24日下午,学校人生规划课老师郑佳佳为全校教师做了“心理危机预防与干预”主题分享。她从近年来触目惊心的案例谈起,解读了心理危机的定义及成因,对如何判断一个学生是不是需要特别关注给出了方法,对学校心理危机干预流程、跟进预警学生时需遵循的原则、如何看待心理危机等进行了介绍。从开学第一刻起,就提醒教职员工把学生心理健康工作作为重中之重,要为学生成长保驾护航。

暑假期间,万科双语学校员工自主成立18个PBL小组,带着项目深入到世界各地开展研究性学习。8月25日,各小组在剧场做了研究汇报与展示。他们研究云南普洱茶文化、摩梭人走婚制、西双版纳风情、贵州民俗文化、大西北环线风貌、南澳岛的历史、闽南文化的价值、桂林诗意山水,还有团队走出国门,研究新加坡的建筑与城市绿化、野性泰国的风情文化、日本的匠人精神、韩国济州岛的特质……老师们品历史文化、识特色植物、观人文特色,饱览大好河山,在行走中开阔眼界,提升综合素养,坚定文化自信,涵养家国情怀,助力教育工作提质增效。

8月26日,全校教职员工来到风景优美的深汕合作区水底山温泉庄园,以“创造未来,一路同行”为主题的团队建设活动在这里举行。14个PBL小组通过PPT、情景剧、热舞等为打造面向未来的民办学校典范、深度实践学校办学理念献言献策。内容包括:如何理解学校的培养(成长)目标?怎样提升学生的内驱力?在工作中如何运用成长型思维模式?教师职业发展学院如何更好地帮助教师提升?为什么要让学生站在未来的中央?……全校教职员工结合各自的学科和工作体验,多角度、多形式阐释对学校文化的理念的理解,各抒己见,亮点纷呈,展示了对学校理念的高度认同和践行,升华了学校文化。
