万双网讯  2024年9月13日，深圳市龙华区委教育工委派驻深圳市龙华区万科双语学校第一书记任职会议在学校小剧场召开。区委教育工委委员，区教育局党组成员、三级调研员叶祥兵，区教育局安全管理科科长欧国常，派驻万科双语学校第一书记刘晓娟，万科双语学校理事赵照，学校党支部书记兼校长杨帆，以及万科双语学校的教师代表共同见证了这一重要时刻。杨帆同志主持会议并致欢迎辞。

On September 13, 2024, the inaugural meeting for the First Secretary appointed by the Longhua District Education Working Committee to Shenzhen Longhua Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school's theater. This significant event was witnessed by Ye Xiangbing, Member of the Education Working Committee of the District Committee, Member of the Party Group of the District Education Bureau, and Third-level Researcher; Ou Guochang, Head of the Safety Management Division of the District Education Bureau; Liu Xiaojuan, the newly appointed First Secretary stationed at Vanke Bilingual School; Zhao Zhao, Director of Vanke Bilingual School; Yang Fan, Party Branch Secretary and Principal of the school; and teacher representatives from Vanke Bilingual School. Principal Yang Fan hosted the meeting and delivered a welcome speech.

会上，祥兵同志赞扬了万科双语学校教师的精神风貌，随后总结了近年来派驻民办学校第一书记工作取得的成就并强调，派驻第一书记工作是区委教育工委的创新探索，夯实了民办学校党建基础，提升了办学条件和育人水平，我们要坚持守正创新，继续出发。

During the meeting, Comrade Ye Xiangbing praised the spirit and demeanor of the teachers at Vanke Bilingual School. Summarizing the achievements made by the First Secretaries stationed in recent years, he emphasized that the appointment of the First Secretary is an innovative exploration by the Education Working Committee of the District Committee. This initiative has solidified the foundation of party building in private schools, improved educational conditions, and elevated the level of nurturing students. He stressed the importance of adhering to integrity and innovation and continuing to move forward.

After introducing the basic information about the new First Secretary Liu Xiaojuan, she was encouraged to closely collaborate with the school's management team and teaching staff, work diligently and responsibly, accomplish practical tasks effectively, and take concrete actions that yield real results. He urged her to fully utilize the exemplary role of being an excellent Party member and teacher. After the meeting, Comrade Xiangbing and his delegation inspected key areas such as the school's basketball gym, student dormitories, and rooftop terrace. They conducted an in-depth investigation and provided guidance on the school's safety measures. Comrade Xiangbing thoroughly understood the specific measures the school has taken in terms of safety prevention, emergency response, and daily student safety management, offering crucial guidance and support to further enhance the level of campus safety management.
