VBS Network Express: The essence of the school work is teaching, teaching quality is determined by teachers, only the first-class teachers, to create a first-class school. Therefore, the construction of a high-quality teacher team is the objective requirement of educational development.

September 25th6:30 P.M., in order to give full play to the model role of the backbone teachers and the more experienced teachers’ biography, help, the role of further increase the training of younger teachers, help younger teachers to continuously improve education, teaching levels and scientific research abilities, to promote more younger teachers to become the backbones of school education and teaching. At the same time, through peer assistances, to achieve the backbone of teachers to improve the senior teachers themselves, the overall optimization of the construction of VBS teachers, to create a hierarchical structure, practice specialization, the development of a sustainable teacher team, VBS "Lan Qing Project" opening ceremony was held in the school conference room.

During the meeting, the Director of VBS Academic Center Peng Qin interpreted the Lan Qing Project and published the Apprentice pair lists. From now on, the experienced teachers will instruct the younger teachers to grasp the key points of the textbooks, clear up the knowledge structures, choose the teaching methods properly. They will also instruct the younger teachers with lectures, and study the measures to improve the teaching methods together with the current educational reform trends and the situation of teachers ' teaching disciplines, and recommend the experience or theory articles to the younger teachers. They are expected to instruct younger teachers to write teaching summaries or papers. Younger teachers, as their students, are expected to observe more lessons, learn from their mentors and finally will be able to build up their own teaching styles. Younger teachers also need to write a good lecture essay, show a strong sense of reforms in the exploration or reporting courses, unconditionally accept the guidance of teachers on class, preparation, homework correction and other teaching links of the examination and guidance, the development of learning priorities, major measures, goals or individual development process and other learning programs.

VBS Lan Qing Project is setting up a school year as a stage and strive to achieve a year of entry, two years clearance, three years of molding, five years of famous teachers. The assessment is established step by step to guide younger teachers to become experienced and famous teachers as soon as possible.

The Executive Principal Yang Fan, the academic Principal Jenny, respectively, issued the mentors a letter of appointment. Teacher Xu Shipeng as a mentor representative, Teacher Gao Shuang as a student representative made a statement.

Principal Yang Fan hope that teachers earnestly implement the "Lan Qing Project" scheme, strive to achieve "pupil surpasses", become a lover of education, to adapt to future education requirements of the future-oriented VBS teachers’ team.
