万双网讯  2月18日上午，在明媚的春光中，万科双语学校200多名教职员工回到工作岗位，以“双向奔赴，砥砺奋斗”为精神内核，开启了新学期崭新的工作旅程。

VBS Net News  On the morning of February 18, in the bright spring sunshine, more than 200 teachers and staff of Vanke Bilingual School returned to their jobs, starting a new work journey in the new semester with the spiritual core of "running towards a better future and working hard".

当天，体育组老师带来了别开生面的舞龙表演，全校员工参与乐跑活动，奔向美好未来。杨帆校长为每位员工派发了红包，并祝福大家志气玱玱，龙行龘龘，前程朤朤，万事大吉。

On the same day, teachers from the physical education team presented a unique dragon dance performance, and all school employees participated in the fun running activity to run towards a better future.Principal Yang Fan distributed red envelopes to each employee and wished them all good aspirations,a bright future,and good luck.

上午9点半，万科双语学校2023-2024学年第二学期开学工作会在学校剧场举行。杨帆校长以“在新的起点上构筑好的教育”为主题，向全校员工详细解读了本学期学校工作规划、目标和措施。

At 9:30 a.m.,the opening meeting for the second semester of the 2023-2024 school year of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the school theater.With the theme of "Building Good Education at a New Starting Point", Principal Yang Fan explained in detail the school's work plan, goals and measures for this semester to the entire school teachers and staff.

核心目标一：以课程和教学方式为变革重点，深切关怀学生，促进学生更好的发展。

Core Goal 1: Focus on curriculum and teaching methods, care deeply about students, and promote better development of students.

核心目标二：推行团队目标管理，促进团队和教师自主、高水平发展。

Core goal 2: Promote team goal management and promote independent and high-level development of teams and teachers.

核心目标三：塑造更加清晰的、广受赞誉的万双形象。

Core goal 3: Create a clearer and widely praised VBS image.

会上，杨帆校长分享了中外著名教育家杜威、陶行知等的教育理念，重申教师的使命：强调教师要激励学生不竭的好奇心、更多的洞察力，让学生经历真实而严谨的学习；教师要有跨学科学习的意识，采用PBL教与学的方式，充分调动学生的内驱力，让学生更好地融入社会；教师要与时俱进，积极运用AI辅助教学，因材施教。杨校长希望全校员工双向奔赴，砥砺奋斗，共同在新的起点上构筑好的教育，谱写和谐而充满激情的教育华章。

At the meeting, Principal Yang Fan shared the educational concepts of famous Chinese and foreign educators such as Dewey and Tao Xingzhi, and reiterated the mission of teachers: emphasizing that teachers should inspire students to have endless curiosity and more insights, so that students can experience authentic and rigorous learning;teachers must have an awareness of interdisciplinary learning and adopt PBL teaching and learning methods to fully mobilize students' internal drive and allow students to better integrate into society;teachers must keep pace with the times, actively use AI to assist teaching, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Principal Yang hopes that all employees of the school will work hard in both directions to build a good education at a new starting point and write a harmonious and passionate education chapter.

本次开学工作会为全体员工打开了一扇窗，看到了未来教育和学校的发展方向，明确了学校工作规划和个人奋斗目标，为新学期工作的顺利开展打下了坚实的基础。

This opening work meeting opened a window for all teachers and staff to see the future development direction of education and the school, clarified the school work plan and personal goals, and laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of the new semester.
