万双网讯  为构建家校命运共同体，让学校成为学生、教师、家长共同成长的地方，2023年2月至4月，万科双语学校家长成长学院开展了校长讲座、家长会、拔河比赛、足球赛、主题沙龙、共读一本书等一系列活动，增进了家校沟通，促进了学校发展。

VBS Net News   In order to build a family-school community with a shared future and make the school a place where students, teachers, and parents grow together, from February to April 2023, the Vanke Bilingual School Parents’ Growth Institute held principal lectures, parent meetings, tug-of-war competitions,football matches,and a series of activities such as question salon and reading a book together have enhanced the communication between home and school and promoted the development of the school.

本学期，利用周六及晚上等业余时间，杨帆校长以“让孩子站在未来中央”为题，为学校各年级家长上了家长成长学院第一课。课上，杨校长除解读国家最新教育政策、学校办学理念、课堂变革方式外，还现场为家长答疑解惑，向家长朋友推荐《终身成长》等书籍，并向每位家长赠送《儿童的人格教育》一书。同时，杨校长为校外家长开展幼小衔接专题讲座，为家长如何择校、语数英各学科知识如何准备等献言献策。

This semester, using Saturdays and evenings and other spare time, Principal Yang Fan taught the first lesson of the Parent Growth Academy for parents of all grades in the school with the theme of "Let Children Stand in the Center of the Future". In class, in addition to interpreting the latest national education policies, school-running concepts, and classroom reform methods, Principal Yang also answered questions for parents on the spot, recommended books such as "Lifelong Growth" to parents and friends, and presented "Children's Personality" to each parent. At the same time, Principal Yang gave a special lecture on the connection between primary and secondary schools for parents outside the school, offering advice on how to choose a school for parents, and how to prepare for knowledge in various subjects such as Chinese, Mathematics, and English.

家长会上，各年级各学科老师分别向家长们进行了课程、课堂模式解读，详细介绍了各学科的学习内容、学习方式、教材使用、学科特色、学习目标及评价方式，让每一位家长深入了解孩子在校学习和生活情况，共同为孩子成长护航。

At the parent meeting, the teachers of each grade and subject explained the curriculum and classroom model to the parents, and introduced the learning content, learning methods, teaching material usage, subject characteristics, learning objectives and evaluation methods of each subject in detail, so that every parent In-depth understanding of children's learning and living conditions at school, and jointly escort children's growth.

本学期学校进行了课堂变革，倾力打造差异化、回应式的因材施教的课堂，各学科采用过程性评价与总结性评价相结合，努力调动孩子学习的内驱力，激发孩子主动学习，使之成长为身体健康、人格健全、学力卓越，具有家国情怀和国际视野，敢于创造美好未来的中国公民。

This semester, the school has carried out classroom reforms, striving to create differentiated and responsive classrooms that teach students in accordance with their aptitude. 拔河比赛与足球赛——增强了学校凝聚力

各年级在家长会结束后，分别举办了以班级为单位的家长拔河比赛。各班家长踊跃参与，奋勇争先，在欢笑声、加油声中增进了家长之间的情谊，增强了学校凝聚力。

After the parent meeting, each grade held a class-based parent tug-of-war competition. Parents of each class actively participated and fought bravely to be the first. The friendship between parents was enhanced in the laughter and cheering, and the cohesion of the school was enhanced.

在VBS第五届“万双杯”足球赛中，学校特别举办家长足球赛与家长教师足球赛。家长们组成了4支球队，分别是一二年级家长、三年级家长、四五年级家长、六七八年级家长，各支队伍之间展开了激烈的角逐。最后，家长足球队与学校教师足球队展开大战，精彩场面不断上演，外籍教练的专业球技令观众叹服。

In the 5th  "VBS" football match, the school specially held a parent football match and a parent-teacher football match. The parents formed 4 teams, namely parents of grades 1 and 2, parents of grade 3, parents of grades 4 and 5, and parents of grades 6, 7 and 8. There was a fierce competition among the teams. In the end, the parent football team fought against the school teacher football team. Wonderful scenes continued to be staged. The professional skills of the foreign coaches amazed the audience.

主题沙龙——如何找准适配自己的初中

Theme Salon - How to find the right junior high school for you

3月4日，学校开展家长成长学院主题沙龙 “如何找准适配自己的初中并在其中实现卓越成长”。杨帆校长、林红英校长助理、学生会主席杨子美和母亲作为沙龙分享嘉宾，为来自万双和校外小升初家庭约120余人答疑解惑。

On March 4th, the school launched the theme salon of the Parent Growth Academy "How to find the right junior high school for you and achieve outstanding growth in it". Principal Yang Fan, Assistant Principal Lin Hongying, Chairman of the Student Union Yang Zimei and his mother were the sharing guests in the salon, answering questions for about 120 people from VBS and the family of grade six students outside the school.

2018年12月5日，万科双语学校家长成长学院正式揭牌。杨帆校长指出：家长成长学院将通过讲座、沙龙、家访、文体活动等多种方式，让每位学员学习家庭教育的专业知识，分享教育故事，解决教育困惑，寻找教育的快乐。希望家长们多给孩子一些时间，用自然、轻松的方式去陪伴孩子成长，孩子自然也会以真诚、自信和积极的态度去创造他们的人生。2019年至2020年，学校开展了多次专家讲座、家校交流活动。此后受疫情影响，改为线上活动。目前，万双家长成长学院全面恢复线下活动，以成长型思维模式为根，以多种形式实现家校协同，助力学生、家长、教师共同成长。

On December 5, 2018, the Vanke Bilingual School Parent Growth Academy was officially unveiled. Principal Yang Fan pointed out that the Parent Growth Academy will allow each student to learn the professional knowledge of family education, share educational stories, solve educational puzzles, and find the joy of education through various methods such as lectures, salons, home visits, and cultural and sports activities. Children will naturally create their lives with sincerity, confidence and a positive attitude. From 2019 to 2020, the school has carried out many expert lectures and home-school exchange activities. Since then, due to the impact of the epidemic, it has been changed to online activities. At present, VBS Parent Growth Academy has resumed offline activities in an all-round way. Based on the growth mindset, it realizes home-school collaboration in various forms and helps students, parents, and teachers grow together.
