我的关键词是“敢于接受挑战”。在班主任工作中,我用成长型思维去引导学生怎么看待自己,怎么成长。来到万双不到一年的时间,我最开心的是在林校、吴珂主任、刘欢老师的帮助下,课堂模式进行了转变,以后我会更加努力,争取达到完美课堂,不断进步。

会上,老师们分享了很多与孩子相处的感人瞬间。邹振雄老师的体育课上,有一位身体比较弱的孩子,孩子有些气馁。邹老师就运用成长型思维给孩子单独设立目标,让孩子自己超越自己,从而找到学习的快乐。让他最感动的是这个孩子给他写了一封信,表示非常想参加校运动会,但考虑自己的现状,不知道要报什么项目。邹老师表示,看到信的一瞬间,他的眼眶都湿润了,当即为孩子报了跳远的项目。
