威信。她深切体会到同事间的帮助与配合是如此重要，毅然决定以耐心和爱心陪伴学生，立志成为他们的良师益友，为他们的成长全力护航。每一个温柔的眼神，每一句鼓励的话语，都是她对学生爱的表达。

Teacher Li Guiying, who newly entered the teaching profession, was like a tender sprout breaking through the soil, rapidly growing with the enthusiastic assistance of her fellow teachers. During nap time, the students’ chattering posed a challenge for her, making it difficult for the restless children to relax. However, fortunately, the class teacher promptly extended a helping hand, and they collaboratively discussed solutions. With everyone’s combined efforts, the problem was soon resolved, and Teacher Li successfully established her authority. She realized how important the support of and cooperation with colleagues is and resolutely decided to treat her students with patience and love, aspiring to become their mentor and friend, safeguarding their growth. Every gentle glance and encouraging word is her expression of love for the students.

方丽琴老师与家长紧密联系，如同一条坚固的纽带，时刻关注学生的情绪状态。遇到问题时，她总能第一时间出现，耐心开导学生，同时与家长积极沟通，共同为学生的成长出谋划策。下雨时，她不顾风雨，护送学生上校车，那一声声温馨提醒家长准备雨具的话语，如春风拂面，温暖着每一个人的心。她细心的叮嘱与无微不至的照顾，赢得了家长的高度肯定。在确保安全且不压抑学生天性的前提下，她用心为孩子们搭建起一个自由成长的舞台，助力孩子更好地绽放光彩。

Teacher Fang Liqin maintains close contact with parents, like a strong bond, always paying attention to the emotional state of the students. When problems arise, she is always the first to appear, patiently guiding the students while actively communicating with parents to collectively strategize for the students’ growth. During rainy days, she braved the wind and rain to escort students to the school bus, offering warm reminders to parents to prepare rain gear. Her careful reminders and attentive care have earned her high praise from parents. Ensuring safety without stifling the students’ natural inclinations, she has thoughtfully built a stage for children to grow freely, helping them to shine their brightest.

李长英老师被万双老师们默默奉献、竭尽全力对待工作精神深深感染，通过不断的学习，她如同被春雨滋润的花朵，逐渐认可自己，更加全力以赴地投入工作。面对班里的特殊学生，她温柔而坚定，如同宁静的港湾，给予学生无尽的安全感。她用心沟通，以智慧和耐心去感染学生，用爱去化解每一个难题。她坚信，每一个孩子都是独一无二的宝藏，只要用心挖掘，定能绽放出耀眼的光芒。

Teacher Li Changying was deeply inspired by the dedication and hard work of the teachers at Vanke. Through continuous learning, she has blossomed like a flower nourished by spring rain, gradually recognizing her own worth and committing herself fully to her work. When facing students with special needs in her class, she is gentle yet firm, providing them with an endless sense of security, like a tranquil harbor. She communicates with care, influencing her students with wisdom and patience, and uses love to resolve every challenge they encounter. She firmly believes that every child is a unique treasure, and as long as we sincerely dig deep, they will shine brilliantly.

马佳雪老师从教辅岗位迈向教育之路，宛如一只破茧而出的蝴蝶，在老师们的热心帮助下，从不知如何与学生相处、与家长沟通，逐渐成长为自信坚定的教育者。成长型思维模式成为她与学生相处的坚实基石，她鼓励学生勇敢尝试，不怕失败，让学生在挑战中不断成长。学生们的出色表现也让她深刻感悟到，唯有热爱能抵御岁月漫长。她将继续以热爱和坚持为孩子的未来保驾护航，如同明亮的灯塔，为学生指引前行的方向。

Teacher Ma Jiaxue has transitioned from a teaching assistant role to a career in education, blossoming like a butterfly emerging from a cocoon. With the enthusiastic help of her colleagues, she has gradually grown from someone unsure of how to interact with students and communicate with parents into a confident and determined educator. The growth mindset has become a solid foundation for her relationships with students, encouraging them to bravely try and not fear failure, allowing them to grow through challenge. The outstanding performances of her students have made her realize that only passion can withstand the long passage of time. She will continue to safeguard her students’ futures with love and perseverance, serving as a bright lighthouse to guide them on their path.
