万双网讯  为提升班主任素养，防止校园欺凌，12月11日，万科双语学校第24期班主任帮帮团活动在剧场举行。学校全体班主任和生活老师参加了活动。

VBS Net News  In order to improve the quality of class teachers and prevent bullying on campus, the 24th class head teachers helping group event of Vanke Bilingual School was held in the theater on December 11. All the head teachers and life teachers of the school participated in the event.

本期活动由学校督导与课程发展中心周金凤主任主讲。她从全国校园欺凌事件谈起，对什么是校园欺凌进行了详细介绍，强调防止校园欺凌工作迫在眉睫，并结合案例，从家庭、学校、社会和个体自身等多角度分析校园欺凌产生的根源。

This event was delivered by Zhou Jinfeng, Director of the School Supervision and Curriculum Development Center. She started by talking about school bullying incidents across the country, giving a detailed introduction to what school bullying is, emphasizing the urgent need to prevent school bullying, and combined cases to analyze the root causes of school bullying from multiple perspectives such as family, school, society and the individual.

万科双语学校高度重视校园欺凌防治工作，在杨帆校长的领导下，成立了学校防治校园欺凌综合治理委员会。学校通过道法课、人生规划课、班会课对学生进行教育，通过问卷、访谈等各种方式不定期地在全体学生范围内进行欺凌摸排，开放各种举报途径。同时，学校制定了特殊关爱计划、危机干预机制，人生规划组的老师与班主任、家长协同工作，共同营造尊重和谐的学习环境。

Vanke Bilingual School attaches great importance to the prevention and control of campus bullying. Under the leadership of Principal Yang Fan, it has established a school comprehensive management committee to prevent and control campus bullying. The school educates students through Taoist classes, life planning classes, and class meetings. It conducts bullying surveys among all students from time to time through questionnaires, interviews, and other methods, and opens various reporting channels. At the same time, the school has formulated a special care plan and crisis intervention mechanism. Teachers in the life planning team work together with class teachers and parents to create a respectful and harmonious learning environment.

周主任以生动的案例和实际情境，对各种欺凌行为的处理方式进行了深入浅出的讲解，提供了一系列实用的方法和策略，帮助老师们处理欺凌问题，加强了老师们对欺凌问题的认知。最后，周主任提出了要求，希望全体班主任、生活老师都能遵守学校的规章制度，用心关注每个孩子，成为孩子健康成长的呵护人。

Director Zhou used vivid cases and actual situations to explain in a simple and easy-to-understand way how to deal with various bullying behaviors, and provided a series of practical methods and strategies to help teachers deal with bullying issues and strengthen teachers' understanding of bullying issues. Finally, Director Zhou made a request, hoping that all head teachers and life teachers can abide by the school's rules and regulations, pay careful attention to each child, and become caregivers for the healthy growth of children.

班主任帮帮团是万科双语学校班主任共同成长学习的互助共同体。该活动于2021年启动，开展两年多以来，每两周开展一次。班主任们在这个互助共同体中共同成长、互相激励，不断提升自身的教育能力和班级管理水平，为学生的全面发展和幸福成长提供了坚实的支持。

The Class Head Teachers Helping Group is a mutual-help community for class teachers in Vanke Bilingual School to grow and learn together. The event was launched in 2021 and has been carried out every two weeks for more than two years. The head teachers grow together and encourage each other in this mutual aid community, constantly improve their educational capabilities and class management levels, and provide solid support for students' all-round development and happy growth.
