万双网讯  2024年1月21日上午8时，“在新的起点上构筑好的教育”万科双语学校2023-2024第一学期期末工作会在学校剧场举行，全校教职员工250余人参加了会议。

会上，彭平老师对万科双语学校AI赋能教育实践、数智教育先锋教师学习情况等做了介绍，孙晓萌老师做了“未成年人保护”专题培训。

杨帆校长以“在新的起点上构筑好的教育——让孩子站在未来中央”为题分两部分对学校工作和新发展作了演讲。首先，她以“构建一种激励学生以不竭的好奇心、更多的洞察力和更大的深度投入其中的课程与教学”为主旨，向老师们推荐了两位著名科学家的书籍和理论，介绍了耗散理论对教育和课程的重大影响，以及万双坚持的课程与教学方向。她还分享了关于"因材施教"、AI学习的深度思考，指出教育的根在家庭，老师们有责任指导家长做好家庭教育，形成合力，促进学生健康成长。

接着杨校长以“共同谱写和谐美妙的教育华章，帮助教职员工增强获得感、幸福感”为主旨，谈了教师发展的问题。希望老师们要因材施教，积极维护学生好奇心、探索欲。面对人工智能时代的到来，AI是未来学习的方式，老师们要积极转型，树立目标，调动自身的内驱力，在教会学生知识的同时，要教会学生善良、正义、协作，着力培养学生目标感和自主学习的能力。同时，学校将进一步给予老师们自主成长的时间，加强团队指导和帮助，让PBL回归课程。
