万双网讯  10月26日，龙华区教育局《2021-2022学年学校履职考核结果》出炉，万科双语学校以87.573分在全区27所民办学校中排名第一。

为全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》文件精神，全面深化教育教学改革，促进教育内涵发展和质量提升，推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化，对全区中小学校年度履职工作进行科学评价，推动龙华区教育更好更快发展，2021年，龙华区教育局成立中小学校履职考核工作领导小组，对全区公民办中小学校2021-2022年度在党建工作、教师发展、学生发展、安全工作、硬件设备及资金使用、满意度调查、领导约谈、加分项目等八大项工作进行全面、系统考核，旨在促进学校履行教育职责，积极落实德智体美劳全面培养要求，深入实施素质教育，充分激发办学活力，不断提高办学水平和育人质量。

本次考核采用导向性原则、定性与定量相结合原则、过程考核与结果考核相结合原则，重点考察学校坚持正确的教育发展方向，关注学生发展、学校办学的同时，关注其发展水平和工作水平的进步程度，科学评判学校和教师的努力程度。考核工作由区教育局督导室牵头，各业务科室共同参与，以定期考核和不定期抽查、抽测等方式对学校进行评价。最终，万科双语学校获得87.573分，在全区27所民办学校中排名第一。
