Fully Stimulate the Internal driving force of students ' learning-two experts were invited to train teachers

November 6^th, 9 o'clock in the morning, the Chairman of Vanke Education Development Foundation Tang Lu invited Ji Chengzhong, the Vice Dean of China Institute of Educational Innovation, Beijing Normal University, and Liu Wei, the Vice Dean of Beijing Hua Yue Academy of Educational Sciences, to Vanke Bilingual school to provide trainings.

Chen Qiang, the Director of Meisha Education Research and Development Center, and VBS Principal Yang Fan warmly welcomed the visiting leaders and experts.

Yang Fan gave a presentation on "Let children stand in the center of the future" to the experts, a comprehensive introduction to the school's future-oriented philosophy, the integration of Chinese and Western curriculum design and the initial results achieved. The Vice President Ji Chengzhong put forward a guidance on standard-based classroom teaching methods, student literacy cultivation, teacher professional training and so on.

The Vice Dean Liu Wei lead topics on what is the best teaching method, how to change the subject concept, classroom behavior and so on. He also shared the eight concepts of IB curriculum and PBL project system and the ways to combine with the subjects, 

In the afternoon, an unique comprehensive experience course, guided by Liu Wei, was held in class 1E, where primary school teachers participated in observing and learning.

During the after-school sharing meeting, two experts pointed out that education is life, only the learning experience related to the real life of students, in order to enable students to better accept and understand knowledge, to achieve a good learning effect.
