万双网讯  4月6日下午，深圳市龙华区教育科学研究院召开龙华区2023年初中教学工作暨九年级备考工作会议，万科双语学校杨帆校长应邀在会上分享了学校落实“双减”工作经验。本次会议有4所学校校长应邀发言。

她指出，万双将“双减”理想与学生发展一起考虑，将学生发展放在学校和家庭课程与教育和教学、学生与教师及家长三个系统共同构成的教育生态下去考虑，注重顶层设计，系统解决现实问题，在不降低学业水平的情况下落实“双减”。比如，学校优化课程，变革课堂，树立目标，构建生态，以终身成长的理念和“成长型思维模式”，让学生、教师、家长共同成长。
