万双网讯   为精准聚焦老师的感悟与诉求，进一步增进互信沟通，2024年9月18日下午，深圳市龙华区万科双语学校党支部第三季度书记茶话会在105会议室举行。学校党支部书记杨帆、派驻第一书记刘晓娟、党务副主任孙晓萌、生活部负责人石爽出席，刘艳静、李长英、李玉霞、伍湘琼、方丽琴、李桂英、蔡铃宜、马佳雪8位生活老师也积极参与了讨论。

To accurately focus on teachers’ insights and needs and to further enhance trust and communication, the third quarter Secretary Tea Meeting of the Party Branch at Vanke Bilingual School in Longhua District, Shenzhen, was held in Room 105 on the afternoon of September 18, 2024. The meeting was attended by Yang Fan, Secretary of the Party Branch; Liu Xiaojun, the dispatched First Secretary; Sun Xiaomeng, Deputy Director of Party Affairs; and Shi Shuang, the head of the Life Department. Eight life teachers—Liu Yanjing, Li Changying, Li Yuxia, Wu Xiangqiong, Fang Liqin, Li Guiying, Cai Lingling, and Ma Jixue—also actively participated in the discussion.

本次茶话会的主题是“教育的本质是热爱”，老师们通过一些工作中的具体案例与杨帆书记进行了深入而感人肺腑的交流，期间大家一度热泪盈眶。

The theme of this tea party was “The Essence of Education is Love.” Teachers engaged in deep and heartfelt exchanges with Secretary Yang Fan through specific cases from their work, during which many were moved to tears.

在万双，生活老师是一个重要且关键的群体。就像老师们所说，“我们并不仅仅关注孩子们的用餐和休息，而且要跟班主任老师们配合好，为孩子的成长打好坚实基础”。活动中，老师们侃侃而谈，不断分享着自己在万双的“第一次”，以及成长型思维模式如何促进了他们的个人和职业发展。从杨帆书记每天早晨的亲切问候，到四季花坛中植物的精心更换，老师们细致地列举了学校在细节上的用心和关怀。

At Vanke, life teachers are an important and crucial group. As the teachers mentioned, “We not only focus on the children’s meals and rest but also collaborate closely with homeroom teachers to lay a solid foundation for the children’s growth.” During the event, the teachers shared their experiences of “firsts” at Vanke and discussed how the growth mindset had facilitated their personal and professional development. From Secretary Yang Fan’s warm greetings every morning to the meticulous replacement of plants in the seasonal flower beds, the teachers thoughtfully enumerated the school’s attentiveness and care in the details.

生活老师们也以心换心，用自己最朴实、最真诚的爱对待着万双的每一位孩子，在日复一日的相处中，他们与孩子们之间建立了更加深厚的信任和理解。这种基于真诚和爱的互动，不仅让学生们感受到了家的温暖，也为他们的健康成长提供了良好的环境。

Life teachers also reciprocate with heartfelt sincerity, treating every child at Vanke with their most genuine love. Through daily interactions, they have built a deeper trust and understanding with the children. This interaction, based on sincerity and love, not only allows the students to feel the warmth of home but also provides a nurturing environment for their healthy growth.

杨帆书记认真聆听了每一位老师的发言，并一一给予肯定，对他们为孩子们的付出表示感谢。她指出，教育是一条漫长而充满挑战的道路，老师们在这条道路上会遇到各种困惑和难题。她鼓励老师们在工作中不断探索和寻找答案，以应对教育实践中的各种情况。她特别强调，作为生活老师，要用心、细心的投入到每一项工作中，更要有方法地引导孩子们去热爱生活、学习礼仪和交往技巧，以及如何在日常生活中运用成长型思维模式。

Secretary Yang Fan listened attentively to each teacher’s speech and provided positive feedback, expressing gratitude for their dedication to the children. She pointed out that education is a long and challenging journey, and teachers will encounter various confusions and difficulties along the way. She encouraged teachers to continuously explore and seek answers in their work to respond to different situations in educational practice. She particularly emphasized that as life teachers, they should devote their heart and attention to every task, and methodically guide children to love life, learn etiquette and social skills, and apply the growth mindset in their daily lives.

她强调了师生之间交往的重要性，提出要有“坚持下来一定行”的信念。她认为学生内心是火热的、柔软的，老师要温和而坚定，才能建立理想的情感链接。”为了进一步提升生活老师们的专业能力，学校未来将组织他们参加更专业的培训，使他们在日常工作中更有“力量”，为“爱”插上翅膀，助力他们更有力量地飞翔。

She emphasized the importance of interactions between teachers and students, advocating for the belief that “perseverance will lead to success.” She believes that students have passionate and tender hearts, and that teachers must be gentle yet firm to establish an ideal emotional connection. To further enhance the professional abilities of life teachers, the school will organize more specialized training for them in the future, enabling them to have more “power” in their daily work, allowing “love” to take flight and helping them soar even higher.

最后，杨帆书记对老师们提出了期待，这也是对万双每一位教职员工的期待：热爱、勤奋，竭尽全力。她强调，每一位教师都应以满腔的热爱投身教育，以勤奋不懈的态度面对教学工作，并且要竭尽全力地关爱和支持学生的成长。教育没有捷径，只有通过不懈的努力和持续的奋斗，才能实现教育的初心和使命。

Finally, Secretary Yang Fan expressed her expectations for the teachers, which also reflect the hopes for every staff member at Vanke: to be passionate, diligent, and to give their all. She emphasized that every teacher should dedicate themselves to education with a heart full of love, face their teaching responsibilities with perseverance, and do everything possible to care for and support the growth of their students. There are no shortcuts in education; only through relentless effort and continuous striving can we fulfill the original intention and mission of education.

在学校新三年规划的深入实施之际，会议进一步凝聚了生活老师团队的力量，教师们纷纷表示，将秉承杨帆书记的讲话精神，以实际行动践行教育使命，与学校共成长，办学生喜欢的学校，实现更好的教育人生。

As the school deepens the implementation of its new three-year strategic plan, the meeting further united the strength of the life teachers’ team. The teachers expressed their commitment to uphold the spirit of Secretary Yang Fan’s speech and to actively practice their educational mission. They aim to grow together with the school, create a school that students love, and achieve a better educational experience.
