此次活动由广东教育学会国际教育专业委员会、惠州大亚湾经济技术开发区共同举办，惠州大亚湾经济技术开发区北师大实验学校与惠州大亚湾区外语实验学校联合承办。来自全国各地100多所中小学校长，一线骨干教师共250余人齐聚大亚湾，共同探讨新时代量子视域下的现代化学校管理新经验。

More than 250 principals and front-line backbone teachers from more than 100 primary and secondary schools across the country gathered in Daya Bay to discuss the new experience of modern school management under the perspective of quantum in the new era.

交流会上，“量子管理”理论奠基人丹娜·左哈尔做了题为《全球视角下的量子管理与中国式学校现代化》的主题报告。她在哈佛大学获得哲学、宗教和心理学硕式及博士学历，著有《量子领导者》等畅销书。她认为, 量子领导应该把选择权交给员工,创造一个可以不断提问题的组织。量子领导者将自己视为服务者,保持绝对的诚实,全心全意为公司的员工服务、为客户服务,为社会带来正面和积极的影响。

At the exchange meeting, Dana Zohar, the founder of the "quantum management" theory, made a keynote report entitled "Quantum Management from a Global Perspective and the Modernization of Chinese-Style Schools". She obtained a master's degree and a doctoral degree in philosophy, religion, and psychology from Harvard University, and is the author of "Quantum Leader" and other best-selling books. She believes that quantum leadership should give employees the right to choose and create an organization that can constantly ask questions. Quantum leaders regard themselves as service providers, maintain absolute honesty, serve the company's employees and customers wholeheartedly, and bring positive and positive impacts to society.
