万双网讯  日前，在深圳市龙华区教育科学研究院组织的多项教师比赛中，梅沙教育深圳万科双语学校两名教师斩获殊荣。

VBS Net News  Recently, two teachers from Mesha Education Shenzhen Vanke Bilingual School won awards in a number of teacher competitions organized by the Shenzhen Longhua District Educational Science Research Institute.

在龙华区2023年小学语文教师课文朗诵比赛中，万科双语学校耿适意老师的课文朗诵《四季》荣获二等奖。耿老师通过出色的朗诵展现了对语文的热爱。

In the 2023 Longhua District Primary School Chinese Teachers’ Text Recitation Competition, teacher Geng Shiyi’s text recitation of “Four Seasons” from Vanke Bilingual School won the second prize. Teacher Geng showed his love for Chinese through his excellent recitation.

在深圳市龙华区2023 年中小学德育管理论文评比活动中，万科双语学校赵婉淇老师的论文《聚焦成长型思维，助力班集体建设》荣获二等奖。论文从成长型思维的角度出发，探讨了如何促进班集体的健康成长，这一成果也为学校的教学和班级管理提供了宝贵的参考。

In the 2023 primary and secondary school moral education management thesis competition in Longhua District, Shenzhen City, teacher Zhao Wanqi of Vanke Bilingual School won the second prize for her paper "Focus on Growth Mindset and Help Class Collective Construction". From the perspective of growth mindset, this paper discusses how to promote the healthy growth of the class. This result also provides valuable reference for school teaching and class management.
