我的关键词是“敢于接受挑战”。在班主任工作中，我用成长型思维去引导学生怎么看待自己，怎么成长。来到万双不到一年的时间，我最开心的是在林校、吴珂主任、刘欢老师的帮助下，课堂模式进行了转变，以后我会更加努力，争取达到完美课堂，不断进步。

会上，老师们分享了很多与孩子相处的感人瞬间。邹振雄老师的体育课上，有一位身体比较弱的孩子，孩子有些气馁。邹老师就运用成长型思维给孩子单独设立目标，让孩子自己超越自己，从而找到学习的快乐。让他最感动的是这个孩子给他写了一封信，表示非常想参加校运动会，但考虑自己的现状，不知道要报什么项目。邹老师表示，看到信的一瞬间，他的眼眶都湿润了，当即为孩子报了跳远的项目。
