3月4日，针对以上问题，一场别开生面的家长成长学院主题沙龙活动在万科双语学校剧场展开。本场沙龙主题为“如何找准适配自己的初中并在其中实现卓越成长”。杨帆校长、林红英校长助理、学生会主席杨子美和母亲作为沙龙分享嘉宾，为来自万双和校外小升初家庭约120余人答疑解惑。

On March 4th, in response to the above problems, a unique theme salon activity of the Parent Growth Academy was held in the theater of Vanke Bilingual School. The theme of this salon is "How to find the junior high school that suits you and achieve outstanding growth in it". 会上，杨帆校长从教育者、管理者与反思者的视角告诉家长：人工智能飞速发展的今天，家长们不必过度焦虑，让孩子多读书，打下深厚的人文底蕴，以更开阔的视野去关注孩子的未来，注重培养孩子“以不变应万变”的核心能力素养与性格品质。这些核心素养主要体现在批判性思考与解决问题的能力、沟通与合作、坚毅、包容、乐观、活力等优良品质。同时建议家长们不要给孩子贴标签，要以成长型的思维看待每一个孩子，让孩子树立自己的远期目标和近期目标，并努力朝目标靠近。万双不仅重视学生学力的提升，更重视学生人格的健全，通过丰富的课程和活动让孩子自信快乐的成长，更好的站在未来中央。

万双初中孩子有两条升学路径，一条走国内方向，参加中考；一条为国际方向，强化双语课程，为出国留学或升入国际高中做准备。在万双，所有的孩子都参加中考，并且成绩优异，学生百分之百升入高中。杨校长为家长们如何正确选择给予了真诚的建议。

There are two pathways for VBS junior high school children, one is domestic and takes the senior high school entrance examination; the other is international, which strengthens bilingual courses and prepares for studying abroad or entering international high schools. In VBS, all children take the senior high school entrance examination and achieve excellent results. 100% of the students are promoted to high school. 林红英校长助理担任初三的数学主科教学，她分享了初中学科学习的特点，指出万科双语学校以成长型思维为根基，大胆进行课堂变革，倾力打造差异性、回应式的因材施教的课堂，主张“让学生经历真实的学习”，享受自主探究、建构知识的学习过程。各学科采用过程性评价与总结性评价相结合，努力调动每一个孩子学习的内驱力，激发孩子主动学习，想学习、会学习。除课堂变革以外，学校还会为孩子提供自主发展平台，采用导师制、周清、培优等措施全面提升学生学习力。由于学校高效的课堂教学，独特的教学模式，学生成绩与入学时相比均有了大幅提升，并且擅长合作与交流，分享学习经验。

杨子美同学现为初中学生会主席，品学兼优，性格开朗。基于对万双的喜爱，她放弃了中考指标生名额转学到万双。会上，她表示学校是让自己获得能力、做人及知识的地方。对自己的未来她已经有了规划，将来想当一名航天专家。她分享了自己每个阶段的小目标，初中面临挑战时的应对措施，表示十分喜欢学校独特的课程和课堂，并给了未来的学弟学妹们一些真诚的建议。

Yang Zimei is currently the chairman of the student union of junior high school. She is excellent in character and learning, and has a cheerful personality. Based on her love for VBS, she gave up her place as a target student in the senior high school entrance examination and transferred to VBS. At the meeting, she said that school is a place where she can acquire abilities, conduct herself and gain knowledge. She already has plans for her future, and she wants to be an aerospace expert in the future.
