万双网讯  为搭建学校党支部与教师对话交流的平台，增强学校向心力，10月11日、12日晚6点，万科双语学校党支部在学校105会议室召开“书记茶话会”。党支部书记杨帆校长与21位教师代表进行了深入交流，派驻第一书记杨艺娟老师参加了会议。

老师们表达了对学校办学理念的认同和对教育的热爱。他们感激学校给予的帮助和支持，并表达了自己对教学工作的热情和决心；他们感受到了万双的温暖和关爱，感到幸福和快乐，并体现出对学生的关心和尊重；他们认为万双是一个有爱、有效率、有温度的大家庭，工作氛围良好，同事之间相互关心和互帮互助；他们愿意继续努力，为学校的发展做出贡献，同时也希望能够找到职业幸福感。同时，老师们也提出了一些困惑和建议，希望能够得到解答和改进。

The teachers expressed their recognition of the school's educational philosophy and their love for education. They were grateful for the help and support provided by the school and expressed their enthusiasm and determination for teaching. They felt the warmth and care of VBS, felt happy and showed care and respect for the students. They believe that VBS is a loving, efficient and warm family with a good working atmosphere and colleagues caring and helping each other. They are willing to continue working hard and contribute to the development of the school, while also hoping to seek professional happiness.At the same time, teachers also put forward some confusions and suggestions, hoping to be answered and improved.

杨帆校长认真听取了老师们的心声，一一解答了老师们提出的困惑，对如何与家长沟通，如何调动学生学习兴趣、如何对孩子进行评价、如何帮助特殊学生等给出了建设性的建议。

同时，杨校对老师们的付出和努力表达了真诚的感谢。她指出：“老师们在万双做的每一份努力，或者流的每一滴汗水，甚至是泪水，我觉得对于我们来说一定会是值得的，并且是一笔财富。孩子们温暖了你们，学校温暖了你们，其实你们也温暖了孩子和学校。‘让每一个孩子站在未来中央’，不一定上名校才是成功，而是让孩子自信、快乐地生活在未来。万双的理念超前，在践行的道路上一定会遇到困难。但是你们仍然积极、阳光，对此我很感动。希望你们在万双能够一直保持积极乐观，一起把万双办得更好，自己也变得更专业、更自信，在工作中找到职业幸福感。”
